DESCRIPTION:
The 20-40-60 Control Switch is a modular Smart Home enabled timer switch that can be wired for single pole or dry-contact
applications. The modularity allows a multitude of different functional Swidgets to be installed, creating unique new Smart Home
functionalities. Many of the Swidget Inserts can be used on their own, like a nightlight or USB charger, or they can connect to an
ever-growing number of systems via Wi-Fi, Z-Wave, or ZigBee protocols allowing you to control and monitor the switch. Inserts are
safely and easily installed/removed from the body of the Swidget 20-40-60 Switch without the use of any tools.

INSTALLATION:
1.TO AVOID FIRE, SHOCK OR DEATH, TURN OFF POWER AT CIRCUIT BREAKER OR FUSE AND TEST THAT THE
POWER IS OFF BEFORE WIRING!
2. This device is to be installed in a wall box measuring at least 3”x2”x2.5” (standard single gang electrical wall box) AND
3. Wire the device as per the wiring diagram provided. Use the wire nuts provided. The wire nuts can accept three #14AWG
wires.
4. Connect device black wire to the hot wire (black) in the wall box.
5. Connect device white wire to the neutral wire (white) in the wall box.
6. Connect device red wires with the dry-contact control wires from the appliance being controlled (see diagram). For
single-pole operation, follow the single-pole wiring diagram as applicable.
7. This device must be properly grounded for shock protection. Connect the wall box ground wire (green or bare) to the
device green terminal screw. Tightening torque 2.1Nm (18 lbf-in).
8. Mount device to wall box using the provided screws. Attach wall plate (sold separately) and then restore power.

DESCRIPTION:
L’interrupteur de contrôle 20-40-60 Swidget est un interrupteur domotique modulaire équipé d’une minuterie intégrée qui peut être
de fonctions et de capacités en installant tout simplement un Insert Swidget. De nombreux Inserts Swidget peuvent être utilisés
seuls, comme une veilleuse ou un chargeur USB, ou ils peuvent se connecter à un nombre toujours croissant de systèmes via les
protocoles Wi-Fi, Z-Wave ou ZigBee vous permettant de contrôler et de surveiller la prise Swidget. Les Inserts sont installés/retirés
en toute sécurité et facilement de la Prise Swidget sans utiliser d’outils.

MANUAL OUTLET SWITCHING - Works with connected Insert only
1. Tap Insert button to toggle state of outlet ON or OFF.
Wi-Fi NETWORK PAIRING/JOINING
1. Press Insert button and hold for 12-15 seconds until the INSERT LED turns solid RED, then release.
LED will begin to rapidly blink WHITE for approximately 30 seconds and then blink GREEN to indicate
Insert is in DISCOVERY MODE.

INSTALLATION:

1. Tap Insert button to toggle state of outlet ON or OFF.
Wi-Fi NETWORK PAIRING/JOINING
1. Press Insert button and hold for 12-15 seconds until the INSERT LED turns solid RED, then release.
LED will begin to rapidly blink WHITE for approximately 30 seconds and then blink GREEN to indicate
Insert is in DISCOVERY MODE.
2. Follow App based pairing steps for Wi-Fi connection.

INSTALLATION:
1. TO AVOID SHOCK OR DEATH, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO TURN OFF POWER AT CIRCUIT BREAKER OR FUSE AND TEST

2. This device is to be installed in a Swidget device ONLY.
3. Orient the Insert to line up with the pins in the device cavity. NOTE: alignment pins will prevent incorrect installation.
4. Push Insert into the device cavity until the two side latches engage.
5. Re-enable power to the circuit breaker.
6. a. FOR FIRST TIME INSTALLATION FROM NEW, THE INSERT LED WILL BLINK WHITE FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 SECONDS
