Makinenin Kullanıma Hazırlanması:
-Elektrik fişi prize takılır.
-Hava bağlantısı yapılır.
-Lokma bağlantısı delme lokması lokma kanalına yerleştirilir.
-Makine manuel konuma getirilir ve yan pistonlar kapanır.
-İğneler delme lokmasının içerisine takılır.
-Delme lokmasının tam ortasında, iki taraftaki iğne uçları teğet gelecek
şekilde ayarlanır ve iğneler iğne pabucu ile sabitlenir.
-Delme lokması da sabitlenir.
-Makine otomatik konuma getirilirdikten sonra kullanıma hazır hale gelmiş
olur.
Dikkat Edilmesi Gereken Hususlar:
-El sıkışma riskini ortadan kaldırmak için şerit halinde delme yapılmayacak ise
yani tek tek delme yapılacaksa çift (Cımbız) kullanılmalıdır.
-Olası bir iğne kırılmasında göze zarar vermemesi için koruyucu gözlük
kullanılmalıdır.

Makine Bakım ve Onarımı:
-Makine üzerindeki çalışmanız tamamlandıktan sonra, küçük bir fırça yardımı
ile makinenin üzerindeki altın çapakları temizlenmelidir.
-Piston milleri ve yatakları ince yağ ile yağlanmalıdır.

Use The Preparation of The Machine:
- Electrical outlet plug
- Compressed air connections are made
- Drilling mould placed in mould slot
- The machine is turned manually, the side pistons retracted
- Pins inserted into drilling mould
- In the middle of drilling mould , at two side ends of the pins set as tangent
and fixed with pin clamping piece
- Mould is fixed
- And after the machine is turned automatically, ready for use
Issues to Be Considered:
- To the possibility injury, individual drill to be used in the tweezers
- Possible in the event of breakage of the pin, in order to prevent injury use
protective glasses.

Machinery Maintenance and Repair:
- After working with the machine, the gold burrs on the machine should be
cleaned with a small brush.
- Piston shafts and bearings must be lubricated with thin oil
