Introduction
Congratulations! on your purchase of the
Soo-Soft Digital Water Softening System.
This unique water softening systems
product, delivers numerous benefits to the
individual and our human environment.
The purpose of this booklet is to help the
reader understand the benefits to be gained
by changes that will occur in their water
using the Soo-Soft Digital Water Softening
System.
Many conventional water softeners replace
a part of the calcium in the water with salt.
Excessive salt in water used for drinking
water or watering growing plants, lawns
and other vegetation is not typically
thought of as beneficial. The Soo-Soft is
unconventional since it’s a system that
works by changing the calcium in a unique
physical way. This special method softens
the water in a safe and healthy way.
This booklet is divided into sections that
will explain how water treated by the Soo-
Soft system will affect detergent use,
household appliances, plumbing systems,
water filters, as well the health of our skin,
hair and teeth and our overall health
Each section is outlined in the table of
contents listing the effects that the Soo-Soft
system will have on individual appliances,
housekeeping issues, swimming pools,
spas, landscaping benefit, plumbing and
the associated benefits. A brief section is
included on the technology of the Soo-Soft
system and on other water quality issues
with suggested methods for correcting
them.
Please take a few moments to browse
through this booklet in order to become
familiar with some of the changes that will
occur in your water. A few moments of
your time will be well worth the effort. As
the Soo-Soft process will improve the
quality of your water over time you may
want to continue to refer to this booklet for
additional in depth information.
Special Note: If you have an existing salt-
type softener please be sure to read the
information on page 12. It is important that
the existing salt-type softener system is by-
passed or that the Soo-Soft coil is placed
AFTER the existing system.
We hope you enjoy the benefits of your
Soo-Soft Digital Water Softener System!

Initial Descaling Period
Shortly after installation of your new Soo-Soft
system a noticeable change occurs in water
quality. It feels and tastes softer than before. Less
soap, laundry detergent, and shampoo are required
to get the same cleaning effect. After
approximately three weeks, more significant
changes will take place. As pre-existing hard
calcium deposits are removed from the plumbing
system, the Soo~Soft benefits are realized. In
existing construction, these changes take about 90
days to complete.
Device What to do When to do it Results
Water Heater Drain about 5 gallons of
water from the water
heater. Do this by opening
the valve at the bottom
and drain into bucket.
Once a month for 90
days
The first time, the water is
very cloudy as sediment
is cleaned out of the sys-
tem. After 90 days, the
water should be clear.
Washing Machines Observe the final rinse
cycle and reduce deter-
gent until final rinse is
clear of suds.

At start of period Scale build-up is cleaned
from the machine,
improving taste.

4
Years of hard buildup are removed over this period
of time. As the Soo~Soft system begins to work,
this lime scale starts to come out in a gradual
process. The more water flows through the system
during this period the faster these benefits occur.
During this time it is not unusual for water to
appear “cloudy” as particles of hard calcium
buildup are washed away. The plumbing system is
gradually cleaned of hard calcium leaving a form
as soft as talcum powder. This soft powder is
much easier to clean from all surfaces. The best
cleaner to remove this soft powder is white
vinegar. No harsh chemicals are required.
Water Heaters
Water heaters operate more efficiently when not
hindered by scale buildup and sediment.
Operating a water heater with only 1/4 inch of
lime scale build-up on heating elements can
increase energy costs up to as much as 40%. Scale
deposits can also shorten the life of water heaters.
When water-heaters are scale-free, their energy
consumption can be reduced to levels comparable
to those of brand new water heaters.
As existing hard calcium deposits are converted
into a softer form the loosened calcium will
accumulate in the bottom of the water heater. This
sediment can be removed by draining a few
gallons from the water heater twice per month
using the drain valve at the bottom of the tank.
This water will appear cloudy at first as the
loosened calcium deposits are removed. As the
plumbing system is cleared the water will run
clear.
It may be necessary to turn the water heater
thermostat to a cooler setting after the 90 day
clean-out period since the heating element will be
able to operate more efficiently.
Washing Machines
With the Soo~Soft system installed less detergent
will be required to get the same cleaning effect. As
clothing is washed microscopic hard calcium
deposits are removed from fabric and clothes will
feel softer. If you now use fabric softeners it may
be necessary to reduce the amount added.
Examine the clothes at the end of the final rinse
cycle. If there is any detergent left in the clothes
reduce the amount of detergent used until clothes
are free of soap residue.
Towels and other clothes come out of the dryer
softer and last longer. This is due to the removal of
abrasive hard calcium which can contribute to
additional wear to clothes while in the washing
machine.

