1. Connect thevideo-out jack ofthe camera tovideo input ports
of the TVset with the supplied Video/USB Cable.
2. Turnon the TVset and set the TV/Video switchto A/V mode.
3. Power onthe camera andthen enter thePlayback Mode.
4. Press downthe LEFT orRIGHT direction Button to go tothe
next or lastimage for TVreviewing.
1. When theUSB/Video Cable isin connection with the computer whilethe camera is on, the camera will automatically go to the
PC Mode fromany working modeand turn off TFT LCD monitoras well.

Do not tryto open thecamera by yourself,which may damagethe camera orcause electric shock.
Do not firethe flash ina close distance(less than 1meter ) becauseit may hurtyour eyes.
Keep the cameraaway from thereach of childrenor animals toprevent them fromswallowing the batteriesor small accessories.
Stop using thecamera if anykinds of liquidenter the camera.If it happens,power off thecamera and contact the your dealer for
further help.
Do not usethis camera withwet hands, whichmay cause electricshock as well.
Putting the camera in a hightemperature environment may damage the camera.
Do not usedifferent types ofbatteries or new and old batteriesat the same time.
Toavoid electricity leakage,please remove the batteries if the camera is notin use for a long period.
It is normalthat the temperatureof the camerabody rises ifthe camera isused for along time.
Press down the"POWER" button to turn on thecamera.
Repeat the wayabove to turn off the camera.

the polarity indications.

Basic Photography
1. Press downthe POWER buttonto turn onthe camera.
2. Set theMode Switch atImage Shooting Mode( ) forstill image orMovie Clip Mode ( ) forvideo recording.
NOTE: Hold your camerawith your handand position asubject in thecenter of theframe to focus on.
3. With theTELE/WIDE Button, youmay have 3.0X optical zoom and5X digital zoom for zooming in and out.
4. Press andhold the shutterbutton halfway down.
NOTE: 1. When thecolor of thefocus frame turnsfrom white tored, it meansthe auto focus of this camera is not fixed.
2. When thecolor of thefocus frame turnsfrom white togreen, it meansthe auto focus of this camera is fixed.
5. Press theshutter button fullydown to capturean image.
6. The LEDIndicator starts blinking right after theShutter Button is released. Once theLED Indicator stopsblinking, you are
ready to takeanother shot.
7. Or youcan set ModeSwitch at PlaybackMode ( )to view theimages or movieclips you justtook.

Connecting the Camera to a PictBridge-supported Printer
If the printeryou have supports the interface of PictBridge, then you may have your camera connected
with the printerwith the supplied USB cable and have the stored images print out directly.
1. Have both ofthe camera andthe printer poweron.
2. Press theMENU Button togo to SETUPMode.
3. Go toPRINTER and selectUSB for printerconnection.
4. Use thesupplied USB cableto connect thecamera to the
PictBridge-supported printer asshown above.
