1-Year Manufacturer Warranty Information
What is Covered?
Our 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use
during the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will replace at no charge, parts of a product, or an
entire replacement of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship during
normal usage.
What is Not Covered?
1. Inadequate care and/or neglect
2. Environmental and/or natural elements
3. Immersion in water, unless specied
4. Improper installation/storage and/or maintenance
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, negligence, improper installation
and/or modications. This includes any and/or all defects arising out of freezing water damage, hard water
damage, failure to keep the unit clean and free of harmful additives such as bleach, chlorine, etc., that aects
the paint and/or parts. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any additional charges or installation, removal,
disposal or consequential damage associated with any warranty claim.
How to Open a Claim?
To open a claim, you must provide proof of purchase with the purchase date and photos of the defective
merchandise. This information is required to help us determine the actual cause of the defect and to help us
address future quality control.

Warranty claims generally take 3 to 5 business days to process.

WARNING
Read all instructions before using this heater.
• This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, DO NOT touch hot surfaces.
• Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used. NEVER leave the unit unattended while heater
is in use.
• Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3
feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
• If provided, use handles when moving the heater.
• Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever
the heater is left operating and unattended. Ensure adequate safety measures are incorporated to
protect infants/toddlers from touching hot surfaces.
• DO NOT operate any heater if the cord or plug is damaged, the heater malfunctions, has been
dropped, or damaged in any manner. Discard heater in accordance with local laws and regulations or
have it serviced by a certified professional.
• ALWAYS unplug the heater when not in use.
• DO NOT install the heater near a bed, objects such as pillows or blankets can fall off the bed and be
ignited by the heater.
• NEVER use this heater in bathrooms, laundry rooms, or any other location where the heater could
come in contact with water or be exposed to high moisture. Never place a heater where it may fall into a
bathtub or other water container.
• DO NOT run the power cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar
coverings. Do not route the cord under furniture or appliances. Always ensure the power cord is away
from traffic areas and anywhere it could be tripped over.

before relocating the electric fireplace.
• NEVER leave this heater unattended. ALWAYS unplug this heater when it is not in use.

• NEVER plug this heater into an outlet that is old, cracked, or has any loose wires or connections.
Plugging this heater into a faulty outlet could result in electric arcing within the outlet that could cause
the outlet to overheat or catch fire.

Instrucons for Power
AC120-Volt/60Hz circuit with a properly grounded outlet is required.
Operating the heater on a dedicated circuit is highly recommended. Other appliances on the same circuit may
cause the circuit breaker to trip or the fuse to blow when the heater is operating.
The unit comes standard with a two wire cord exiting from the rear of the appliance.

Operaon
Methods of Operaon
This electric replace can be operated by the CONTROL PANEL, located on the right side of the replace, or
by the battery-powered REMOTE CONTROL.
The operation of each method varies slightly, but the functions are the same.
Before operating, please review the IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION on Pages 2 and 3, and heed all
warnings.
Ensure the circuit breaker(s) for the power supply are turned on.
Once the appliance has been plugged into a properly grounded electrical outlet, it is ready to operate.
MASTER SWITCH
The master power switch must be turned ON (I) for the unit to operate. The unit will make
a short alarm sound to indicate it is ready to use. If no sound is heard, the unit may not be
plugged in, the circuit breaker may have tripped, or there is a malfunction.
Turn the master switch OFF (O) to shut o electric supply.
The Master Power Switch is located on the right side of the appliance.

ON: Enables control panel and remote
control functions.
OFF: Disables control panel and remote

1. Press once. The heat and ame eect will
be on.
2. Press again, heat and ame eect will turn
o. The fan will continue to run for 60 seconds
to disperse remaining heat from inside the
unit.
TIMER
TIMER button: Controls the timer settings
to automatically turn the replace o.
Settings range from 1 hour to 24 hours.
01, 02, 03....24 will show on the display.
Press button until desired setting is reached.
LED display will show the setting.
When time reaches the selected setting, the
unit will automatically turn o.
0 disables the timer function.

HEATER button: Turns heater on and o.
00, LL, HH will show on the display.
When heater is o, press button to turn on.
1. Press once, OH (high heat).
2. Press again, OL (low heat).
3. Press button, OF, heat function is o.
NOTE: When the unit is turned o, the fan
will continue to run for 60 seconds to disperse
remaining heat from inside the unit.

FLAME
FLAME button: Changes ame eect
brightness from brighter and dimmer.
Flame eect will be on the brightest setting
when this function is rst used.
The ame eect can be used independently.
5 brightness settings: 05, 04, 03, 02, 01
1. Press once to lower the ame brightness.
2. Press again until desired setting is reached;
05 is brightest, 01 is dimmest, and o setting.
NOTE: Flame eect is on standby after the
master switch is turned on.
FLAME
(REMOTE)
1. Press once to lower the ame brightness.
2. Press again until desired setting is reached;
05 is brightest, 01 is dimmest.
Temperature Liming Control
This heater is equipped with a Temperature Limiting Control. Should the heater reach an unsafe temperature,
the heater will automatically turn OFF.
To reset:
1. Turn the Master Switch OFF (O).
2. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
3. Wait for at least 10 minute before plugging the unit back in.
4. Turn the Master Switch ON (—) and press the power button to restart the unit.
5. If the unit does not power on, allow the unit to thoroughly cool down and inspect the replace to make sure
no vents are blocked, or clogged with dust or lint. If they are, use a vacuum to clean the vent areas.
6. If the problem continues, have your outlet and wiring inspected by a professional.
