has been manufactured to the highest standards of performance
and safety, and is supported by the team at SteakAger.
We want you to be completely sased with your purchase of
this SteakAger product, which is backed by a comprehensive
manufacturer’s 1 year warranty and ongoing support through our
Aer Sale Support Team.
If you require technical support or in the unlikely event your
product was received damaged, please email us at info@
thesteakager.com. Product claims made within the 1 year warranty
period will be repaired and/ or replaced free of charge provided
you have sasfactory proof of purchase (keep your receipt). This
limited warranty does not apply in cases of damage caused by
accident, improper use, abuse or force majeure.
This limited warranty will be invalidated if the appliance is
tampered with in any way whatsoever. In case of quesons or
technical problems please contact us at info@thesteakager.com
If the appliance is returned, it must be packed correctly, as we
cannot accept responsibility for damage caused in transit. We
recommend using a traceable, insured delivery service.

POWER CORD INSTRUCTIONS
LINE CORD SAFETY TIPS
• A power supply is provided that is rated for use with your SteakAger
DO NOT substute or replace. If your power cord is damaged, contact
Customer Service immediately for analysis and replacement opons.
• The power cord should be arranged to keep out of reach of children.
• Run power cord into refrigerator on the hinge side of the door and
arrange in refrigerator so that cord will not be pulled on when accessing
the space.
• Never pull or yank on cord or the appliance.
• To insert plug, grasp it rmly and guide it into outlet.
• To disconnect appliance, grasp plug and remove it from outlet.
• Before each use, inspect the line cord for cuts and/or abrasion marks. If
any are found, this indicates that the appliance should be serviced and
the power cord replaced. Please contact Customer Service.
• Never wrap power cord ghtly around the appliance, as this could place
undue stress on the power cord and cause it to fray and break.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilies, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instrucon concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

WARNING: When using electrical appliances especially when
children are present, basic safety precauons should always be
followed to reduce the risk of re, shock, and/or injury to persons,
including the following:
• Read all Instrucons.
• AVOID ELECTRICAL SHOCK. DO NOT immerse cord, plug or the SteakAger
in water or other liquid.
• UNPLUG the SteakAger from outlet when not in use or before cleaning. DO
NOT add or remove parts while running.
• Never touch or obstruct the rear vent during operaon, ensure minimum
clearance is 1” at back of SteakAger
• Children should not use the SteakAger unsupervised; close supervision is
required when appliance is used near or with children
• Never touch any moving parts in the product.
• Operaon of the SteakAger requires it to be placed on a level surface in the
refrigerator.
• Never operate the SteakAger with a damaged cord or plug that has been
damaged in any way. Immediately contact Customer Service for analysis and
resoluon.
• DO NOT add unauthorized aachments.
• Use only with factory cord supplied; NEVER add extension cords. Unplug
when not in use.
• Do not use product for any purpose outside its intended use.
• WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the State of
California to cause cancer.
• WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the State of
California to cause birth defects or other reproducve harm.

Operating Instructions
Connecng to your SteakAger
• Download the SteakAger App from the App Store or Google Play for free.
• Make sure your appliance is plugged in and running.
• Follow the below App instrucons for either iOS, Android.
•
• WiFi Connecon :
• ** NOTE : If connecng through WiFi you will need to set up and account.
Make sure to conrm the account with the conrmaon email before
trying to sign in.
• Aer opening the app press “Connect to SteakAger”. You will then be
prompted to select “Wi Connecon” or “Bluetooth Connecon”. Press
“Wi Connecon” and enter your credenals. If you have already created
an account, enter your credenals and press login. If you have not created
an account press create account and enter your informaon.
• Aer signing in through WiFi you will need to go into the Sengs (Gear
Icon) and go into WiFi conguraon to select the network and enter your
password.
• If you receive an error message “Please wait 4 minutes for data to load”,
you may have entered the incorrect informaon or your ager is not
connecng to your network properly.
•
• Bluetooth Connecon :
• When connecng through bluetooth you do not need a login to access
your SteakAger. This is the easiest and quickest way to setup and view
your SteakAger data.
• Aer opening the App press “Connect to SteakAger” you will then be
prompted to select “Wi Connecon” or “Bluetooth Connecon”. Press
“Bluetooth Connecon” and you will be immediately redirected to your
home screen.
• If you receive any error messagers once connected, “Please wait 4
minutes for data to load”. Your unit may not be plugged in or connecng
properly. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the troubleshoong

Setup and Assembly
GETTING READY TO USE YOUR STEAKAGER
• The only part of the PRO15 that has to be assembled is the handle to the
door.
• Located the package with the door handle and use the provided screws
to fasten the handle. Do not ghten to ght as you could crack the door
potenally.

• Locate the 12VDC power supply and pass it through the magnec seal of
the fridge on the hinge side.
• Plug the power cord into the power bulkhead on the rear right hand side
of the PRO15.

Operating Instructions
GETTING READY TO USE YOUR STEAKAGER
• Set your refrigerator thermostat to maintain 34-38*F/1.1-3.3*C
• Purchase a cut of beef of your preference:
o T-bone
o Ribeye
o NY Strip
• Use the rack as a cung guide for sizing length of cut
• Thoroughly pat dry the beef before placing in the SteakAger
• When placing beef in the SteakAger be careful that beef DOES NOT
TOUCH ANY SURFACE INSIDE THE APPLIANCE.
• Place the window on the SteakAger and note it is NOT a sealed door.
ATTENTION PLEASE NOTE
• You can only dry age whole cuts of beef – not individual steaks 8lb MIN
• The SteakAger is designed to dry age beef only.
• The SteakAger is NOT designed to age sh, chicken, pork, lamb or game
meat.
• To reduce risk of cross contaminaon, do not cut just a few steaks o and
place the rest back in the The SteakAger.
NOTES ON GETTING STARTED
• The Truss Rack will slide in and out of the unit with the guides on the top
and boom.
• Use butchers twine to truss the meat in the Truss Rack.
• When inserng the meat into the unit make sure that the meat isn’t
touching any side of the unit.
• The PRO15 can be used in either the vercal or horizontal orientaon.

• Place the SteakAger on a level at surface that is clean and dry.
• Wash all surfaces of the appliance with a so damp cloth and warm, sudsy
water.
• Wash drying rack with a so damp cloth and warm, sudsy water or dishwasher.
• Dry thoroughly with paper towel or so cloth.
• DO NOT immerse appliance in water.
• Unplug the Steakager and place on a level at surface that is clean and dry.
• Wash all surfaces of the appliance with a so damp cloth and warm, sudsy
water.
• Wash drying rack with a so damp cloth and warm, sudsy water or dishwasher.
• Dry thoroughly with paper towel or so cloth.
• DO NOT immerse appliance in water.
• Truss Rack can go in the dishwasher.
