Hinweise zum Einbetonieren der
Bodenhülsen:
1. Bodenhülsen gem. Zeichnung einbauen.
Wir empfehlen, daß diese negativ mit 1°
Neigung nach außen gesetzt werden.
2. Verwenden Sie beim Einbetonieren der
Bodenhülse keine Schnellabbinde- oder
Frostschutzmittel, da diese Zusätze zu
Beschädigungen der Bodenhülsen führen
können.
3. Wenn die Anlage bei Spielfeldern mit
Kunststoffbelägen eingesetzt wird, müssen
die Bodenhülsen entsprechend gekürzt
werden, oder aber spezielle Bodenhülsen für
Kunststoffbeläge eingesetzt werden.
Montage der Schiene für Pfosten mit
Spannvorrichtung:
1. Rollenhalter (U-Profil) mit Inbusschrauben
M 6x16 und Fächerscheiben in die beiden
oberen Gewindelöcher montieren.
2. Rolle mit Linsenkopfschraube M 6x25 und
Flachmutter M 6 in Rollenhalter einsetzen.

Indications to concrete ground sockets:
1. Mount ground sockets according to the
drawing. We recommend to place them
negative-going by about 1° declination to
the outside.
2. Do not apply an acceleration mixture or
antifreeze as these adhesives may cause
damages to the sockets.
3. The ground sockets have to be shortened
correspondingly if the unit is used on plastic
grounds or if special ground sockets for plastic
grounds are used.
Assembly of the rail for uprights with
tensioning device:
1. Mount roller holding device (U-profile) with
hexagon socket screws M 6x16 and fanshaped
disks into the upper thread holes.
2. Fit roller into roller holding device with oval
head screw M 6x25 and flat nut M 6.
3. Screw handwheel into lower thread hole.

Renseignements pour bétonner des manchons:
1. Monter les manchons selon l’esquisse. Nous
recommandons de les fixer négativement à
l’extérieur avec une inclinaison de 1 dégrée.
2. N’employer pas d`accélérateur de prise ou
de solution antiréfrigérante parce que ces
adjuvants peuvent endommager les manchons.
3. Les manchons sont à raccourcir conformément
si l`équipement est appliqué sur des terrains
plastiques ou si des manchons spéciaux pour
des terrains plastiques sont utilisés.
Montage du rail pour les poteaux avec
dispositif de tension:
1. Monter le dispositif de retenue à rouleaux
(profilé en U) avec des boulons à six pans
creux M 6x16 et des rondelles coniques à
eventail dans les deux trous taraudés.
2. Mettre le rouleau dans le dispositif de retenue
avec vis à tête bombée M 6x25 et écrou
plat M 6.

