STEP ONE:
• Disconnect the baery, ground rst and then
power wire.
• Remove the baery from the baery box.
STEP TWO: Disconnect the hoses from the hopper
and connect them to the circulaon ng.
GROUND POWER
NOTE: Hold the hoses up to prevent oil spillage

STEP THREE: Disconnect the cables from the dash.
STEP FOUR: Remove the six bolts that hold the hopper
assembly to the frame and li the hopper assembly
from the frame.
DIFFUSER RATE GATE DEFLECTOR
NOTE: Be sure the hopper is empty before proceed-
ing.

STEP FIVE:
• Set the 20 gallon tank assembly on the frame.
• Aach it to the frame with the six bolts.

STEP SIX: Aach the valve assembly to the corner
of the dash panel.

STEP SEVEN:
• Remove the knee pad to access the return &
sucon lines.
• Carefully cut and install the “tee” ngs in
the “sucon” and “return” lines as shown
(blue arrows). Securely fasten with 3/4 hose
clamps.

• Before beginning step seven, BE SURE there
is no pressure on the lines and uid is
drained.
• Parts not shown for clarity.

STEP EIGHT:
• Cut and install 3/4” sucon hose, connecng
one end to the sucon ng on the top valve
and the other end to the “tee” ng in the
sucon line.
• Cut and install 3/4” return hose, connecng
one end to the return ng on the boom
valve and the other end to the “tee” ng in
the return line.
• Securely fasten each end with 3/4” hose
clamp.

STEP NINE: Connect the “quick disconnect”
hoses from the tank to the valves.
• Top valve is SUCTION.
• Boom valve is RETURN.

STEP TEN:
• Set the baery in the baery box.
• Reaach the baery cables, power cable and
wires rst followed by the ground wire.
• Aach the baery box cover and bungie strap.
