STEP 4
r-
Attach the
ceiling fan
brackets into
the ceiling
structure at
corner 1 and
corner 6 (see photos A & B). Secure them with the pro-
vided screws. Make sure to tighten all 4 screws, but do
not over-tighten them.
STEP 5
Layout the Sun Hut canvas with the bottom 'open flat.
Unzip the canvas completely. Make sure you are facing
the front of the Sun Hut with the fan & blower brackets
in the upper right.
Place the bottom of the Sun Hut frame into the bot-
tom of the canvas. The canvas is made to fit tightly over
the frame. Slowly inch up the canvas around all four
corners at the bottom of the frame (see photo). Pull up
on the lip all the way around the bottom and make sure
that the pole assembly sits squarely into the canvas.
STEP 6
Pull the back of
the canvas up
and over the
backside of the
assembled frame.
Do this from
outside of the
Sun Hut in the
back (see photo).
Make sure the
backside of the canvas fits squarely. Now slowly pull the
canvas over the ceiling structure from the inside of the
Sun Hut. Do this by evenly moving the left side of the
canvas and then the right side of the canvas. The canvas
fits snugly, so carefully inch the canvas towards the front.
Pull the canvas until the structure is totally covered.

Find the second waterproof floor liner and place it into the
floor of the Sun Hut. Take the plastic ties and insert them
into the holes at each corner and in the center of the
floor liner. Secure the ties to each corner pole and center
poles so that your Sun Hut floor will be water-tight ..
STEP 8
Mount flanges in or out
depending on your needs.
In the ceiling above the
fan & mounting rods place Blower Filter NGW
the ring on one side of the
hole in the canvas and slide the flange through the canvas
and ring. Push the bolts through a washer, flange, canvas
and the ring; place a washer on the outside and secure with
the wing nuts and finger tighten.
The intake flange is on the bottom left and the exhaust
flange is on the back of the ceiling. An optional two-way
flange (not included) that allows you to run ductwork to and
from the flange is available at your local dealer.
Slide the blower and filter straps onto the brackets (see
photo). Tighten straps
around the blower and the
filter so do not move. Use
ductwork (not included) to
connect the blower to the
flange.

ing order. Your Sun Hut is now
