Assembly & Fitting Instructions
Scope of use:
This product can be used on alloy wheels only with a tyre width
capacity of 165-205mm. It is only suitable for use with M12 x 1.5 pitch
wheel bolts. It is recommended that you use this product in
conjunction with a suitable Stronghold hitchlock
when tted to a caravan or trailer.
Maintenance:
• Lubricate lock regularly with a light oil spray.
• When cleaning this product use a cloth and mild
detergent.
• Lightly grease M12 x 30mm socket headed screw
when in regular use.

Fitting Instructions

Remove two existing wheel bolts, which
are diagonally opposed on the wheel. After
checking that they have the same thread
length, size and type as the special wheel
bolts (M12 x 1.5mm pitch) provided, replace
and tighten to the manufacturers
recommended torque setting.
Please note if tting to a 5-bolt wheel, remove
one bolt, moving around the wheel leave the
next one in position and then remove the
next bolt.

Take ‘U’shaped wheel clamp and using the
approach angle shown, oer it to the locking
pin.

Now pass ‘U’ shaped wheel clamp arm over
the locking pin.

for which you will require your key number. Please note, the use of
unapproved copy keys will void your warranty.

Insert the key into the lock and rotate the key
clockwise. This will unlock the lock holder
from the locking pin and allow you to
separate these parts.

Fit the locking pin to one of the special wheel
bolts in your alloy wheel, using the M12 x
30mm socket screw and the hexagon key
provided. DO NOT over tighten.

Insert the lock holder into the locking pin and
turn keys anti-clockwise to lock wheel clamp
into position.