3. In das untere Gewindeloch Handrad ein-
drehen.
4. Auf geschlossene Gewinderingösen M 8x25
Muttern M 8 aufdrehen. 1 Stück in Gewinde-
bohrung unter Rollenhalter, 1 Stück über
Handrad eindrehen und mit Mutter kontern.
Montage der Schiene für Pfosten mit
Haltevorrichtung:
1. Auf aufgebogene Gewinderingöse Mutter
M 8 aufdrehen und in die obere Gewinde-
bohrung eindrehen und mit Mutter kontern.
2. In das untere Gewindeloch Handrad
eindrehen.
3. Auf geschlossene Gewinderingöse M 8x25
Mutter M 8 aufdrehen und in Gewindeboh-
rung über dem Handrad einschrauben und
mit Mutter M 8 kontern.
Montage der Pfostenverschlußkappen:
Bei quadratischen Pfosten 80 x 80 mm:
Pfostenverschlußkappen oben und unten mit
Hammer in die Pfosten eintreiben und diese
durch werksseitig in den Pfosten angebrachte
Bohrungen mit 1,5 mm Bohrer aufbohren.
Danach Steckerstifte eintreiben.
4. Screw nuts M 8 on closed threaded ring eyes
M 8x25. Screw one in boring below roller
holding device, one above handwheel and
fix with nuts.
Assembly of the rail for uprights with
holding device:
1. Screw nut M 8 on washed-out threaded ring
eye, screw it in the upper boring and fix with
nut.
2. Screw handwheel into the lower thread hole.
3. Screw nut M 8 on closed threaded ring eye
M 8x25, screw it in the boring above the
hand-wheel and fix with nut M 8.
Mounting of caps:
For square uprights 80x80 mm:
Knock caps in the uprights at the top and at the
bottom with a hammer and open by boring them
through the upright borings with 1,5 mm drill.
Then fix with plug pins.
For round uprights ∅83 mm:
Stick caps in the uprights at the top and at the
bottom and open by boring them through the
upright borings with 1,5 mm drill. Fix with
tapping screws 4x25 mm.
3. Visser la roue à main dans le trou taraudé
inférieur.
4. Visser des écours M 8 sur l’anneau taraudé
fermé M 8x25. Visser 1 dans le trou taraudé
au-dessous du dispositif de retenue à rouleaux
1 au-dessus de la roue à main et serrer avec
un écrou.
Montage du rail pour les poteaux avec
dispositif de retenue:
1. Visser écrou M 8 sur l`anneau taraudé coudé,
le visser dans le trou taraudé supérieur et fixer
avec écrou.
2. Visser la roue à main dans le trou taraudé
inférieur.
3. Visser écrou M 8 sur l`anneau taraudé fermé
M 8x25, le visser dans le trou taraudé au-
dessous de la roue à main et fixer avec écrou
M 8.
Montage des capuchons du poteau:
Des poteaux carrés 80x80 mm:
Enfoncer les capuchons en haut et en bas à
l`aide d`un marteau et les ouvrir en forant par
les percages des poteaux avec un percoir de
1,5 mm. Puis enfoncer des contacts mâles.
Des poteaux ronds, diamètre 83 mm:

Bei runden Pfosten ∅83 mm:
Pfostenverschlußkappen oben und unten in die
Pfosten einstecken und diese durch werksseitig
in den Pfosten angebrachte Bohrungen mit 1,5
mm Bohrer aufbohren und mit selbstschnei-
denden Schrauben 4x25 mm befestigen.
Spannen des Netzes:
Das Spannen des Netzes erfolgt mit der an der
Spannvorrichtung angebrachten Gelenkkurbel.
Achten Sie beim Spannen des Netzes bitte
unbedingt darauf, daß die Gelenkkurbel nicht zu
steil gestellt wird. Wenn dieses der Fall ist
sperrt das Kreuzgelenk, da beide Gelenkhälften
gegeneinander schlagen. Dieses führt bei
hohem Kraftaufwand zum Bruch des Kreuz-
gelenkes und der Gelenkkurbel.
Sicherheits-Hinweis / Lagerung:
Die Lagerung der Pfosten hat waagerecht auf
einer Ablagekonsole oder aber auf einem
speziellen Ablagewagen zu erfolgen.
Vor Entnahme von der Lagervorrichtung
unbedingt darauf achten, daß die Feststell-
schrauben der Spann-/Haltevorrichtung fest
angezogen sind, damit sich die Spann-/Halte-
vorrichtung beim Einsetzen in die Boden-
hülsen nicht lösen kann.
Tensioning of the net:
Use the flexible crank mounted at the tensioning
device to tension the net.
When tensioning the net pay attention that the
flexible crank is not set too steep. In this case
the universal joint blocks as both crank parts are
beating against each other. This may cause a
break of the universal joint and the flexible
crank.
Safety advice/storage:
Storage of the uprights has to be effected
horizontally on a board or on a special trolley.
When using the uprights pay attention that the
fixing screws of the tensioning/holding device
are fastened tightly so that the they cannot back
out during the installation into the ground
sockets.
Maintenance instructions:
Please take care that from time to time all
screwings have to be checked and in case fixed
again.
The spindle of the tensioning device is greased
to guarantee a free running of the nut for the net
rope on the spindle. Take care that the spindle is
always greased.
Enfoncer les capuchons en haut et en bas et les
ouvrir en forant par les percages des poteaux
avec un percoir de 1,5 mm et les fixer avec des
vis autotaraudeuses 4x25 mm.
Bander le filet:
Pour bander le filet prendre la manivelle
articulée montée au dispositif de tension.
Faire attention que la manivelle articulée n’est
pas posée trop raide. Dans ce cas le joint
universel bloque étant donné que les deux
parties de la manivelle battent l’une contre
l’autre. Cela peut causer une rupture du joint
universel et de la manivelle articulée.
Instruction de sécurité/stockage:
Le stockage des poteaux doit être effectué
horizentalement sur un récepteur ou sur un
chariot spécial.
Avant le montage des poteaux dans les
manchons faire attention que les vis de fixation
du dispositif de tension sont serrées pour que le
dispositif de tension soit fixé.
Instructions d’entretien:
Les raccords à vis doivent être inspectés de
temps en temps et fixés s’il le faut.
Le pivot du dispositif de tension est graissé pour

