The FAR Infrared Sauna Blanket provides many benefits through its soothing

Basic care and safety:
1. Keep out of the reach of children
2. Children over the age of 8 can use this sauna blanket with adult supervision
and a time period of 10-15 minutes
3. Allow half an hour before or after meals before you use it
4. Do not leave working sauna on unattended
5. Switch off and pull the plug from the mains when you will not use for it for
a long time
6. Do not use in a wet place
7. Do not fold the blanket or place heavy objects on it when it is working
8. Do not use close to an electric cooker or high temperature places
9. Only use on heat proof surface (a bed works fine).
10. Store in a dry (non-moist) place and don’t leave for long periods under direct
sunlight
11. Only use a soft cloth or wipe with antibacterial agents to clean the blanket
after use and allow it dry before storing it away (takes a few minutes)
12. Avoid using the blanket next to sharp or hard objects that might cause tear
13. Drink plenty of fluid before, during and after using the sauna to avoid
dehydration
14. Avoid using this sauna if you’re pregnant and check with your doctor if you
have any health condition, medical or aesthetics implant before using this
sauna blanket
15. People with health conditions such as hypertension (over 160mmHG),
cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and terminal cancer need someone to
observe them during any sauna session in case of any emergencies
Different temperature functions:
1. 30℃-35℃ for soothing and stimulating the body, which is great for
relaxation and improving your sense of well-being.
2. 35℃-45℃ for increased soothing effect and muscle relaxation.
3. 45℃-55℃ as an adjunct to physical therapy, e.g. rheumatoid arthritis
4. 55℃-65℃ for increased sweating. Some with heat resistance conditions
may need to up 75℃

Operation:
a. Place the infrared sauna
blanket on a flat surface.
b. Connect the blanket to the
controller, then plug in to a
power source.
c. Set reasonable temperature
according to your needs
following the directions below:
1.Press the ON button to power
on the blanket
2. Press TEMP ▲ to increase the temperature or press ▼ to decrease the
temperature to adjust to your taste. Recommended temperature is 45 ~ 65 ℃
3. Press TIME ▲ to increase the duration time or press▼ to decrease the time. The
Suswell sauna blanket will work as you adjust the time and turn off automatically
when the set time is reached. Maximum running time before the blankets
automatically powers off: 60 minutes.
4. If you want to start again after the set time, press ON button and re-set it
following the steps above. Or if you need leave when in the sauna sauna, press
OFF button to stop the sauna blanket and take off the plug before leaving (don’t
forget to take clean the sauna after use)
We recommend you enter the blanket 3-5 minutes after turning on the
blanket to feel a little heat. It takes time for the blanket to reach the target
temperature, especially during winter (time to reach peak temperature: 10-15
minutes).
Some common usage questions answered
Will I be laying in a pool of my sweat?
Our FAR infrared sauna blankets cause less of a splurge than installing a traditional
sauna in your home. You can use it with a towel or cloth to absorb sweat just like
you would with a traditional sauna, where you place a towel on the bench first before
sitting or lying down on top of the towel. We also provide a cloth to help with
keeping the blanket clean and dry and getting you started with your first session.
Some of the best things in life come with some sweat, although following the tips
above will make it a very comfortable experience for you.
Do I get the same effect with my face being out of the blanket?
The FAR Infrared Sauna Blanket heats your entire body from within, which raises
your core body and hence also makes your face sweat.
Is FAR Infrared technology safe?
Infrared radiation (IR), or infrared light, is a type of radiant energy that's invisible
to human eyes, although can be felt as heat. All objects in the universe emit some
level of IR radiation (the sun and fire are the two most obvious sources). They were
discovered over 200 years ago by Friedrich Wilhelm Herschel while trying to
measure the temperature of the different colours of sunlight. Unlike ultraviolet light,
which can damage the skin, infrared light at certain wavelengths has shown through
multiple studies over the decades to enhance cell regeneration and provide other
health benefits in a safe, natural, painless and non-invasive way.
This infrared sauna blanket emits radiation with a wavelength of 15-micrometers to
1mm, which is within the FAR infrared spectrum of electromagnetic radiation or
under the CIE IR-B and IR-C bands. This means it very safe for direct exposure.
Does low EMF matter?
EMF can be naturally occurring such as the earth static magnetic field to which we
are constantly exposed, electric fields caused by electrical charges in the clouds or
by the static electricity produced when two objects are rubbed together as well as
sudden electric and magnetic fields caused by lightning or manmade from extremely
low-frequency such as power-lines, wiring and everyday appliances to high
frequency sources such as cellular telephones and their antennas to radio and
television waves.
The studies on EMF have existed for decades and are inconclusive. Despite extensive
research over the past few decades, there is no evidence to conclude that exposure to
low level electromagnetic fields is harmful to human health when makes our sauna
blanket a great option for your heat therapy needs due to its low EMF rating.
Would this sauna blanket last?
This infrared sauna is specially designed with carbon nano-fibre heating elements
that comprises thousands of individual carbon fibre strands woven together to
produce a low EMF infrared heat at maximum emissivity, upgraded (high-end)
waterproof and anti-flammable PU leather, thick insulating cotton to provide
additional comfort and hand controller that can be operated while using the sauna.
