AVANT DE COMMENCER, QUELQUES RECOMMANDATIONS :
Ce manuel générique est destiné à vous aider dans l’assemblage de votre ordinateur. L’installation varie en
fonction des spécifications du châssis que vous venez d’acquérir.
Pour connaître les instructions avancées, nous vous recommandons de consulter les manuels d’installation
de votre carte-mère, carte graphique… des différents périphériques que vous souhaitez installer lors de
l’assemblage de votre configuration ! Nous déclinons toute responsabilité quant à la mauvaise manipulation
et/ou installation des composants.
Stabilité et propreté : Pour l’assemblage de votre châssis, prévoyez une surface plane et stable. Assemblez
celui-ci à l’abri de la poussière dans une pièce bien éclairée ! Ne pas poser votre châssis sur la moquette qui est
chargée en électricité statique.
Prenez votre temps : Manipulez avec délicatesse le châssis afin d’éviter tous risques de blessures. Malgré tous les
soins que nous apportons à la fabrication de nos produits certains bords intérieurs du châssis restent coupants !
Evitez tous gestes brusques. Nous conseillons de porter des gants.
Toujours lire avant… Chaque composant est différent ! Il convient de lire au préalable les instructions de montage
de chaque élément composant votre ordinateur comme le CPU, RAM… Exemple : consultez le manuel de votre
refroidisseur CPU pour connaître les étapes que vous devez prendre en considération avant d'installer la carte
mère.
Antistatique, c’est quoi ? : Afin de préserver l'intégrité des composants, il est indispensable de les protéger contre
les éventuelles décharges d'électricité statique dont votre corps est chargé. Vous équiper d’un bracelet antistatique,
vous permettra de manipuler vos pièces en toute sécurité. Traitez les composants et les cartes avec précaution, ne
touchez pas les composants ou les contacts non blindés. Tenez toujours votre carte, votre processeur par ses bords
(jamais par ses broches.)
Les bons outils ! Nous vous conseillons d’utiliser les bons outils pour chaque étape de l’assemblage. Ne pas utiliser
de tournevis « maison » comme une pièce de monnaie, une pointe de couteau, vos ongles… Vous risquez
d’endommager votre matériel ou de vous blesser. Lors de l’assemblage, ne pas serrer en force vos composants
sous peine d’endommager les filetages ou de casser le matériel.
Ne jamais forcer… Avant de connecter un câble, veiller à ce que les deux connecteurs soient correctement alignés.
Les connecteurs sont souvent équipés de détrompeur : un dispositif, généralement mécanique, permettant d’éviter
les erreurs d'assemblage, de montage ou de branchement ! Ne jamais forcer car les broches tordues peuvent
nécessiter un remplacement de l'ensemble du connecteur !

COMMENT RETIRER LA PAROI LATÉRALE ?

ASSEMBLAGE DE VOTRE CHÂSSIS SPIRIT OF GAMER
Pour retirer la paroi latérale, dévissez les vis molettes. Selon le modèle, utilisez un tournevis adapté.
Commencez par déballer votre carte mère et poser cette dernière sur la mousse de protection qui l'accompagne.
Vous disposerez ainsi d'un espace de travail bien plus confortable pour monter le processeur, le dissipateur
thermique généralement composé d'un radiateur surmonté d'un ventilateur, ainsi que la mémoire... Suivez le guide
de montage de chaque composant !
Avant de positionner votre carte mère, fixez le panneau arrière de connectique vendu avec votre carte mère en le
clipsant à la paroi du châssis.
Selon le format de votre carte mère, vérifiez les entretoises préinstallées ou fixer les entretoises sur le châssis.
Positionnez votre carte mère et vissez celle-ci au châssis. Rappel ne pas visser, serrer fortement ! Attention à ne pas
fixer plus d’entretoises qu’il n’existe de trou sur votre carte mère, au risque de créer des court-circuits.

