Use of Biometric Device - STARTEK FM220
Note: All Browsers should be up to date.
Install RD Services:
Step 1: Open the below link and click on Registered Device.

Step 2: Download
a. Windows Certified RD Service
b. Windows Support Tools
Step 3: Install both the downloaded setup

Step 4: (Test) after installation is done connect the device. Click on the
APCL icon in the tool bar and select the option to test ‘Test Capture’.
Step 5: Now you can use the device on the tribal website.
Install Driver:
Step 1: Open the Link

Step 2: Download the Driver for FM220U

Step 3: Go to Device Manager in your Computer. Right click on the FM
220 and select Update Driver.
Step 4: Select browse my computer for driver software
Copy the Path of the driver location

Step 5: Connect the device for use.

2. Mozilla Firefox Settings
1. Go to the options

2. Search Certificates
3. Select ‘View Certificates.’
4. Select the ‘Servers’.
5. Click on ‘Add exception’
6. Enter the Location as https://localhost:11200
7. Click on Get certificate
