NOTICE
●Do not use the machine in high
temperature environment.
●Stop operating when the inlet and
exhaust hole are blocked.
Otherwise the machine will be
deformed by overheat.
●Please turn off the power and
disconnect the piug while
installation or maintenance to
avoid electric shock and injury.
●Please take off the plug form the
socket when the machine doesn’t
operate to prevent electric leakage,
electric shock or fire.
Place the filter and paper bag before
operation to prevent form the motor
breaking down.
Please install the filtration system
and filter before using. Otherwise, it
will cause the motor breakdown.

from fire and heat to reduce the
risk of fire and wire short.

Please use this machine under 80%
humidity.
Please do not keep the sewage
and debris in the tank for long time

Place the micro-filter in operation to
prevent from motor breaking down.
Please install wet filter for use with wet
pick-up. After wet pick-up, please
pouring the residul water and clean
the tank. Dry the tank completely.
Do not pull the wire to loosen the plug
from the outlet. Otherwise, it may cause
fire due to short circuit.

wire. Also, do not pull it suddenly to
cause damage.
Do not touch the plug, power or wire
with wet hands to prevent electric

The life time of the filter depends on
its frequency and condition.
Change the filter regularly for
maintenance.
Hot air will exhaust from the cooling system
which at the top of the machine for normal
operation.

environment (especially in winter), static
electricity may be occurred at the frame and
part of the machine. Please notice.
Please do not bend or pull the plastic
tube. Also, do not trample on and put
heavy objects on it to prevent damage
and deforation.

Additional Safety Rules
To use the Dry Vacuum Cleaner safely, besides of the Safety rules of
the Operation Instruction, please pay attention to the following:
Please do not use the same socket
with OA machine. The generated
attack voltage during switching on/ off
will cause OA machines damage.
Avoid to twist, bend, trample on, pull, forced
the hose and unusual storage to make it
out of shape and cause damage.
During using the vacuum cleaner , there may be dust inhalation
with static electricity, or static electricity is generated due to the
friction between the inhaled object and the dust collecting pipe,
please stop the operation immediately and remove the static
electricity, and remove the dust and waste in the tank
and then restart. Please do not close to the precision
instruments or machine to
avoid damage.

PREPARATION

Open the host head before using. Install the dust bag into the dust tank, then put back the host
head and clip side buckles tightly.
Insert 2 in 1 Suction hose into the pneumatic tool, ensure not coming off, and turn on the machine.

220V~240V: Note: the power of power tool can’t be over 1000W, it will be overload and cause fire.
120V: Note: the power of power tool can’t be over 500W, it will be overload and cause fire.
When turn the switch to “AUTO” position, the power tool using the plug can control
the ON/OFF of vacuum.
THE SOCKET OF POWER TOOL:
EPNEUMATIC TOOL- TRIGGER MODULE CONNECTOR:
The quick coupling attached to the compressor and the other attached to the pneumatic hose.
When the power switch is set at AUTO, suction force can't be adjusted to run at full speed.
Suction force is adjustable when the power switch is set at MANU.
Press the switch right will speed up, press it for 3 seconds to get the highest speed.
Press the switch left will slow down, press it for 3 seconds to get the lowest speed.
Memory for speed regulation is limited to power-on state.
Once power cut, original factory settings is restored.

The red light indicator is on when the motor is running.
The red light indicator is off when the motor stops running.
Switch at “AUTO” position, the vacuum to start control of the pneumatic tool or power tool.
When turn the switch to “ AUTO” position, the vacuum cleaner will delay start about 3 seconds,
then will run for 1.5 seconds and then stop. It means the vacuum cleaner is on.
If the tool stops, the Vacuum cleaner will stop after running 5-10 sec.

Switch at “MANU” position can turn on the vacuum.
When turn the switch to “ MANU” position, the Vacuum cleaner will delay start about 3 seconds
and then run continuously.
Turn the switch to “ OFF” position,the vacuum cleaner will stop.
When finish working with vacuum cleaner, please turn the AUTO- MANU switch
at the OFF position.
※Please check the suction power is normal.
※Check : If the content of the dust bucket or dust bag has reached 2/3, please clean the dust bucket
or replace the dust bag.

※Clean up and replace the dust bags regularly for maintenance.

● Replace the filter regularly for maintenance.

※Recommend replacing the parts every three months in normal maintenance procedure.

if need to be replaced.
lf the power cord is damage, please requests profession and
technical personnel to replace it.
General Error Solution and Maintenance

The plug maybe loosen, please connect the socket again.
The carbon brush exhausted for 400 hours. Please contact our service center.
The Electronic Thermal Protection Device worked automatically when the motor
was overheated up to 125 degree.
After a complete 10~20 minute cool down period has passed, the Electronic
Thermal Protection Device will RE- SET automatically.
Maybe the hose or extension wands didn’t fit completely.
please refit.
Please check the filter and filtration system and clean it.
Please check if the tank is full and empty it.
Maintenance and Lubrication:
1. Do not lubricate the motor.
2. Clean the machine outside regularly.
