快速操作指南
2.应用端软件 APP 安装
2.1：软件下载安装
方法 1：扫苗二维码下载软件“五指山”并安装
方法二：打开以下连接下载安装软件“五指山”
运行您手机端的浏览器，输入以下对应的应用端 APP下载链接地址：
安卓端 APP 下载地址：http://www.videoipcamera.cn/

软件成功下载完成安装后，您的手机桌面会出现如下图标
2.2 为“五指山”软件注册应用账号
使用五指山软件时，首先要注册一个应用账号。进入账户登陆界面。
1：双击桌面上的“五指山”图标，运行“五指山”软件。
2：首次应用软件，须先注册一个新账号，请选择“注册”，进入“注册向导”界面。
3：输入邮箱并为新账号设置使用密码。(此邮箱作为账户名登录，也可用于找回密码)
4：最后点 “注册”。注册成功后，将自动登陆到软件摄像机操作界面。
3.产品应用
3.1 给产品通电：
3.2 添加设备：
第一步：添加设备：
注意：操作这一步前，请先把您的手机连上 WiFi，手机离摄像机距离在3米以内。
1：运行“五指山”，然后进入到设备列表界面，如下图片。
2：单击右上角的“添加”按钮添加摄像机.
3：单击“SP” 按钮，添加 SP 系列摄像机。
4： 单击“智能 WIFI 配置”，为摄像机连接无线网络。
6：按提示等待摄像机连接无线网络，当听到摄像机 “叮咚”一声后，表示网络连接成功。
7：连接成功后，设备信息将列出在“添加设备”列表上。输入摄像机密码（设备出厂默认
密码为：888888），再单击“保存”。即添加成功。
第二步：设备的应用
设备添加成功后，会显示在摄像机列表中“SP”系列中（选择对应系列可查看对应系列下的
摄像机），具体操作及功能实现说明如下：
一：设备主要功能按键操作说明：
5：进入智能 WIFI 设置界面后，(软件自动默认使用手机所连接的无线网络)。按提示输入
WiFi 密码。在“下一步”。
二：设备远程观看操作界面说明：
4.常见问题
①Q: 添加设备时，有听到机器发出“滴答”声音提示设置成功,但却无法添加设备成功。
A: 请检查摄像机和手机是否使用同一个无线网络，在同一局域网中。
若摄像机无线设置成功但与手机不在同一个局域网内，可输入设备 ID 号手动添加摄像
机；
②Q: 查看实时视频时，提示密码错误
A: 请检查添加摄像机时设置的远程访问密码是否正确，若不正确请在摄像机列表条目中
选择编辑重新设置远程访问密码；
若忘记摄像机的远程访问密码，建议按”Reset”键将设备恢复出厂默认值（默认为
空，首次添加摄像机时需创建新密码，否则将不能进行远程访问）；
③Q: 设备列表中提示设备离线
A: 请检查摄像机是否正常联网，检查网络指示灯是否常亮；
请检查路由器网络是否正常；
④Q: 回放录像时未能搜索到录像文件
A: 请检查 SD 卡是否损坏；
请检查录像文件的检索时间，检查摄像机的系统时间；

Step 3: Press the “Smartlink” button, then input the correct WiFi information, and any other
additional information that is required.
Once complete, the camera should emit a beeping sound indicating a successful
network setup.
Step 4: Input the camera’s password (Factory Default Password: 888888).
Step 5: Finally, press the “Save” button to complete the setup process.

2.2 Register for an APCam Account
Before using the APCam App, you will need to register for an account.
Step 1: Launch the APCam App and navigate to the login screen.
Step 2: Touch the “Register” button and input your email and desired password. Your
account will then be created and signed in automatically every time the app is launched.
3. Using the APCam App
3.1 Power on the IP Camera
After the camera has been powered on for 20 seconds, a beeping sound will be emitted.
This sound indicates that the network is disconnected and will require setup.
3.2 Add a camera to the APCam App
Before beginning the setup process, your phone must be connected to a WiFi network
Step 1: Launch the APCam App and press the “Add” button.
Step 2: Press the “SP” button to add a Sricam model from the SP series.