Dishwashers
Heated water produces hard calcium deposits in
the dishwasher. The pump, plumbing and even
inside surfaces of the dishwasher are often loaded
with old, hard lime scale.
Once the Soo~Soft system begins to work it
dissolves and removes lime scale from dishwasher
surfaces and pipes that feed it. After the 90-day
descaling period feed pipes, heating element and
dishwasher should be cleared.
Is important to use a dishwasher detergent that
offers a clear rinse cycle such as Cascade Pure
Rinse formula ™. Avoid using the citrus scented
or gel varieties of this product. Use a product such
as Glass Magic™ to aid in keeping glasses free of
deposits. A cup of vinegar added to rinse water
can be an effective glassware rinse.
The dishwasher itself can be cleaned of hard
calcium with a product such as Dishwasher
Magic™ or Jet Dry™ dishwasher cleaner. This
will speed up the process of hard calcium removal.
After the 90-day de-scaling period the use of these
rinsing and cleaning aids on in your dishwasher
can often be reduced. It may also be necessary to
reduce the amount of detergent used if you find a
soap film left on the dishes. Try starting with half
of the amount of detergent you normally use.
Increase this amount gradually until your dishes
and glassware are sparkling clean.
Coffee Makers
Coffee makers are prime candidates for build-up
of scale as a result of hard water. They can be de-
scaled easily by putting 2 cups of vinegar through
the system and allowing it to sit overnight.
Following the vinegar run at least 2 pots of plain
water through the system to remove vinegar and
calcium residue.
New Construction
If the Soo~Soft system is installed in a new home,
the 90-day de-scaling process is unnecessary. New
appliances and other equipment have no scale
accumulation. If previously used appliances are
moved to a new home where the Soo~Soft system
is installed any previously accumulated scale is
removed by the Soo~Soft technology. It may take
up to 90-days for the Soo~Soft process to clean
your previously used appliances.

6
Household Benefits
Sinks, Tubs, Showers and Toilets
Hard calcium is often deposited on bathtubs,
sinks, showers and toilet bowls as unsightly stains
which are hard to clean. In addition faucets and
shower heads also collect hard calcium deposits
which reduce water flow and can lead to early
replacement.
With the Soo~Soft system, existing hard calcium
deposits are dissolved and washed away. Deposits
on toilets and faucets are dissolved through
normal use after installation of the Soo~Soft
system. The life of all plumbing fixtures is
extended by the Soo~Soft system.
As the Soo~Soft system works, calcium is washed
away or reduced to a fine powder that can not form
stubborn hard build-up on surfaces and fixtures.
Stains can now be easily be wiped away using
ordinary vinegar without resorting to harsh
detergents or dangerous acids.
Black Mold
Black Mold often accompanies calcium deposits
in water drawn from public and private wells. In
some rural areas where water is not treated by the
municipality this may be a common condition.
This bacterial mold shows up as black stains on
toilet bowls, shower curtains, tile grout, and on the
inside of shower doors. The bacteria that causes
black mold live, feed and reproduce on hard scale
deposits inside of pipes and on surfaces. In most
cases eliminating places where this bacteria grows
can greatly reduce or eliminate Black Mold.
After installation of the Soo~Soft system pipes
and surfaces are cleared of lime scale deposits
which the bacteria require to live and grow. As the
places where Black Mold is found are cleaned it
will be more difficult for the mold to re-establish
itself on these surfaces. It may be difficult to
completely eliminate Black Mold in private or
untreated municipal wells. In these cases the
bacteria comes from water mains or the
underground water itself and are constantly being
replenished.
Evaporative (Swamp) Coolers
Evaporative coolers blow air through cellulose
pads saturated with water to cool the air passing
through. Water with high mineral content can
quickly clog evaporator pads with hard calcium
deposits which impedes air flow and reduces the

