SPECIFICATIONS
Motor: 12-Volt DC
Max Power: 14 amps
Maximum working pressure: 150psi.
Maximum recommended continuous operating time:
20 minutes.
Recommended on\off cycle time: 20 minutes on 30 minutes
off.
CAUTION:
The compressor is designed to operate with a 12-volt
electrical system. After 20 minutes of continuous operation,
allow the unit to cool before restarting. Damage can occur
from continued overuse.
The unit will become hot during use. Please use caution
when touching the unit, in order to avoid burns. Pay extra
attention when removing the quick-connect hose fitting as
it can become very hot during operation. Only hold the unit
by the carry handle.
Only inflate tires to the manufacturer’s recommended
pressure. Do not over inflate, as tire failure or serious
injury could occur.
Always use safety glasses and work gloves.
Keep the Super Flow® unit out of reach of children. Clean
with a damp cloth only. Do not use chemicals or soap.
Do not use the unit for pumping, compressing or
transferring any gas or liquid other than air. The unit is not
designed for use as a source of breathable air.
There are no user serviceable parts inside the unit. Do not
disassemble.
Performance:
High altitude and certain air temperatures can negatively
affect the unit’s performance.
Extra Caution:
Small Tires, Bicycles and Sports Balls:
Use extra caution when inflating small objects. Pay close
attention to the pressure gauge, and be prepared to stop
the unit quickly when manufacturer’s recommended
inflation pressure is reached.
Compressor Operation:
1. Place the unit on a dry level surface.
2. Connect the air supply hose to the unit using the
quick connect fitting.
3. Insert the cigarette lighter adapter into the vehicle’s
12-volt power supply..
4. Check to ensure the valve stem is clean and free of
dirt.
5. Connect the air hose by screwing the brass inflator
onto the tire valve stem. Only finger tighten the
inflator. Do not use any tool as you may damage the
inflator or the valve stem.
6. Turn the compressor switch to “on” and
let air flow into the tire.
7. Watch the gauge closely, and stop the motor when
the manufacturer’s recommended pressure has been
achieved.
8. Remove the inflator from the valve stem. Some air
will escape from the brass inflator during removal of
the hose. This is normal. We recommend that you
confirm that the proper pressure has been reached
with a second gauge.
9. Disconnect the power cord
10. Use caution when removing the metal quick-connect
hose fitting. It will become hot during operation.
11. Allow unit to cool and place neatly in the carry bag
Light Operation:
The LED light is controlled by the switch
“ON” “OFF” “STROBE”
Lens color inserts can be changed by carefully removing
the black plastic housing. Caution should be used to
prevent damage to the wiring.

handling.
