The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover

by the operator. Read carefully and understand all ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
before operating. Failure to follow the safety rules and other basic safety precautions may result in
serious personal injury.

DO NOT allow persons to operate or assemble the product until they have read this manual and
have developed a thorough understanding of how it works.
DO NOT modify this product in any way. Unauthorized modication may impair the function and/or
safety and could affect the life of the product. There are specic applications for which the product
was designed.
Inspect the work area before each use. Keep work area clean, dry, free of clutter, and well-lit.
Cluttered, wet, or dark work areas can result in injury.
Store idle equipment. When not in use, the cart should be stored in a cool, dry location to inhibit rust
or damage.
Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the tool. DO NOT allow
children to handle the product.
Use the right product for the job. DO NOT attempt to force a small cart to do the job of a larger one.
To do so could result in tipping of the cart or personal injury. Use this cart as it is intended.
Check for damaged parts before each use. Carefully check that the product will operate properly and
perform its intended function. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately. Never operate the
product with a damaged part.
Dress properly. DO NOT wear loose clothing, dangling objects, or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing
and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
Keep the cart clean at all times for safer performance. The handle must be clean, dry and free from oil
or grease at all times.
Operate the cart on clean, dry and level surfaces only.
DO NOT exceed the Welding Cart’s maximum weight capacity of 100lbs. Weight
on all shelves must be evenly distributed and balanced for safety.

ASSEMBLY
NOTE: When attaching hardware, hand tighten only until the unit is together, then use the appropriate
tools to tighten the hardware.
1. Put a wheel at the end of the axle and secure it with a at washer and cotter
key. Then, put a plastic cap over the end. Repeat on the other side.
2. Using four bolts, washers and nuts, attach a caster to the bottom shelf, repeat
on the other side.
3. Connect the bottom (the side with four holes at the top) of a side support rail
to the bottom shelf using bolts, washers and nuts. Repeat on the other side
4. Attach the center shelf to the side support rails using bolts, washers and
nuts.
5. Place a torch assembly bracket over the holes on the of the top of a side
support rail and place the bolts (washers and nuts) through both the torch
assembly bracket, side support rail and the top shelf. Secure with washers and
nuts, Repeat on the other side.
6. Attach the vertical support panel to the bottom shelf and the top shelf using
bolts, washers and nuts.

ASSEMBLY
7. Attach the vertical support panel to the center and top shelves using bolts,
washers and nuts.
8. Insert the chains through the holes in the vertical support panel.
9. Tighten all hardware and attach the handle to the top shelf using bolts,
washers and nuts.
NOTE: Periodically re-tighten all hardware. Make sure the casters and wheels are free of dirt, debris
and grease.