cooling capability of the unit. In these conditions,
frequent replacement of evaporator pads is
required to maintain cooling. Drain tubes and
pumps within the unit will also clog with hard
deposits, reducing the service life of the cooler or
requiring costly repairs.
Using softened water from the Soo~Soft System
keeps evaporator pads clear and keeps pump and
drain tubes scale free. Your evaporative cooling
system will last longer, operate more efficiently,
and require less-frequent service.
Supply Pipes
Plumbing, pumps and fixtures which become
clogged with hard calcium can be costly to repair
or replace. As lime scale accumulates, water flow
through pipes and faucets slows, water pressure is
reduced. Pipes that lay horizontally are
particularly susceptible to mineral accumulation.
Fig. 3, Clogged Pipes
In plumbing systems with heavy calcium deposits
at valves and elbows. Water flowing around these
deposits can cause pipes to vibrate or “howl”. As
the Soo~Soft system changes these hard deposits
into soft calcium, the supply lines and plumbing
are cleared. Plumbing noise will often disappear,
and water pressure will be restored to its original
strength.
Hot Tubs and Spas
Large hot tubs or spas where water is recirculated
will require a separate Soo~Soft system on the
output side of the pump. In spas or whirlpools,
where water is drained after each use a separate
Soo~Soft unit is not necessary.
Heat creates the perfect environment for hard
calcium to form. This is why lime-scale rings are
so difficult to clean from hot tubs and spas.
The Soo~Soft Digital Water Softening System
dissolves these hard deposits. The remaining soft
calcium will not stick to spa and tub walls. It easily
wipes away without detergents or harsh
chemicals.
This softer water is also more pleasurable to bathe
in. Water is softened by the Soo~Soft system
eliminates the effect of being “blasted” by jets of
hard water. This can result in a longer more
relaxing bathing experience.
Swimming Pools
Swimming pools require the installation of a
dedicated Soo~Soft system in the water
recirculation path. By installing the Soo~Soft unit
in the pump and filter recirculation loop on the
pressure side of the pump, water is continuously
softened as it is recirculated in the pool.
Besides keeping the pool water soft and fresh, the
Soo~Soft system helps keep scale from building
up on heating elements and pumps, and extends

the life of costly filters. Clean up of tiled surfaces
at pool-side becomes a snap without hard scale
deposits.
With softer water, the amount of chemicals
required to “shock” the water is significantly
reduced. The pH of the water becomes more stable
allowing for a more easily maintained chemical
balance. Chemicals such as chlorine and bromine
can often be reduced by 25% to 40%. The
increased wetness of the water makes chlorine and
bromine become more effective in eliminating
bacteria in the water.
Landscaping and Gardens
Calcium is a primary nutrient for healthy plants,
lawns, flowers and trees. It is also an important
element in soil chemistry. Calcium that has been
processed by the Soo~Soft Digital System no
longer forms into hard crystals that can clog the
delicate cellular system of plants. This soft
calcium is more easily carried by water and
absorbed by plants. Studies have shown an
increase in growth and more robust fruit yield
from plants grown from water treated in this
manner.
Large calcium crystals can inhibit water uptake in
plant root systems. Increased water uptake and
greater availability of soft calcium as a result of
the effects of the Soo~Soft system have a positive
effect on plant health by contributing to stronger
cellular walls and plant structure. The softer form
of calcium also reduces tip burn in lawns and
plants. Lawns become green and lush similar to
the effects that come from pure rainwater.
Plant growth in sandy soils with high sodium
content is enhanced by the Soo~Soft process. Salts
are more effectively washed from the soil due to
the increased “wetness” of the water. In soil with
high clay content it has been reported that
magnetically treated water helps to expand clumps
of clay into finer particles which promotes the
movement of soil nutrients to plant root systems
resulting in greater nutrient uptake by the plant.
Salt-type water softening systems can actually
damage lawns and plants with excessive salt build
up. This can accumulate and inhibit healthy plant
growth. Vendors of salt-based softeners generally
advise installation of a “bypass” for water used in
gardening. With the Soo~Soft system there is no
need for the additional cost and installation of a
“bypass”. The Soo~Soft treated water can help
your lawn grow greener and lusher.
Sprinkler Systems
Sprinkler heads (just like shower heads) can
clog due to scale build-up from hard water.
The Soo~Soft system will help sprinkler
heads to clear existing build-up, and extend
their useful life by keeping them scale-free.
Benefits are also realized in systems with
dedicated irrigation pumps. These pumps will
experience fewer failures related to mineral
fouling and impeller/seal wear.
Waterfalls, Fountains, & Ponds
A separate Soo~Soft system will be required for
recirculating waterfalls and fountains. If the
Soo~Soft unit is to be installed outside, it must be