Wartungshinweise:
Bitte unbedingt beachten, daß alle Schraub-
verbindungen von Zeit zu Zeit überprüft und
ggf. nachgezogen werden müssen.
Die Spindel der Spannvorrichtung ist werks-
seitig eingefettet, damit die Mutter für das
Netzseil einwandfrei auf der Spindel läuft und
es zu keinem Festfressen der Mutter kommen
kann. Daher unbedingt beachten, daß immer
ausreichend Fett auf der Spindel vorhanden ist.
Warnhinweis:
Prüfen Sie vor Benutzung dieses Produktes, ob
alle Verbindungen fest angezogen sind, und
prüfen Sie dies später wiederholt.
Befestigung Säulenschutzpolster an
Volleyballanlagen (EN 1271)
Es müssen entsprechende Säulenschutzpolster
vorhanden sein und bis zu einer Höhe von
2.000mm über Bodenniveau angebracht werden.
Die Polster müssen die Pfosten,
Spannvorrichtung und hervorstehende Teile
komplett umschließen (siehe Bilder).
Halterungen bitte so festziehen, dass diese sich
nicht lösen oder das Polster verrutschen kann

Before use check if all connections are fixed
and reinspect it from time to time.
Fixing of protection pads at volleyball
uprights (EN 1271)
Corresponding pads are necessary and have to
be fixed up to 2000 mm above the ground. The
pads have to surround completely uprights,
tensioning device and projecting parts (see
pictures).
Please tighten clamps to avoid slipping of pads.

Fixation des rembourrages de protection aux
poteaux de volleyball (EN 1271)
Des rembourrages correspondants sont
nécessaires et il faut les fixer jusqu’à une
hauteur de 2000 mm au-dessus du sol. Les
rembourrages doivent complètement entourer
les poteaux, le dispositif de tension et les parties
dépassées (voir les images).
Serrez toutes les fixations pour éviter que les
rembourrages glissent.

1. Bodenhülsen „zum Aufdübeln“ entsprechend
der Spielfeldgrösse auf Betonfundament auf-
dübeln. Hierbei beachten, dass die Bodenhülsen
mit 1° negativ Neigung gefertigt wurden. Auf der
Bodenplatte der Bodenhülse ist „Ziffer 1“ einge-
prägt. Diese muß beim Aufdübeln nach innen
Richtung Netz zeigen.
Gesamtlänge: 360mm
Einstecktiefe: 350mm
2. Bodenhülsen „zum Einbetonieren“ entsprechend
der Spielfeldgrösse einbetonieren. Wir empfehlen,
dass diese negativ mit 1° Neigung nach aussen
gesetzt werden.
Gesamtlänge: 700mm
Einstecktiefe: 350mm
1. Fix ground sockets “for plugging” on concrete
foundation corresponding to the playground size.
Consider that the ground sockets are made with a
negative-going inclination of 1°. “Number 1” is stamped
on the ground plate of the ground socket which has to
point to the inside towards the net during plugging.
Total length: 360mm
Insertion depth: 350mm
2. Fix ground sockets “for concretion” corresponding to
the playground size. We recommend to place them
negative-going by about 1° inclination to the outside.
Total length: 700mm

1. Fixer les manchons “à cheviller” sur le béton
conformément à la dimension du terrain. Considérer que
les manchons sont faits avec une inclinaison negative de
1°. On a gravé “chiffre 1” sur la plaque de fond du
manchon qui doit pointer vers l’intérieur en direction filet.
Longueur totale: 360mm
Profondeur d’enfoncement: 350mm
2. Fixer les manchons “à bétonner” conformément à la
dimension du terrain. Nous recommandons de les fixer
négativement vers l’extérieur avec une inclinaison de 1°.
