Maskinen får endast användas för hantering av torrt, ej explosivt, material.
Om sugen används för andra ändamål eller hanteras på annat sätt än vad denna

1. SÄKERHETSFÖRESKRIFTER/SAFETY REGULATIONS
Varning/Warning
En elkabel som har klämskador eller torrsprickor kan vara
farlig att använda och skall omedelbart bytas ut. Risk för
personskada.
Cables that shows damage or cracks can be dangerous if
used and should be replaced immediately. Risk of personal
injury.
Anslut ej maskinen till ett ojordat uttag. Risk för
personskada.
Do not connect the equipment to a non-grounded power
outlet. Risk of personal injury.
Se till att uppställningsplatsen är stabil, så att inte
stoftsugaren välter. Risk för person- och egendomsskada.
Make sure that the working area is stable to prevent the dust
extractor from tipping over. Risk of personal injury and
property damage.
Risk för klämskada vid hantering av excenterlås.
Risk of pinching when handling the toggle fastener.
Maskinen får ej användas i miljöer där explosiva gaser
förekommer. Stor risk för explosion.
The machine is not to be used in environments where
explosive gases are present. High risk of explosion.

Service
Dra ut kontakten från vägguttaget vid underhållarbete. Risk
för personskada.
Remove the plug from the wall socket during maintenance.
Risk of personal injury.
I samband med byte av grovfilter och vid byte av
absolutfilter kan hälsovådligt damm spridas. Operatören bör
därför bära skyddsglasögon, skyddshandskar, andningsmask
med skyddsklass FFP3. Risk för personskada.
When replacing the filter hazardous dust can be spread. The
operator should wear protective goggles, gloves, respirator
protection class FFP3. Risk of personal injury.
Stick ej hål på något filter. Risk för dammspridning.
Do not puncture any filters. Risk of dust dispersion causing
personal injury and property damage.

2. ÄNDAMÅL OCH FUNKTION/PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
Maskinen är avsedd för uppsugning och avskiljning av torrt och icke
brännbart damm med explosionsgränsvärde > 0.1mg/m3.
Med startknappen på handtaget startas dammsugaren.
Därvid sugs stoftblandad luft med stor hastighet, via sugslangen. I cyklonen dämpas
hastigheten varvid det grövre stoftet avskiljs, dels genom centrifugalkraft, dels
genom sin egenvikt och dels tack vare avskiljningskonan. Luft och restpartiklar
passerar sedan huvudfiltret och HEPA filtret där avskiljning sker. Aggregatet är
utrustat med filterrensning enl. principen reverserad luftpuls.
Det avskiljda stoftet samlas i cyklonen tills maskinen stängs av, och faller då genom
bottenluckan ner i longopac påsen.
The machine is designed for extraction and separation of dry and non-
combustible dust with an explosion limit> 0.1mg / m3.
You start the machine with the start button on the handle.
When started the machine suction generates a mixture of air and dust particles that
runs through the hose with high air speed. In the tank the air speed slows down and
the big dust particles are separated, partly by centrifugal force, partly by its own
weight and partly by the spray cone. All air passes through the main filter and the
HEPA filter where the smaller particles are separated. The unit is equipped with semi-
automatic filter cleaning with the principle of reverse air pulse.
The separated dust is collected in the tank until the machine is turned off, then it
drops through the bottom flap into the Longopac bag.
3. DRIFT/OPERATION
Innan användning skall utbildning, information och anvisningar genomföras
i handhavandet av maskinen och det avskiljda dammet.
Anslut maskinen till ett eluttag med spänning enligt maskinens märkskylt.
Med jämna mellanrum bör filtret rensas. Detta måste alltid utföras innan plastpåsen
byts. Detta bör även göras med för arbetsuppgiften lämpligt interval eller när
maskinen tappar orken.
Tillvägagångssätt: Kör maskinen mot stängt rörsystem med maskinens startknapp,
låt maskinen arbeta upp vakuum några sekunder, tryck sedan snabbt ner
utloppsröret från toppen och släpp upp långsamt. Upprepa proceduren 5-10 ggr.
Skulle sugeffekten fortfarande vara dålig, är filterbyte nödvändigt.

