CHARGING THE POWERBANK
Connect the powerbank via the USB-C port to a
power source, using the included USB-C cable.
The LED baery indicator will blink while charging
is in progress. All 4 LED lights will remain on
when charging is complete. A full charge will take
approximately 2 hours.
POWER ON/OFF
The powerbank will turn on automatically when
a compatible device is aached to the magnetic
wireless charging pad or connected via USB-C
cable. If the device is removed, the powerbank
will remain in standby mode for 10 seconds
before turning o to preserve baery life.
Manually turn o the powerbank by holding
the power buon for 3 seconds.
LED BATTERY INDICATOR
4 white lights on: Batery 100%
3 white lights on: Batery 75%
2 white lights on: Batery 50%
1 white light on: Batery 25%
Short press the power buon and the LED baery
indicator will display solid white light/s to indicate the
current powerbank baery level.
CHARGING A DEVICE USING THE MAGNETIC
WIRELESS CHARGING PAD
Place a compatible device on the wireless charging
pad, ensuring the device is correctly aligned.
For iPhone 12 series devices and above, alignment
is achieved via the internal magnetic charging coil.
For other devices, alignment can be achieved using
a MagSafe compatible case. The LED wireless
charging indicator will display as solid blue when a
device is charging.
CHARGING A DEVICE USING USB-C PORT
Connect the powerbank via the USB-C port to a
device, using the included USB-C cable or a cable
compatible with your device. The LED baery
indicator will remain on for 5 seconds when a
device begins to charge via the USB-C port.
Both the wireless charging pad and USB-C port
can be used concurrently to charge two devices.
Note: Due to technical dierences with various
devices, please refer to your device manufacturer
specifications for compatibility.

Q: My powerbank will not turn on
A: Ensure powerbank is charged. If device is aligned
on wireless charging pad or connected via USB-C
cable, try holding the power buon for 3 seconds.
Q: My device will not charge or is slow to
charge wirelessly
A: Ensure you have a wireless charging
compatible phone.
A: Ensure your device is correctly placed on the
magnetic wireless charging pad, by either aligning
your device’s internal charging coil or using a
MagSafe compatible case.
A: Some cases may interfere with wireless charging
performance and may even result in intermient
or discontinued charging. Cases containing
metal or magnets not associated with MagSafe
compatibility or with a thickness of more than
3mm should be removed prior to charging.
Note: The powerbank will stop charging and the
LED charging indicator will flash blue if there is a
foreign body or incompatible device placed on the
charging pad.

Read all instructions and warnings prior to using
this product. Improper use of this product may
result in product damage, excess heat, toxic fumes,
fire or explosion.
1. Do not use the Magnetic Wireless Powerbank near
an open fire, heat source or excessive heat.
2. Do not aempt to power this device using any
method, apparatus, or connection other than a
USB-C cable.
3. With the exception of MagSafe compatible cases,
do not put metal objects or magnets between the
device and the wireless charging pad.
4. Protect your charging cable from being pinched
particularly at the connectors.
5. Unplug your cable and charger from the wall outlet
during lightning storms or when unused for long
periods of time.
6. Do not disassemble this device or aempt to
modify it in any manner.
All Sprout products go through thorough quality
assurance inspections. If you find that your device
is excessively hot, is emitting odour, is deformed,
abraded, cut or is experiencing or demonstrating
an abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop all
product use and contact Sprout.
6. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFO
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the
goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to
a major failure. If you have any questions about your
rights in relation to this product, please return it to point

Your Sprout Magnetic Wireless Powerbank is
warranted to the original owner for 24 months from
the date of purchase against defects in material
and workmanship under normal use and service.
The warranty does not cover misuse of this product
and liability will not exceed the purchase price of
the product.