9
installed into a weatherproof enclosure or
enclosed pump-house to maintain reliable
operation.
Soo~Soft treated water flowing through the
fountain or waterfall will dissolve existing hard
calcium deposits and unsightly waterline rings
caused by mineral deposits. Less chlorine or
bromine will be required to keep water free from
bacteria and algae. Once the de-scaling process is
completed, the tendency for algae formation will
be greatly reduced or eliminated as the crystalline
hard calcium is eliminated. Pumps and filters that
are used in the system will also enjoy increased
maintenance intervals and longer life expectancy
without calcium deposits.
Algae and other forms of bacteria concentrate and
breed on the crystalline calcium deposits which
accumulate throughout plumbing systems and
along the waterlines of ponds and waterfalls.
When exposed to sunlight, these highly
concentrated colonies reproduce rapidly, leading
to more frequent and expensive chemical control
techniques. The Soo~Soft system removes these
algae breeding grounds and will help control algae
growth.
Septic Systems and Sewers
Salt brine produced by regeneration of salt-type
ion-exchange water softeners may affect private
septic systems. Municipal waste-water treatment
systems are also adversely affected by these
discharges. Salt in waste-water reduces the
effectiveness of micro-organisms which are
necessary for break-down and processing of
biological waste in both municipal treatment
systems and septic tanks. Many municipalities
have established legislation to limit or ban
installation of new salt-type ion-exchange water
softener systems due to these negative effects.
The Soo~Soft system produces no harmful
discharges into the waste water system. Septic
systems work effectively to process waste because
micro-organisms are not inhibited by chemical
discharges. Municipal waste-water treatment
systems operate more effectively with water
which is not salt-laden. This is especially
important in communities where “grey” water is
used for irrigation of lawns and public parks.
Filter Life
The useful life of both reverse osmosis and carbon
block filters is affected by the amount of hard
calcium in the filtered water. Crystals of hard
calcium form inside filters and quickly clog them.
Water treated with the Soo~Soft system does not
clog these filters and as a result can extend the
useful life of filters in hard-water environments.
Though these beneficial effects can extend the life
of carbon block filters, they should still be
replaced at the recommended service interval.
This is because of their ability to trap harmful
bacteria is depleted over time. If not changed on a
regular basis they can become a breeding ground
for bacteria rather than a trap for them.

10
Personal Benefits
Water softened by the Soo~Soft System can have
numerous health and personal benefits. By
breaking down hard calcium, the Soo~Soft
System can contribute to healthier hair and skin.
By leaving softer calcium and other important
minerals in drinking water, their healthful effects
remain available to you in every refreshing glass
of water.
Since the Soo~Soft system does not introduce or
remove anything from the water, it is just as safe
and healthy as your water is today.
Softer- Healthier Hair
Long hair is especially prone to accumulation of
hard calcium deposits. As these deposits remain
on hair, they can contribute to cracking and
breaking of hair fibers. Hair that is coated with
lime-scale deposits can be difficult to manage.
One common problem is “frizzing” in humid
weather. This hard coating acts as a shell which
can limit the effectiveness of hair conditioners and
keep them from being absorbed into hair.
Washing with soft water can have the same
beneficial effects on hair that it has on other
aspects of household water use. Because soft
water can dissolve hard deposits, over time, hard
deposits in hair are dissolved and washed down
the drain. This leaves your hair cleaner and
healthier.
Cleaner, softer, “squeaky-clean” hair takes on its
original silky-smooth character because hard
calcium deposits have been washed away. Hair
color is enhanced as its true brilliance can now
once again shine through.
Skin
Hard water can be especially noticeable when
washing your face or shaving. After shaving, skin
can feel irritable or raw. Washing with hard water
can leave irritating soap residue on skin. The
simple experience of washing your hands and face
changes dramatically after installation of the
Soo~Soft System. Within weeks you will notice
your face and skin feels smoother and softer, soap
easily rinses from your hands, skin is less irritated
as soapy residue is washed away. Your skin feels
cleaner and smoother, as pores are unclogged.
The benefits of soft water are more than just
cosmetic, they influence the health of your skin.
Hard water is extremely abrasive, it irritates skin
and scalp. This can result in an itchy feeling on
skin and scalp. Soap residue on irritated skin
leaves the ideal place for bacteria to grow. This
can lead to more serious skin problems and can
worsen existing skin problems.
With salt-type ion-exchange softeners, sodium
content in water is elevated. While this water may
have less abrasive properties, increased sodium
content can cause skin dryness and other skin
irritations.

