WARNINGS
European safety standard states:
IMPORTANT: Read the instructions carefully before use
and keep them for future reference.Your child’s safety
may be affected if you do not follow these instructions.
• Be aware of the risk of open re and other sources of
strong heat, such as electric bar res, gas res, etc. in the
vicinity of the cot. • Do not use the cot if any part is broken,
torn or missing and use only spare parts approved by the
manufacturer. • Do not leave anything in the cot or place
the cot close to another product, which could provide a
foothold or present a danger of suffocation or strangulation,
e.g. strings, blind / curtain cords, etc. • Do not use more
than one mattress in the cot. • Before using the traveller,
ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged. Check
carefully that they are all fully engaged before use. • If you
leave the child unattended in the traveller, always make
sure the side access panels are zipped closed. • Ensure
that all components of the frame are regularly checked for
a secure and tight t. • To prevent injury from falls, do not
use the traveller when the child is able to climb out of the
cot. • It is recommended that the mattress supplied by the
manufacturer is used. The thickness of the mattress shall
be such that the internal height (surface of the mattress to
the upper edge of the cot frame) is at least 500mm / 20".

WARNINGS
American safety standard states:
• Never leave an infant in the product with the sides down.
Infant may roll into space between pad and loose mesh
side causing suffocation. • Infants can suffocate: –In gaps
between a mattress too small or too thick and product sides.
–On soft bedding.• NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter
or padding.• NEVER use a water mattress with this product.
• Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could
result in serious injury or death. • The product, including
side rails, must be fully erected prior to use. • Strings can
cause strangulation! Never place items with a string around
a child’s neck such as hood strings or pacier cords. Never
suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys. •
When the child is able to pull to standing position, remove
bumper pads, large toys, and other objects that could
serve as steps for climbing out. • Discontinue use of the
product when child is able to climb out or reaches the height
of 890mm / 35". • NEVER place product near a window
where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle a child. •
The size (980mm / 39"x 570mm / 22") of the mattress
shall be such that there is no gap greater than 30mm / 1.2"
between the mattress and the sides and ends of the cot.

To avoid injury or death:
Use ONLY mattress / pad provided by manufacturer (which
must be at least (980mm / 39"x 570mm / 22"). wide and
not more than 25mm / 0.98"thick). • Always provide the
supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child.
When used for playing, never leave child unattended. • To
reduce the risk of SIDS, paediatricians recommend healthy
infants be placed on their back to sleep, unless otherwise
advised by your physician. • Only use the covers supplied
by manufacturer. • NEVER use this product if there are any
loose or missing fasteners, loose joints, broken parts, or
torn mesh/fabric. Check before assembly and periodically
during use. Contact your retailer for replacement parts.
Never substitute parts. • NEVER leave child in product with
side lowered. –always ensure the side access panels are
zipped closed. NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other
plastic lm as mattress covers not sold and intended for that
purpose. They can cause suffocation. Child can become
entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are
placed on top of product. Never add such items to conne
child in product.• If renishing, use a nontoxic nish specied
for children's products.

• MATTRESS SIZE This cot is made to use a
mattress which is 980mm / 39". long by 570mm /
22". wide and not more than 25mm / 0.98" thick).
• Using the wrong size mattress may create
hazardous gaps that could result in suffocation
or could reduce the side height of the cot which
may result in your child falling out of the cot. • Do
not leave anything in the cot (such as toys) that
provide a foothold. • Do not use the cot near naked
heat sources, bar heaters, open res or exposed
ames. • Keep the cot clear of trailing cables and
hanging cords. • Keep medication, and small items
that a child could choke on away from the cot. •
The thickness of the mattress has been specied
to ensure that the distance from the top of the
mattress to the top of the lowest side or end will
always be at least 500mm / 20". This will reduce
the risk of children falling out of the cot. • USE
ONLY THE MATTRESS SUPPLIED BY THE
MANUFACTURER, INCORRECT MATTRESSES
CAN CAUSE DEATH. • Use only accessories as
recommended by the supplier. • Ensure the top rails
and base are fully locked. • Do not use this cot if
any part of the cot is broken torn or missing. • Keep
children away while assembling / disassembling
the cot. • Discontinue use if the covering material of
the padded rim has been bitten through.

Canada:
• Caregivers must ensure that the crib is safe by checking
regularly, before placing the child in it, that every part is
properly and securely in place. • Do not use this crib if you
cannot exactly follow the accompanying instructions. • Do
not use this crib for a child who can climb out of it or who is
taller than 90cm. • Do not place in or near this crib any cord,
strap or similar item that could become wrapped around
a child’s neck. • Do not place this crib near a window or
a patio door where a child could reach the cord of a blind
or curtain and be strangled. • Ensure that the sides of
this crib are properly latched or locked in the appropriate
position when a child is left unattended in it.• Check this crib
regularly before using it and do not use it if any parts are
loose or missing or if there are any signs of damage. Do not
substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer if replacement
parts or additional instructions are needed. • Use only the
mattress supplied by the manufacturer with this crib. Do
not add an additional mattress to this crib. • Children can
suffocate on soft bedding. Do not place pillows, comforters
or soft mattresses in this crib.