COMMENT INSTALLER VOS DISQUES DUR 2.5" / 3.5"
INSTALLER VOS DISQUES DUR 3.5"
Avant d’installer vos disques durs, vérifiez la place occupée et la longueur de votre carte graphique. En fonction du
châssis cela peut gêner le branchement de vos disques et nécessiter de supprimer des berceaux ou des baies. Votre
carte graphique peut nécessiter également la fixation d’un rail de support ou de déplacer un rail amovible de
ventilateur.
Il existe plusieurs systèmes de fixation de vos disques durs. Certains de nos châssis sont équipés de fixation sans
vis :
● Berceau fixe avec fixation rapide : Insérez votre disque dans le berceau puis abaisser le levier pour le fixer.
● Berceau amovible avec clips : Retirez le berceau en pressant sur les pattes / Insérez votre disque dans les trous
d’un côté / Ecartez le berceau pour insérer le disque de l’autre côté / replacez le berceau dans la baie.
● Pour les cages/berceaux/rails avec fixation vis, il convient d’utiliser les vis fournis, ne pas oublier le cas échéant
les rondelles anti-vibration.
INSTALLER VOS SSD 2.5"

Les ventilateurs : Selon le modèle, votre boitier est pré équipé de ventilateurs. Vous pouvez optimiser le
refroidissement en installant des ventilateurs supplémentaires (non inclus) et les fixer à l’aide de 4 vis aux
emplacements prévus à cet effet. Le nombre et l’emplacement des ventilateurs optionnels sont indiqués dans les
spécifications au début ce manuel.
Pour que le flux d’air soit optimal, les ventilateurs avant/en façade aspirent l’air frais à l’intérieur du boitier. Les
ventilateurs à l’arrière et sur le haut du boitier vont extraire l’air chaud du boitier vers l’extérieur. Pour bien positionner
les ventilateurs, vérifier le repère sur le ventilateur qui vous indique le sens de circulation du flux d’air.
Le watercooling : si votre boitier est compatible watercooling, l’arrière de celui-ci est équipé de passe-tuyaux.
L’installation d’un système de ce type de refroidissement est complexe. Reportez-vous au manuel constructeur !
Les filtres anti-poussière : ils limitent la poussière à l’intérieur de votre boitier. Ils optimisent la circulation d’air : ne
pas les obstruer et procéder à leur entretien régulier.
COMMENT OPTIMISER LE REFROIDISSEMENT
DE VOTRE ORDINATEUR ?
Positionnez votre alimentation dans le logement prévu à cet effet. L’emplacement est différent en fonction du
châssis. Vissez celui-ci à l’aide des vis incluses avec votre alimentation ou le cas échéant celle fourni dans le kit
de visserie !
Attention :
Le ventilateur de votre alimentation ne doit jamais être positionné contre une paroi sans grille d’aération !
Ne jamais mettre sous tension votre alimentation avant d’avoir terminé l’installation de vos composants et vérifier
l’intégralité des branchements !

COMMENT RELIER LES PORTS USB 3.0
A LA CARTE MÈRE ?
Dans un souci de confort, installez vos cartes : graphique, contrôleurs… en dernier ! Vous disposerez ainsi de plus
d’espace pour accéder aux différents connecteurs de votre carte mère.
Pensez au cable management qui permet d’optimiser le passage et rangement des câbles. Utilisez l’arrière du boitier
pour passer vos câbles. Nos boitiers sont le plus souvent équipés d’un système de cable management spacieux
permettant de cacher une grande partie des câbles : l’épaisseur varie selon le modèle. Il permet aussi d’optimiser
la circulation des flux d’air et donc le refroidissement de vos composants. Il offre un accès facile aux composants et
périphériques afin d’effectuer des changements ou d’ajouter d’autres composants.
Pour effectuer les différents branchements, commencez par les connecteurs composant les éléments de la façade.
Ils sont caractérisés par de petits connecteurs annotés : Power LED / Power Button / Reset / Speaker / HDD LED…
Pour savoir ou brancher les connecteurs sur votre carte-mère : reportez-vous au manuel constructeur de celle-ci.
Puis procédez aux branchements suivants :
● Les ports USB 2.0 et/ou USB 3.0
● Le connecteur HD Audio
● Les ventilateurs sur la carte-mère (3 pins) ou via l’alimentation
● Les disques dur et lecteurs sur la carte mère et via l’alimentation
Maintenant que la plupart des branchements sont effectués vous pouvez installer vos cartes : graphiques,
contrôleurs…
COMMENT EFFECTUER LES DIFFÉRENTS BRANCHEMENTS ?

