Note: You can also dump antifreeze into tank while unit is
running. Do not run pump dry after tank is empty.

ANTIFREEZE START POSITION
Forward Valves
• Water Valve: Closed
• Antifreeze Valve: Open
• Drain Valve: Closed
Recirculation Panel (shown on right)
• Fill Reel Shut Off Valve: Open
• Tank Select Valve: Water Tank
High Pressure Reel
• HP Valve: Open
1. Verify valves are in start position and that antifreeze tank
is at least half full.
2. Connect HP hose and garden hose into recirculation
panel and tighten fully.
3. Start unit. If water tank is drained, you may need to hold
in the Murphy Switch.
4. After 60 seconds, antifreeze should flow through the
pump / HP hose / garden hose and the clear hose going
into the recirculation panel. Change the tank select valve
to antifreeze tank after the short hose going into the
water tank turns pink.
5. Turn off the unit and drain the water tank fully by closing
the antifreeze valve and opening the water valve and
drain valve.
6. Open the bypass valve located in front of the unit as well
as the hydrant fill valve to drain any trapped water.

RECAPTURE START POSITION
Forward Valves
• Water Valve: Open
• Antifreeze Valve: Closed
• Drain Valve: Closed
• Bypass Valve: Closed
Recirculation Panel (shown on right)
• Fill Reel Shut Off Valve: Open
• Tank Select Valve: Antifreeze Tank
High Pressure Reel
• HP Valve: Open
1. Verify valves are in start position and that water tank is
at least a quarter full.
2. Verify HP hose and garden hose are still attached into
recirculation panel.
3. Start unit.
4. After 60 seconds, water should flow through the pump
/ HP hose / garden hose and the clear hose going to
the recirculation panel. Change the tank select valve to
water tank before it reaches the 3-way valve to prevent
accidentally diluting the antifreeze tank.
5. Shut off the HP valve on the reel to safely remove high
pressure hose.
6. You may now resume normal jetting with your Soldier.
