Please read this instruction before assembling the apparatus.
ATTENTION!
We recommend conducting the assembly of apparatus with
the assistance of at least 2 persons.
Necessary tools:
Allen key size 6 (included)

Den Aufbau des Gerätes empfehlen wir mit mindestens 2

1. Place the base frame (D) on the floor and unfold the legs.
2. Mount the uprights (A + B) in the base as shown in pic. 1.
Use the socket head screws M10x25 (G) and the round sockets
(H) (Pic. 1).
3. Mount the diagonal distance interlock (F) with the socket button
head screw (I) + (K) and the washers (J) (Pic 2).
Montageanleitung
1. Legen Sie den Grundrahmen auf den Boden und klappen die Füße
auf.
2. Montieren Sie die Standrohre (A + B) auf den Grundrahmen wie
in Abb. 1 zu sehen. Verwenden Sie dazu die Senkkopfschrauben
(G) und die Nieten (H) (Abb. 1)
3. Montieren Sie die diagonale Stützstrebe (F) mit den Linsenkopf-
Inbusschraube (I) + (K) und den Unterlegscheiben (J) (Abb. 2)

4. Mount the width adjuster (E) to the uprights with the socket
button head screw M10x20 (I) and the washer (J) (Pic. 3).
Start at the side of the high upright
4. Montieren Sie die Breitenverstellung (E) mit den Linsenklopf-In-
busschrauben (I) und den Unterlegscheiben (J) (Abb. 3). Beginnen
Sie auf der Seite des hohen Standrohres.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Knopf für die Breitenverstellung
nach unten zeigt.

5. Position the rail (C1 or C2) in the slot of the clamping head.
Push the red button on the locking pin while pulling the black
button (L) when placing the pin through the holes. (Pic. 4)
5. Legen Sie einen Stufenbarrenholm (C1 oder C2) in den Spannkopf.
Befestigen Sie den Holm mit dem Sicherungsstift im Spannkopf
(den schwarzen Knopf ziehen und den roten Knopf dabei drücken)
(Abb. 4)

Optional: use with tensioning
1. The tensioning is delivered in 10 parts. Before there can be
started with the mounting of the tensioning to the ground and
uprights, the 2 m and 1,2 m cables (N2 + N5 and N3 + N4) must
be fastened together with the triangular ring (N6). Then mount
the twisted shackle (N7) at both triangular rings.
Optional: Verwendung mit Verspannung
1. Die Verspannung wird in 10 Teilen geliefert. Bevor die
Verspannung in die Bodenanker und an den Standrohren
eingehängt werden kann, müssen jeweils ein 2 m und 1,2 m
(N2 + N5 und N3 + N4) langes Spannseil am Triangel-Ring (N6)
verbunden werden. Danach je ein Schäkel (N7) an einem Triangel-
Ring einhängen.
Take care that both quick release locks are mounted at the
same triangular ring (Pic. 5) and that both tension cables
without quick release locks are mounted together (Pic. 6).
Achten Sie darauf, dass beide Schnellspannverschlüsse an
einem Triangel-Ring befestigt werden (Abb. 5) und, dass beide
Spannseile ohne Schnellspannverschluss ebenfalls
zusammen befestigt werden (Abb. 6).

Take care of the correct assignment of the cables to the
uprights. Make sure the quick links are closed! Check always
before using the apparatus! (Pic. 8)
Make sure the quick links are mounted like this.
Bitte beachten Sie dabei die Anordnung der Spannseile.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kettennotglieder geschlossen
sind. Überprüfen Sie dies vor jeder Nutzung des Gerätes.

2. Attach the cables to the uprights using quick links (Pic. 7). 2. Befestigen Sie die Kabel mit dem Schnellspannverschluss an den

3. Attach the tensioning to the floor anchors. Take care of the
following order:
1. Attach the tensioning front left to the ground anchor (Pic. 9)
a. Open the handle of the quick release locks to release the
tension on the cables.
b. Adjust the number of chain links.
c. Twist the turnbuckle to change the tension on the
cable.
d. Close the handle to put the tension back on.
3. Befestigen Sie die Verspannung in den Bodenankern. Bitte gehen
Sie dabei in folgender Reihenfolge vor:
1. Befestigen Sie die Verspannung am vorderen linken Boden-
anker (Abb. 9)
a. Öffnen Sie den Hebel des Schnellspannverschlusses, um die
Spannung der Spannseile zu lösen
b. Passen Sie die Anzahl der Kettennotglieder an.
c. Drehen Sie am Spannschloss, um die Spannung einzustellen
d. Schließen Sie den Hebel des Schnellspannverschlusses.

