1. Connection Preparation
Bring the camera and phone within 1 to 3 feet (30 to 100centimeters) of
the router.

Note: Make sure smart phone is connected with your
wireless router. Please note the camera is only
working under 2.4G Wi-Fi, not support 5G Wi-Fi.
2. Get the APP and Account
For the best experience, please download the "Helo by Strong" APP to
your smartphone from App Store or Google Play.

Launch the app from your smartphone and click the Sign Up button.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Insert the Micro SD card
Insert the Micro SD card (not included) gently
on the side edge of camera.

4. Connect the power to the camera
Connect the power to the camera by Micro USB Power Adapter.
(DC 5 V / 1.5 A)
5. Set up your camera
• Press the Reset button for above 5 seconds, then release the
button to reset the camera, then the LED light will blink quickly.
• Click “Add Device” or “+” on the right corner to add device; Then
click “ Security&Sensor” to select” Smart Camera” ;
• Follow the App’s instructions and input the right wifi password;
Point the QR code to the camera lens for 15-20 cm ; Click”HEARD
THE BEEP” when you heard “dingding”. After processing, it paired
successfully.
• The blue light is on, camera is ready for viewing.

6. Place or Mount Your Camera
You can place your camera on a shelf or other flat surface, or you can
mount it to the wall.
To mount your camera to the wall:
• Fasten the mounting screw into the wall, and then mount the
camera from the screw.
• If you’re mounting the camera to drywall, be sure to use the plastic
drywall anchors.

1. Verbindungsvorbereitung
Bringen Sie die Kamera und Ihr Smartphone 30 bis 100 Zentimetern zu
Ihrem Router.

Hinweis: Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Smartphone mit Ihrem
WLAN-Router verbunden ist. Bitte beachten Sie, dass
die Kamera nur unter 2.4G Wi-Fi funktioniert und kein
5G Wi-Fi unterstützt.
2. Holen Sie sich die App und erstellen Sie
ein Konto
Für eine optimale Nutzung laden Sie bitte die «Helo by Strong» -APP
aus dem App Store oder Google Play auf Ihr Smartphone herunter. Sie
können auch den folgenden QR-Code scannen. Das APP-Symbol wird
nach erfolgreicher Installation angezeigt.

Starten Sie die App von Ihrem Smartphone und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche
«Anmelden». Folgen Sie dann den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.
3. Legen Sie die Micro SD-Karte in die
Kamera ein
Legen Sie die Micro SD-Karte (nicht im
Lieferumfang enthalten) vorsichtig in den
Kartensteckplatz der Kamera ein.

4. Schließen Sie die Kamera an die Strom-
versorgung an
Schließen Sie die Kamera über ein Micro-USB-Netzteil an die
Stromversorgung an. (DC 5 V / 1,5 A)
5. Set up your camera
• Drücken Sie die Reset-Taste länger als 5 Sekunden und lassen
Sie dann die Taste los, um die Kamera zurückzusetzen. Die
LED leuchtet dann schnell.
• Klicken Sie in der rechten Ecke auf “Gerät hinzufügen” oder “+”, um
das Gerät hinzuzufügen. Klicken Sie dann auf “Sicherheit & Sensor”,
um “Smart Camera” auszuwählen
• Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen der App und geben Sie das
richtige WLAN-Passwort ein. Richten Sie den QR-Code für
15-20 cm auf das Kameraobjektiv. Klicken Sie auf “HEARD

wurde die Kamera erfolgreich gepaart.
• Das blaue Licht leuchtet und die Kamera wird angezeigt.

6. Platzieren oder montieren Sie Ihre Kamera
Sie können Ihre Kamera auf ein Regal oder eine andere flache Oberfläche
stellen oder an der Wand befestigen.
So montieren Sie Ihre Kamera an der Wand:
• Befestigen Sie die Befestigungsschraube an der Wand und
montieren Sie die Kamera mit der Schraube.
• Wenn Sie die Kamera an einem Trockenbau montieren, stellen
Sie sicher, dass die mitgelieferten Kunststoff-Trockenbauanker
verwendet werden.
