1. Microwave isa kind ofhigh frequency electromagneticwave, which iscommonly distributed inthe nature.
But the existingform of microwaveis dispersed sothat it cannotbe collected togetherfor heating purpose.
The key componentof magnetron ofmicrowave oven willtransform the energyof electricity tomicrowave
and huge energyof microwave fieldis established underthe closed cavity. So themolecule of foodis caused
to vibrate atvery high speedand the frictionheat produced willcook the foodin a fastway.
2. There is 3 properlyof microwave ,that is
a) absorbability, the microwavecan cause theexcess vibration ofmolecule of variousfood so asto obtain the
heating purpose. Butthe infiltration abilityis largely dependon the size, thickness and propertiesof the food.
b) penetrability, microwave canpenetrate through ceramics,glass, temperature-resistant plastics.It is
required to usethe containers whosematerial have goodmicrowave penetrability toachieve best heating
result. See thebelow utensils guide.
c) reflectivity, microwave wouldbe reflected bythe metal wallof interior cavityso as toestablish an even
magnetic field, thuscan prevent theoverheating of partialarea.
1) To ensure sufficient ventilation, thedistance of backof oven tothe wall orcabinet should beat least 10cm,
side of ovento the wallor cabinet shouldbe at least5cm, the topof oven tothe ceiling orcabinet should be
at least 20cm.
