Installaon and Operaon Instrucons
Dear Customer: Thank you for purchasing a Supreme Child Protecon Seat. Please read all instrucons
before installing. Failure to follow these warnings and the installaon instrucons could
result in serious injury or death. Keep these instrucons. DO NOT DISCARD.

Warning
1. This Product is intended for children up to a maximum weight of 25kgs.
2. DO NOT leave your child unaended while using the Child Protecon Seat.
3. Always use safety belt.
4. Forbid children from hanging from the unit to avoid risk of falling.
5. Be aware of the risk of open res and other sources of strong heat, such as electric heaters, gas res, etc. in
the near vicinity of the Child Protecon Seat.
6. Adding excessive weight to the unit that exceed the total weight limit of 25kgs may cause a hazardous
unstable condion to occur.
Parts and Hardware
Maintenance and Cleaning
• Check all components and hardware monthly or as required to ensure hardware is ght and there are no missing
or damaged components. Take unit out of service if any components are missing or damaged and contact SPL
customer service to order spare parts. DO NOT substute parts . For replacement parts phone [phone]
• Clean Child Protecon Seat by using a damp cloth with mild soap or mild mul-purpose cleaner. Do not use
strong chemical cleaners or cleaning agents that may be hazardous to children.

Method of Installaon
Warning
• This Child Protecon Seat has four (4) recess mounng holes.
• The Child Protecon Seat is no stronger than the anchors or wall to which they are aached and therefore, MUST
be rmly secured in order to support the weight they are intended to support. Contact a Builder or Architect if
you have any quesons relang to installaon.
Note: Wooden double stud blocking is necessary.

Terms of Warranty
1. The Supreme Child Protecon Seat warranty period is 12 months.
2. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase.
3. The following are not in the scope of warranty requirements:
Improper use, alteraon to the product or repair by technical persons without our
company’s authorisaon.
4. While our company remains commied to our customer service, we will not cover products
that are outside of their warranty period.
• The Child Protecon Seat is no stronger than the anchors or wall to which they are aached and therefore,
MUST be rmly secured in order to support the weight they are intended to support. Contact a Builder or
Architect if you have any quesons relang to installaon.
• To assure proper installaon, it is suggested that a qualied person or registered building praconer install the
Supreme Child Protecon Seat. SPL Ltd will not be responsible if the table is not installed properly.