2. Attach the tensioning back left to the ground anchor (Pic. 10)
3. Attach the tensioning front right to the ground anchor (Pic. 11)
4. Attach the tensioning back right to the ground anchor (Pic. 12)
After attaching each tensioning to the floor anchor, please do
(if required) the fine tuning like the following steps:
a. Adjust the number of chain-links.
b. If needed twist the turnbuckle to change the tension on the
cable.
2. Befestigen Sie die Verspannung am hinteren linken Bodenanker
(Abb. 10).
3. Befestigen Sie die Verspannung am vorderen rechten
Bodenanker (Abb. 11)
4. Befestigen Sie die Verspannung am hinteren rechten Bodenanker
(Abb. 12)
Nachdem Sie die Verspannung in die Bodenanker eingehängt haben,
können Sie bei Bedarf, wie folgt die Feineinstellung vornehmen:
a. Ändern Sie die Anzahl der Kettennotglieder
b. Verändern Sie die Spannung mithilfe des Spannschlosses

Height adjustment
1. Turn the grip counter clockwise and pull the grip to the
outside so the pin gets pulled out of the hole (Pic. 13).
2. While pulling the grip, adjust the upright to the desired height
by pushing the knob on the side up or down (Pic. 14)
3. Release the grip and make sure the grip locks in a hole of the
sliding tube. The red pinmay not protruding any more. Turn now
the grip clockwise so the height adjustment is completely locked
(Pic. 15).
Bedienhinweise
Höhenverstellung
1. Drehen Sie den Griff gegen den Uhrzeigersinn und ziehen Sie den
Griff nach außen, so dass der rote Stift aus dem Loch gezogen
wird (Abb. 13).
2. Stellen Sie beim Ziehen des Griffs den Holm auf die
gewünschte Höhe ein, indem Sie den Knopf seitlich nach oben
oder unten drücken (Abb. 14)
Unlocked/offen
3. Lösen Sie den Griff und stellen Sie sicher, dass der Griff in einem
Loch des Standrohrs verriegelt wird. Der rote Pin darf nicht
mehr herausragen. Drehen Sie nun den Griff im Uhrzeigersinn,
so dass die Höhenverstellung vollständig verriegelt ist (Abb. 15).

Width adjustment
1. The adjustment knob functions the same as for the height
adjustment. See height adjustment for explanation.
Before use, always check if all red pin buttons do not
protrude!
Breitenverstellung
1. Der Verstellknopf funktioniert gleich wie bei der Höhen-
verstellung. Bitte sehen Sie dort die Funktion nach.
Überprüfen Sie vor der Verwendung immer, dass alle roten
Pins nicht herausragen!

Care and maintenance information
Check the apparatus for any damage and loose parts before use.
Check on a regular basis that all fixings are properly tightened.
When damaged do not use the apparatus until the damage is
repaired. If parts need to be replaced or repaired use parts of
original manufacturer only.
Never use aggressive detergents for the cleaning of the appara-
tus. Preferably use a moist cloth without addition of any detergent.
Specific care recommendations
Special attention goes out to the rails. Never clean the rails using
sandpaper, especially not on moist rails. As the veneer would ra-
pidly wear out. We recommend using a synthetic scouring pad, to
remove old magnesium layers. Preferably when the rails are well
dried first.
Specific maintenance recommendations
The thread of the adjustment knobs must be greased on a regular
basis to reduce wear and tear.
Pflege- und Instandhaltungsempfehlungen
Überprüfen Sie das Gerät vor Gebrauch auf Beschädigungen und
lose Teile. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob alle Befestigungen ord-
nungsgemäß angezogen sind.
Wenn beschädigt, verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, bis der Schaden
repariert ist. Wenn Teile nur ersetzt oder repariert werden müs-
sen, verwenden Sie Teile des Originalherstellers.
Verwenden Sie niemals aggressive Reinigungsmittel zur Reinigung
des Geräts. Verwenden Sie vorzugsweise ein feuchtes Tuch ohne
Zugabe von Reinigungsmitteln.
Spezifische Pflegeempfehlungen
Besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt den Holmen. Reinigen Sie die Holme
niemals mit Schleifpapier, insbesondere nicht auf feuchten Holmen.
Da würde das Furnier schnell verschleißen. Wir empfehlen die Ver-
wendung eines synthetischen Scheuerpads, um alte Magnesium-
schichten zu entfernen. Vorzugsweise, wenn die Holme zuerst gut
getrocknet sind.
Spezifische Instandhaltung
Das Gewinde der roten Verstell-/ Einstellknöpfe muss regelmäßig
gefettet werden, um den Verschleiß zu reduzieren.

The base frame has an integrated built-in transport system
1. Put the frame on the wheels by pushing the
handle up (Pic. 17)
Lager- und Transportanweisung
Der Grundrahmen ist mit einem eingebauten Transportsystem
ausgestattet:
1. Die Fahreinrichtung wird ausgefahren in dem der Hebel am
Auslegerfuß umgelegt wird (Abb. 17).
2. Drehen Sie die Auslegerfüße nach innen (Abb. 18)
3. Nun kann der freistehende Stufenbarren bewegt werden
(Abb. 19).
Bevor Sie das Gerät wieder verwenden, stellen Sie sicher, dass die
Beine aufgeklappt und die Fahreinrichtung eingezogen ist.

unfolded and the wheels are folded inward.