11
Minerals and Medical Considerations
People need calcium. It is a critical mineral in
performing countless cellular functions. The
Soo~Soft water softener breaks down the hard
calcium into a form that is more easily absorbed
into the body’s cellular system. In contrast, the
salt-type water softeners replace calcium and
magnesium with salt. Physicians report that too
much salt is being consumed by people today. A
individual on a low-salt diet can benefit greatly by
the use of a Soo~Soft System as compared to a
salt-based system.
Both calcium and magnesium bind to the same
sites as many toxic elements such as lead and
cadmium. When the calcium and magnesium fills
these locations, the sites no longer absorb the lead
and cadmium, and their toxic effects on the body
are greatly reduced.
Calcium seems to have a calming effect on some
people and decreases neural and muscular
excitability as well as coronary hypertension. This
is the reason a glass of warm milk often works for
many individuals as a sleep aid. The calcium in a
liquid form works quickly to calm the system.
Calcium that has been processed by the Soo~Soft
Water Softener System is more biologically
available. In its softer form it has the consistency
of fine talcum powder. This form is six times more
soluble in water than in the hard calcium form. As
the human body is composed of over 90% water,
the calcium absorption is increased dramatically.
Dental Health
Calcium in its hard form collects on teeth both
above and below the gums. The electrical charge
present in conventional water helps bacteria and
calculus (plaque) formation. Just as the pipes are
de-scaled by the Soo~Soft Water Softener
Systemize hard periodontal calculus can also be
reduced with daily irrigation. Studies have shown
a reduction in periodontal calculus (hard calcium)
of up to 42% has been achieved with twice-daily
irrigation using magnetically treated water.

12
Water Quality
Water from large municipalities is usually treated
for bacteria and monitored on a regular basis for
purity and safety. Owners of private or community
wells must look after these issues on their own or
with the help of a local well contractor.
Iron Bacteria In Well Water
One of the most common complaints from owners
of private wells is bacterial iron or “rust.” This
iron mixes with the hard calcium and causes it to
stick to all surfaces. Toilet bowls, sinks, coffee
makers and dishes all can become encrusted with
yellow/brown iron/calcium stains. The Soo~Soft
Digital Water Softening System will break down
calcium deposits, making it easier to clean these
stains from surfaces, but will not kill the iron
bacteria.
Use of salt based water softeners in conjunction
with special “iron out” type of salt is often
effective in killing this bacteria.
Shocking Your Well
Another method of killing the bacterial iron in a
private well is known as “Shocking” the well. This
is similar to the shock treatment given to a
swimming pool. In some cases this can be done
with chlorine tablets that can be dropped into the
well. This process will kill many forms of bacteria
other than iron and has many benefits for owners
of private wells. When this method is used, it is
important that well water be tested after this
procedure to assure that chlorine levels are safe.
Contact your local well contractor for this
procedure or search the world wide web under
“shock well.”
Sediments in Water
Some forms of iron in water are actually iron
sediments. These can be filtered using a charcoal
block filter. (See Filters Below for Installation)
Filters for Pure Water
The two primary types of pure water filters
commonly in use today are Carbon Block and
Reverse Osmosis. Both act to remove sediments
from the water. Carbon block filters are used to
remove many types of harmful bacteria from
water such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia Cysts.
These filters help to remove sulfides, (rotten egg
smell) and chlorine. The result is cleaner, fresher
tasting water.
Extreme Calcium Content in Water
In some circumstances, available water may have
extremely high mineral content. This water may
cause more serious water quality issues, especially
when this water is used in dishwashers and other
appliances. This water is most often found in areas
that rely on shallow wells or where the water is
drawn from areas that were previously ocean
bottom. The calcium content of water is often so

13
high in these areas that dishes will come out with
calcium deposits even with the use of products
like Glass MagicTM or with commercial dishwasher
chemicals designed for use with hard water.
In these cases it may be necessary to use a salt-
based system to remove some of the calcium in the
water before the Soo~Soft System is used. The
Soo~Soft unit will then convert the remaining
hard calcium to its softer state and provide all of
the other benefits previously described in this
guide. In these cases be sure to install the
Soo~Soft System after the salt-based softener
according to the following instructions.
Use With a Salt-Based System
In cases where water has a high calcium content or
Iron (“rust”) color/taste is a problem, a salt-based
ion-exchange water softener may provide
favorable results used in conjunction with the
Soo~Soft System. This combined approach will
improve the softness of water in these extreme
water quality situations.
When both the Soo~Soft System and salt-based
softeners are used, the coil for the Soo~Soft
System MUST be installed on the OUTPUT
side of the salt-based system.
DO NOT INSTALL THE COIL BEFORE
THE SALT BASED SYSTEM, THIS WILL
DE-SCALE THE SALT SYSTEM AND IT
WILL RELEASE LARGE QUANITIES OF
CALCIUM INTO THE PLUMBING
SYSTEM.