Commencez par la retirer de son emballage antistatique, en prenant bien
soin de la prendre par la tranche. En aucun cas, vous ne devez toucher les
composants de la carte : vous savez pourquoi !
Les cartes graphiques d'aujourd'hui se fixent pratiquement toutes sur un
port PCIe, proche du processeur. Si vous n'arrivez pas à localiser les
connecteurs PCIe, reportez-vous à la documentation de votre carte-mère !
En premier lieu retirer l’équerre qui correspond au connecteur PCIe de
l’emplacement de la carte graphique. Engagez la nouvelle carte dans le
connecteur PCIe. Il faut l'engager de façon ferme, mais sans forcer. Vous
devez entendre un "clic" qui indique que le clip de verrouillage s'est bien
enclenché.
Vous avez terminé votre installation ! ? Vous avez contrôlé une dernière fois les branchements ! Remontez les
parois latérales ! Branchez votre écran, souris, clavier à votre nouveau châssis ! Il ne vous reste plus qu’à mettre
sous tension votre ordinateur et appuyez sur le bouton power. Merci de votre confiance et à bientôt.

Ne tentez pas d’effectuer des réparations : Ne tentez pas de démonter, d’ouvrir, de réparer ou de modifier le
produit, les accessoires ou le câble d’alimentation. Vous risqueriez de vous électrocuter ou de vous exposer
à d’autres dangers. Tout signe de tentative d’ouverture et/ou de modification de cet appareil, y compris tout
décollement, toute perforation ou tout retrait d’une étiquette, annulera la Garantie.
Utilisation à proximité d’un liquide : Pour réduire le risque d’incendie ou de choc, n’utilisez pas cet appareil à
proximité d’un liquide et ne l’exposez pas à la pluie ou à de l’humidité. Ne tentez pas de sécher l’appareil en

branchés à la prise électrique, au bloc d’alimentation et à l’appareil.
Ne tirez pas brusquement sur les câbles d’alimentation, ne les pliez pas à l’excès, ou ne les maltraitez pas
de toute autre manière que ce soit.
N’exposez pas les câbles d’alimentation à des sources de chaleur.
Conservez les câbles d’alimentation hors de la portée des enfants et des animaux. Ne les laissez pas les
mordre ou les mâchouiller.
Lorsque vous débranchez les câbles d’alimentation, tirez sur la prise. Ne tirez pas sur le câble.
Si un câble d’alimentation ou un bloc d’alimentation est endommagé de quelque manière que ce soit, cessez
immédiatement de l’utiliser.
Débranchez votre appareil en cas d’orage ou en cas de non utilisation pendant une période prolongée.
Pour les appareils disposant d’un câble d’alimentation secteur qui se branche au bloc d’alimentation,
branchez toujours le cordon d’alimentation en suivant les instructions suivantes : branchez le câble
d’alimentation secteur dans le bloc d’alimentation jusqu’à ce qu’il soit totalement enclenché, puis branchez
l’autre extrémité du cordon d’alimentation secteur dans la prise murale.

Stability and cleanliness: When assembling your chassis, plan for a flat, stable surface. Assemble it away
from dust in a well-lit room! Do not place your frame on the carpet that is charged with static electricity.

Always read before ... Each component is different! It is advisable to read in advance the instructions of
assembly of each element composing your computer like the CPU, RAM ... Example: consult the manual of
your cooler CPU for know the steps you need to consider before installing the motherboard.
Antistatic, what is it? : In order to preserve the integrity of the components, it is essential to protect them
against possible static electricity discharges from which your body is charged. Equipping you with an
antistatic wrist strap will allow you to handle your parts safely. Treat components and cards with care, do not
touch components or unshielded contacts. Always hold your card, your processor by its edges (never by its
pins.)
The right tools! We advise you to use the right tools for each step of the assembly. Do not use a "house"
screwdriver such as a coin, a knife tip, your fingernails ... You risk damaging your equipment or injuring
yourself. When assembling, do not force-tighten your components as this may damage the threads or break
the material.
Never force ... Before connecting a cable, make sure that both connectors are correctly aligned. The
connectors are often equipped with polarizer: a device, usually mechanical, to avoid assembly errors,
assembly or connection! Never force because bent pins may require replacement of the entire connector!

