Note 1: It is strongly recommended that you install a heatsink on the M.2 device or use a M.2 device
with a built-in heatsink.
Note 2: Be sure to install the M.2 device(s) prior to placing the motherboard into a chassis.
This motherboard has two M.2 M-key sockets that support the 2280 and 22110 M.2 devices.
One stando󰀨 and a screw are pre-installed into the position of each 22110 mounting hole.
Refer to the illustration below for the locations of M.2 sockets and mounting holes. Follow
the steps on the next two pages to install the M.2 device.

1. Locate the pre-installed standoff and
screw. Remove the screw and set it aside.
2. Using a hex socket screwdriver, remove
and then re-install the stando󰀨 to the posi-
tion of the 2280 mounting hole.
3. Insert the M.2 device into the M.2 socket
at a 30-degree angle and press it down.
4. Tighten the screw to secure the M.2 device
into place. Do not overtighten so as to
avoid damaging the M.2 device.

CPU and Memory Support
LED Indicators
The X13SRA-TF motherboard supports a single Intel Xeon W-2400 (64L)/ W-3400 (112L) series processor in Socket E1 LGA4677. The
memory support is up to 512GB of ECC RDIMM or 2TB of 3DS RDIMM with speeds of up to 4800 MT/s (1DPC) or 4400 MT/s (2DPC) in
eight ECC DDR5 (288-pin) SMD DIMM slots.
Populating these DIMM slots with a pair of memory modules of the same type and size will result in interleaved memory, which will
improve memory performance.
Notes:1) For memory optimization, use only DIMM modules that have been validated by Supermicro. For the latest memory updates,
please refer to our website at https://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard.
2) Always connect the power cord last, and always remove it before adding, removing, or changing any hardware components.
Memory Population Guidelines
• It is recommended to use DDR5 DIMM models of the same size, type, and speed.
• Mixed DIMM speeds can be installed. However, all DIMMs will run at the speed of the slowest DIMM.
• In agiven channel, the black slot can be enabled only when the gray slot is populated rst.

1Before installation, make sure the lever on the processor carrier is pressed down as shown below. Hold the processor with the LGA lands (gold
contacts) facing up. Use Pin 1 as a guide to carefully align and place one end of the processor into the latch marked A, and place the other end of
processor into the latch marked B.

2If you use the heatsink with a pre-installed fan,
remove the fan from the heatsink before the
Processor Heatsink Module (PHM) installation
procedures below.
Hold the processor carrier assembly with the
gold contacts facing up, then align the holes of
the processor carrier assembly with the holes
on the heatsink. Press the processor carrier
assembly down until it snaps into place. The
plastic clips of the processor carrier assembly
will lock at the four corners.

3Align Pin 1 of the PHM with the printed
triangle on the CPU socket. Make sure all
four holes of the heatsink are aligned with
the socket, then gently place the heatsink on
top of the CPU socket. Press all four rotating
wires outwards and gradually tighten the four
screws to ensure even pressure. Examine
all corners to ensure that the PHM is rmly
attached to the socket.
To install the fan onto the heatsink, properly
place the fan shroud on the top of the
heatsink and insert the torx screw into the
screw hole. Use a torx screwdriver to tighten
the screw.

主機板 X13SRA-TF 支援單顆 Intel Xeon W-2400 (64L)/ W-3400 (112L) 系列處理器 (Socket E1 LGA4677 插槽 ) 。 記憶體支援 512GB
ECC RDIMM 、 2TB 3DS RDIMM ；八 根 288支針腳 ECC DDR5 SMD 記憶體插槽，傳輸速度最高可達 4800 MT/s (1DPC) 、 4400 MT/s
(2DPC) 。
欲取得雙通道效能，請安裝成對相同型號與速度的記憶體。
註： 1) 請安裝使用本公司所認可的記憶體模組以達記憶體模組最佳化。更多的記憶體模組相關訊息，請參閱本公司
網頁 https://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard 。
2) 增加、移除和更換任何硬體元件前，請務必先拔掉電源線。待確實完成所有程序後，再重新連接電源線。
3) ECC 是 Error Correction Code 的縮寫，中譯為「錯誤修正碼」； DDR 為「雙倍速動態隨機存取記憶體」。
請依以下說明安裝記憶體模組：
• 請使用相同型號與速度的記憶體 (DDR5)。
• 若混合使用不同速度的記憶體，系統將依較低的記憶體速度執行。
• 安裝記憶體模組時，請先安裝該通道 (channel) 的灰色插槽，黑色插槽才能發揮效能。

1安裝 CPU 前請確認處理器托架的拉桿已壓回定位 (如下圖所示)。接著對齊 CPU 針腳1 及處理器托架上的空心三角形、 CPU
金屬接觸點朝上。小心謹慎地將 CPU 傾斜卡入下圖標記 A 的處理器托架凸榫，再將 CPU 的另一端放入下圖標記 B 的處理器
托架凸榫。

2如果您使用的是有預先安裝風扇的散熱
器，在組裝處理器散熱模組 (PHM) 前請
先將風扇拆下。
將已安裝 CPU 的處理器托架四個角落孔
洞對齊散熱器四個角落的孔洞、CPU 金
屬接觸點朝上，向下安裝 (如右圖所示)
到散熱器直至定位。請確認處理器托架
四個角落的塑料夾牢固地卡定在散熱器
的四個角落。

3以處理器散熱模組 (PHM) 上的針腳1 對
齊主機板 CPU 插槽上的三角形，小心
謹慎地將 PHM 四個角落的孔洞安裝到
CPU 插槽四個角落的導柱。接著將散
熱器四個角落的拉環向外下壓以鎖定
PHM，然後栓緊螺絲。(如右圖所示)。
將拆下的風扇安裝到散熱器時，先將
風扇護罩正確放置在散熱器頂部，接
著把螺絲放入螺絲孔中，然後栓緊
螺絲。