Before use all operators need education, information and instruction in the
handling of the machine and the separated dust.
Connect the machine to an outlet with voltage according the machine plate.
Periodically, the filter should be cleaned. This must always be performed before the
plastic bag is changed. This should also be done with the task appropriate interval or
when poor suction occurs.
Filter cleaning procedure: Run the machine with closed inlet, let the machine build
up vacuum for a few seconds, then press the outgoing pipe on the tank top quickly
downwards, release it slowly. Repeat this process 5-10 times. If suction remains poor
filter replacement is necessary.
4. DAMMUPPSAMLINGSSYSTEM
Strong S2 är som standard utrustad med ett longopac system för uppsamling av
damm. Detta är en 22 meter plastslang som delas upp till plastpåsar. Detta sker
med de buntband som medföljer maskinens påsar samt avkapning med kniv eller
sax.
Montering av longopac påse: Släpp spännremmen som håller fast påsens övre ända,
vrid hållaren så att den kan avlägsnas. Montera i ett nytt magasin. Dra upp det inre
varvet av påsen något. Montera tillbaka hållaren och spänn påsens övre del med
spännremmen. Dra ner påsens yttre avslut och skapa en påse med medföljande
buntband.
Plastsäcken får endast bytas efter det att filtret har rensats.
Plastsäcken måste förslutas efter det att den tagits av maskinen.
Använd endast originalsäckar. Se avsnitt 6.
Strong S2 is equipped as standard with a Longopac system for collecting dust. This is
a 22 meter long plastic tube which is divided into plastic bags. This is done with two
of the tie-wraps supplied with the machine. Place the two tie-wraps around the bag
above the dust with 40mm in between. Cut the bag between the tie-wraps with a
knife or scissors to create your closed dust bag.
Installation of Longopac bag: Release the tension strap that secures the bag's upper
end, turn the holder so that it can be removed. Fit in a new magazine. Pull up the
inner part of the bag slightly. Reinstall the bracket and tighten the bag top with the
tension belt. Pull down the bag's exterior end and create a bag with one of the
included tie-wraps.
The plastic bag should be changed only after the filter has been cleaned.
The plastic bag must be sealed after removal from the machine.
Use only original bags. See section 6.

5. FILTER BYTE/FILTER CHANGE
I samband med byte av filter kan hälsovådligt damm spridas. Operatören
bör bära skyddsglasögon, skyddshandskar, andningsmask med skyddsklass
FFP3.
HUVUDFILTER
Lossa excenterlåsen runt toppen, lyft av toppen, vänd toppen försiktigt och placera
den upp och ned på lämplig arbetsyta, skruva bort lettermuttern och plocka bort
filtret. Filtret bör alltid placeras i en tät påse som försluts. OBS! var försiktig, stoftet
kan vara hälsofarligt.
Lyft i det nya filtret i hållaren, skruva åter dit lettermuttern, montera tillbaka toppen
med nytt filter och spänn med excenterlåsen.
Endast originalfilter får användas. Se avsnitt 6.
When replacing the filter be aware that hazardous dust can be spread. The
operator should wear protective googles, gloves and respirator protection
class FFP3.
MAIN FILTER
Loosen the locks on the top of the tank, lift out the main filter slowly, lower it into an
appropriate plastic bag (use the bag that came with the new filter). NOTE! Be careful
as the dust can be hazardous.
Seal the bag with the filter immediately.
Lift in the new filter and tighten with the locks.
Only original filters may be used. See section 6.
6. SERVICE
Rengör endast maskinen med torr eller lätt fuktad trasa.
Lämplig personlig skyddsutrustning skall användas.
Alla förorenade delar, som vid skötsel- eller reparationsarbete ej kan rengöras
tillfredsställande, måste omhändertas i tätt förslutbara påsar för
omhändertagande enligt gällande bestämmelser.
Endast original eller av Strong godkända reservdelar få användas för att erhålla
möjlighet till maskingaranti enligt gällande villkor.
Clean the machine only with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Appropriate personal protective equipment should be used.
All parts which are contaminated during cleaning or repair work that can’t be
cleaned satisfactorily must be contained in plastic bags for disposal according to
local regulations.
Only original or approved by Strong parts may be used in order not to void the
machine warranty.
VARNING/Warning!
Stäng av maskinen och drag ur kontakten ur eluttaget först.
Shut the machine off and unplug the power cord.
VARNING/WARNING!
Vid rengöring och service av maskinen måste maskinen göras strömlös.
Cut the power before you start cleaning the machine.

7. GARANTI/WARRANTY
På samtliga Strong maskiner med tillbehör gäller 12 månaders fabriksgaranti
avseende material/tillverkningsfel. Vid tecknande av serviceavtal så kan denna tid
förlängas.
Ingrepp i maskinen får ej ske utan tillverkarens godkännande. Garantin omfattar ej
fel som uppstått genom normalt slitage, ovarsamhet, felaktig användning, obehörigt
ingrepp eller att stoftsugaren kopplats till felaktig spänning.
All Strong machines and accessories come with a 12 month factory warranty for
material / workmanship. By signing a service agreement this time may be extended.
Tampering with the machine is not allowed without approval of the manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear, abuse, misuse,
unauthorized repair or the suction apparatus being connected to the wrong voltage.

9. FELSÖKNING
Maskinen är konstruerad och anpassad för en krävande miljö och uppgift, men
användaren bör dock beakta att aggregaten innehåller precisionstillverkade
komponenter som bör skyddas mot hårda slag och stötar. Filter, tätningar,
infästningar och anslutningar är omsorgsfullt anpassade och utvalda för operatörens
arbetsmiljö. Det är därför naturligtvis av stor vikt att operatör och servicepersonal
behandlar aggregatet med insikt och kunskap, detta för att maskinen skall tjäna
felfritt för det ändamål den är avsedd för.

9. TROUBLE SHOOTING
The machine is designed and manufactured for extreme environments and tasks, but
the user must note that the machine contains precision machine components and
must therefore be protected from knocks and bumps. Filters, seals, fixings and
connections are carefully designed and selected to serve the operator. Therefore it is
of course of great importance to operators and service personnel to handle it with
care and knowledge in order for the machine to work correctly for its purpose.