HOW TO REMOVE THE SIDE WALL ?
HOW TO INSTALL YOUR CARD - MOTHER?
To remove the side wall, unscrew the thumbscrews. Depending on the model, use a suitable screwdriver.
Start by unpacking your motherboard and put it on the protective foam
that accompanies it. This will give you a much more comfortable
working space for mounting the processor, the heat sink, which usually
consists of a radiator with a fan, and the memory ... Follow the
assembly guide for each component!
Before positioning your motherboard, attach the connector back panel
sold with your motherboard by snapping it to the chassis wall.
Depending on the size of your motherboard, check the pre-installed
spacers or attach the spacers to the chassis. Position your
motherboard and screw it to the chassis. Reminder do not screw, tighten strongly! Be careful not to fix more spacers
than there is a hole on your motherboard, at the risk of creating short circuits .

Before installing your hard drives, check the space occupied and the length of your graphics card. Depending on the
chassis it may interfere with the connection of your disks and require the removal of cradles or bays. Your graphics
card may also require attaching a support rail or moving a removable fan rail.
There are several systems for fixing your hard drives. Some of our chassis are equipped with screwless fasteners:
● Fixed Cradle with Quick Attach: Insert your disc into the cradle and lower the lever to secure.
● Removable cradle with clips: Remove the cradle by pressing the tabs / Insert your disc into the holes on one side
/ Spread the cradle to insert the disc on the other side / replace the cradle in the bay.
● For the cages / cradles / rails with screw fixing, it is advisable to use the supplied screws, do not forget if necessary
the anti-vibration washers.

Fans: Depending on the model, your case is pre-equipped with fans. You can optimize cooling by installing additional
fans (not included) and secure them with 4 screws in the slots provided for this purpose. The number and location of
optional fans are listed in the specifications at the beginning of this manual.
For optimal airflow, front / front fans draw fresh air into the housing. The fans at the back and on the top of the case
will extract hot air from the case to the outside. To properly position the fans, check the mark on the fan that tells you
the flow direction of the airflow.
Watercooling: if your case is watercooling compatible, the back of it is equipped with tubing. Installing a system of
this type of cooling is complex. Refer to the manufacturer's manual!
Dust filters: they limit the dust inside your case. They optimize the circulation of air: do not obstruct them and proceed
to their regular maintenance.
HOW TO OPTIMIZE THE COOLING OF YOUR COMPUTER?

Position your power supply in the housing provided for this purpose. The location is different depending on the
chassis. Screw it using the screws included with your power supply or, if applicable, the one supplied in the hardware
kit!
Warning :
The fan of your power supply must never be positioned against a wall without a ventilation grid!
Never turn on your power supply until you have finished installing your components and check all connections!
HOW TO INSTALL YOUR POWER SUPPLY?
HOW TO CONNECT USB 3.0 PORTS TO THE MOTHERBOARD ?

Start by removing it from its antistatic packaging, taking
care to take it by the edge. In no case should you touch
the components of the card: you know why!
Today's graphics cards are almost all fixed on a PCIe port
, close to the processor. If you can not locate the PCIe
connectors , refer to your motherboard's documentation!
First, remove the bracket that corresponds to the PCIe
connector from the graphics card slot. Engage the new
card in the PCIe connector . It must be firmly engaged, but
without straining. You must hear a "click" that indicates
that the locking clip has snapped into place.
You have completed your installation! ? You checked the connections one last time! Reassemble the side walls!
Connect your screen, mouse, keyboard to your new chassis! All you have to do is turn on your computer and press
the power button. Thanks for your confidence and see you soon!
For the sake of comfort, install your cards: graphics, controllers ... last! You will have more space to access the
different connectors on your motherboard.
Think about cable management that optimizes the passage and storage of cables. Use the back of the case to pass
your cables. Our enclosures are usually equipped with a spacious cable management system to hide a large part of
the cables: the thickness varies depending on the model. It also makes it possible to optimize the circulation of the
air flows and thus the cooling of your components. It provides easy access to components and devices for making
changes or adding other components.
To make the various connections, start with the connectors making up the elements of the facade. They are
characterized by small annotated connectors: Power LED / Power Button / Reset / Speaker / HDD LED ... To know
or connect the connectors on your motherboard: refer to the manufacturer's manual of this one.
Then make the following connections:
● USB 2.0 and / or USB 3.0 ports
● The HD Audio connector
● Fans on the motherboard (3 pins) or via the power supply
● Hard drives and drives on the motherboard and via the power supply
Now that most connections are made you can install your cards: graphics, controllers ...