WARNING
Number of users:
The apparatus cannot be used by more than one person at the
same time.
In order to reduce the risk of injury and to assure secure functio-
ning of the (gymnastic)apparatus, rules mentioned below are to be
strictly followed:
• Use this apparatus only under the supervision of a trained and
qualified instructor.
• Check this apparatus for proper stability before each training
and use it only in perfect technical conditions.
• Always check the apparatus for correct installation, particularly
for the fixation mechanism, before each use.
• If there are any doubts, do not use the apparatus and get a
professional check.
• Please consider your own limits and the restrictions of this
gymnastic apparatus.
• Obstructive items or persons in close proximity of the
apparatus are not allowed.
• Provide appropriate safety zones in the surroundings of the
apparatus.
• Never use the apparatus under the influence of alcohol,
medication or drugs.
• Pregnant women or persons with health issues should not use
the apparatus.
• Do not attempt to repair any damage to the apparatus yourself
but contact your supplier for advice or technical assistance.
• Any unauthorised repair, alternation, removal of parts or change
of specifications of the apparatus are strictly prohibited for
reasons of safety and will automatically and immediately and
without any prior notice end any warranty or right of
compensation in any form whatsoever.
General advice:
• The life period of (gymnastic) apparatuses and mats is limited.
Also materials wear off after a certain period of time. Please
check all parts, which are subject to severe wear and tear, at
least once every 3 months. This is mainly relevant for the
security of adjustable parts and mechanisms, e.g. rails, bars,
rings.
• Replace any worn off, defective and missing parts. If there are
any doubts, ask for advice from one of our specialists.
• For security reasons, we suggest to perform a maintenance
check of all apparatuses and mats by a specialist, once a year.
This check can be part of a yearly or six month safety check.
We would like to point out to you the possibility of a maintenan-
ce contract with our firm.
• This apparatus must be used in dry conditions only. Humidity will
have a negative effect on all types of upholstery used on
(gymnastic) apparatuses and results in a shortened lifespan.

Anzahl der Benutzer:
Das Gerät ist max. für eine Person zugelassen.
Beim Benutzen dieses Turngerätes tragen Sie ein
Verletzungsrisiko. Um dieses Risiko minimal zu halten und um den
sicheren Betrieb des Geräts zu gewährleisten, müssen die
folgenden Anweisungen beachtet werden:
• Benutzen Sie das Turngerät nur unter Beobachtung
ausgebildeten und qualifizierten Personals.
• Prüfen Sie vor jeder Benutzung das Gerät auf gute Stabilität,
Standsicherheit und einen einwandfreien technischen Zustand.
• Prüfen Sie das Turngerät vor jedem Einsatz auf korrekte
Installation, sowie die Befestigungsmechanismen.
• Sollten Sie Zweifel haben, benutzen Sie dieses Gerät nicht und
lassen eine Prüfung durchführen.
• Berücksichtigen Sie immer Ihre eigenen Grenzen und die
Begrenzungen dieses Turngerätes.
• In der unmittelbaren Nähe des Geräts dürfen sich keine
hinderlichen Gegenstände oder Personen befinden.
• Sorgen Sie für ausreichende Sicherheitsfläche im Umfeld des
Gerätes.
• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie unter Einfluss von
Alkohol, Medikamenten oder Drogen stehen.
• Schwangere Frauen oder Personen mit gesundheitlichen
Problemen sollen das Gerät nicht benutzen.
• Wir empfehlen, keine Veränderungen an den gelieferten Geräten
vorzunehmen. Sollten die Geräte durch nicht sachgemäße
Manipulation verändert werden, lehnen wir jegliche Verant-
wortung in Schadenfällen ab. Dadurch tritt automatisch auch
die Produkthaftung außer Kraft.
Allgemeiner Hinweis:
• Turngeräte und Matten haben eine begrenzte Lebensdauer
und die Materialien ermüden nach einer bestimmten Zeit. Bitte
prüfen Sie mindestens alle 3 Monate sämtliche Teile, die einer
verstärkten Abnutzung unterliegen. Dies betrifft hauptsäch-
lich Sicherungen von verstellbaren Teilen und Mechanismen, z.B.
Barrenholme, Reckstangen, Ringe.
• Ersetzen Sie alle abgenutzten, fehlerhaften und fehlenden Teile.
Im Zweifelsfall holen Sie sich einen Sachverständigen zu Rate.
• Aus Sicherheitsgründen empfehlen wir eine jährliche Wartung
der Turngeräte und Matten durch Spezialisten durchführen zu
lassen. Wir möchten Sie darauf aufmerksam machen, dass ein
Wartungsvertrag mit unserer Firma zu den Möglichkeiten
gehört der entweder jährlich oder halbjährlich durchgeführt
werden kann.
• Diese Turngeräte dürfen nur in trockenen Räumen verwendet
werden. Feuchtigkeit hat einen negativen Effekt auf die Turn-
geräte, insbesondere auf alle Arten von Polstern, Schaumstoffen
und Holzteilen und verkürzt die Lebensdauer erheblich.
