To ensure best results and use for a long time, it is
important that you read, understand and follow
these instructions in this manual carefully before
using.
This manual should be retained for future reference.
The following words and symbols, found in this
manual, alert you to hazards to the operator, service
personnel or the equipment. The words are defined
as follows; WARNING: This symbol refers to a
potential hazard which could result in serious injury
or death. CAUTION: This symbol refers to a potential
hazard or unsafe practice which may result in minor
or moderate injury or product or property damage.

condition by situation, it is important that you follow

Before First UseBefore First Use
・Please put it on the horizontal, strong place so that installation features
may avoid imperfect ventilation.
・A minimum clearance of 10 cm is required between other equipments.
・Must be plugged directly into a properly grounded. Improper grounding
could result in electrical shock or accident. Never connect with gas pipe.
・Don't place near water or oil. It could result in electrical shock, fire,
accident or transformation.

・Install the legs.
If unit is not level, use 9/16"(14mm)
open-end wrench to adjust the foot
of each leg until unit is level.
・Toast Feed Ramp
The toast feed ramp is installed
at the factory and can be used in
tow positions. See Figure 1.
1.When in the upright position,
the toaster is set for automatic feed.
Bread products enter the toaster by
placing them on the feed ramp and
releasing.
2.For manual feeding of product,
tip the feed ramp until it
rests on top of the unit.
In this position bread
products can be manually
loaded by placing them directly
on the conveyor belt.
・Toast Crumb Tray
Install toast crumb tray
directly conveyor belt and
below the stop pins. Insert
until the front of the crumb
tray meets the stop pins.
See Figure 2.
・Front/Rear Discharge
The toaster can be configured
to discharge in the front or rear.
User can pull up the rear discharge
door for front discharge
（See Figure 3) and push down the
rear discharge door for rear discharge.

OperationOperation
1.Plug toaster into a properly grounded electrical
outlet of the correct voltage, size and plug
configuration.
2.Place the On/Off switch in the On position.
3.Turn the Color Control to the lightest position while
the unit heats up.
Note:Allow approximately 15 to 20 minutes for a
warm-up period.
4.After warm-up period, set the Color Control to the
medium position and toast two slices of bread
product then re－adjust the Color Control to the
desired setting.
Note:To toast moist products such as English Muffins,
rye bread or whole wheat, slow the convveyor by
turning the Color Control knob to a darker setting
(clockwise)
1.Plug toaster into a properly grounded electrical
outlet of the correct voltage, size and plug

2.Rotate the Rotary switch in the high-heat position.
3.Turn the Color Control to the lightest position while
` the unit heats up.
Note:Allow approximately 15 to 20 minutes for a
warm-up period.
4.After warm-up period, set the Color Control to the
medium position and toast two slices of bread product
then re-adjust the Color Control to the desired setting.
The toaster can go into a Power Save mode by turning
the rotary selector into power save mode. The toaster is
operating at 25% power.
Note：To place toaster back into full opration turn the
selector back into TOAST. Unit is back up to full
power within 5 minutes.

SafetySafety
・This product should not be cleaned with water.
It's very dangerous.
・Wipe off the product with a dry cloth and always
keep clean.
・If the plates don't work sufficiently, contact with
your agency. To change the plates is at your cost.
・A warranty should be retained carefully, it's writtn
a serial number of the product.
・Should attach a warranty with the product when
you order the repair of the product under warranty.
・This manual should be retained carefully for future
reference.
・Unit is not weatherproof. For safe and proper
operation locate the unit indoors where the ambient
air temperature is a minimum of 21℃ and a maximum
of 29℃.
・The toasting of coated or buttered products such as
garlic bread, cheese sandwiches and sweet rolls is NOT
recommended. Residue will reduce toaster performance
and could possibly ignite inside the toaster.
・Some exterior surfaces on the unit will get hot.Use
caution when touching these areas to avoid injury.
・To avoid damage to the unit or injury to personnel
always operate toaster with crumb tray installed.
CleaningCleaning
To avoid any injury, turn the power switch off,
unplug the unit from the power source and allow
to cool before performing any cleaning.
To preserve the bright finish of the unit, it is
recommended that the exterior surfaces be
wiped daily with a damp cloth. Stubborn stains
may be removed with a good stainless steel
cleaner or a non-abrasive cleaner. Hard to reach
areas should be cleaned with a small brush and
mild soap. Use only non-abrasive cleaners.
Remove from unit and wash with soap and water,
then rinse.To avoid any injury, do not remove the
crumb tray for cleaning until is cool.
Press in the two wire spokes and remove guide
from unit. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth or
soak the guide in a mild solution of 1cup ammonia
and 1 gallon of water （227milliliters and 3.785 liters）.
Re-install guide by aligning wire spokes with holes
in toaster.