Technology
Calcium
Calcium is found in water the world over. As
water moves through rocks in rivers and streams it
picks up calcium from deposits left by ancient sea
and land animals. This dissolved calcium builds
up in water until it reaches a point where the water
becomes calcium-saturated. As the calcium
continues to travel with the water, calcium
molecules begins to aggregate forming solid
crystals that grow longer and longer and begin to
stick together. These crystals are abrasive and we
then experience the water as “hard.” This hard
water also irritates skin when we bathe or shower
and fouls plumbing and appliances.
Salt-Based Ion-Exchange Softeners
Salt-type water softeners are mechanical devices
that are plumbed directly into the water supply.
Water is flowed over resin-beads which exchange
Sodium ions for Calcium and Magnesium ions.
The resulting water has lower mineral content, but
greatly increased sodium content. This increased
sodium can pose both a health risk, and an
environmental risk, as our fresh water sources are
being polluted with this high sodium water.
Periodically, the resin beads must be
“regenerated” using fresh salt. This process
“washes” the resin beads of the collected minerals
with more salt. The resulting discharge is a highly
concentrated solution of salt and minerals. This
salt brine waste is often dumped directly into the
sewer or septic system. This salt solution is
harmful to septic systems, municipal water
treatment systems and is destroying many fresh-
water ecosystems.
Salt-type, ion exchange water softeners require
modifications to plumping, and usually require the
services of a plumber or other system installer.
These systems require constant maintenance, and
an endless supply of salt in order to remain
effective at controlling hard water.
While salt-type, ion exchange devices reduce
hardness in the water, they also eliminate healthful
minerals and introduce harmful salt which are
harmful to fish and other forms of wildlife.
The Soo~Soft Digital System
The Soo~Soft System uses a revolutionary new
technology that will forever change the way you
think about water hardness. This technology is
very different from common salt-type ion-
exchange water softening technology.
Just as the voice of an opera singer can break
glass, the Soo~Soft Water Softener System cracks
and splinters hard calcium in water creating a soft
form of calcium called aragonite. The result is
water that is soft and silky to both taste and feel.
Through the use of advanced Digital Signal
Processing technology, the Soo~Soft System
transforms hard water into softer, healthful,
refreshing water.

15
This transformation occurs by flowing hard water
through a variable-frequency, high-power,
electromagnetic field. This field is created within
the wire coil that is wrapped around the incoming
water pipe. The frequencies in this field
continually break down hard calcium into a softer
form. These soft calcium particles are so small that
the resulting water becomes silky and soft.
Unlike salt-based ion-exchange water softeners,
the Soo~Soft system does not exchange sodium
for calcium carbonate and magnesium, does not
remove valuable minerals from drinking water,
and does not introduce harmful chemicals into the
water. It does not require recharging and does not
have a cycling time.
The Soo~Soft system is 100% safe for the
environment.
With Soo~Soft technology, installation is simple
and clean. Plumbing systems normally do not
need alteration. Special plumbing or electrical
modifications are unnecessary. Building permits
are typically not required.
The system consists of a plug-in power supply, a
control box, and a coil of wire wrapped around the
incoming water pipe. The coil should be installed
as closely as possible to the place where the water
pipe enters the building to assure that all internal
plumbing will benefit from the Soo~Soft system.
The figure below Illustrates a typical installation.
Results
As the Soo~Soft System converts hard calcium
into a fine powder, healthy minerals remain in
drinking water without the introduction of
unhealthy sodium concentrations. The softer
minerals do not adhere to surfaces. This reduces
staining and other plumbing issues. Water with
this silky-smooth consistency no longer irritates
our skin and mouth. Water tastes smoother as does
coffee, tea, and other beverages that are made with
it. Soaps and detergents lather up great, and the
