Dips & Simple Meal Ideas
Pesto Dip
Ingredients
1 clove of garlic
½ cup of parsley or basil
¼ of a red pepper
¼ cup of cashews
2 tbsp of oil
Instructions:
Step one: Firstly, place garlic clove in chopper bowl. Press down Swiss mix blitz button
‘Blitz’ for 5 seconds.
Step two: Place half a cup of parsley or basil into the chopper bowl with the garlic. Press
‘Blitz’ for 5 seconds.
Step three: Add the red pepper and press down ‘Blitz’ for 5 seconds.
Step four: Add cashews and blitz for 5 seconds until ingredients go to the side of the
chopper bowl.
Step five: Lastly, add the oil and serve with crackers and cheese, or a lightly toasted
French stick.
Enjoy with a glass of wine with your friends and family

Pesto on baguette

Sundried Tomato Pesto Dip
Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic
½ cup of parsley or basil
1/4 of a red pepper
¼ cup of cashew nuts
2 Tbsp of oil
4 sundried tomatoes
Instructions:
Step one: Firstly, place garlic clove in chopper bowl. Press down Swiss mix blitz button
‘Blitz’ for 5 seconds.
Step two: Place half a cup of parsley or basil into the chopper bowl with the garlic. Turn
onto blitz again for 5 seconds.
Step three: Add the red pepper and sundried tomatoes to the chopper bowl, then blitz for
5 seconds.
Step four: Add cashews nuts and blitz for 5 seconds until ingredients go to the side of
the chopper bowl.
Step five: Lastly, add oil and serve with crackers and cheese, or lightly toasted French
stick.
Enjoy with a glass of wine with your friends and family

Sundried tomato pesto

Guacamole
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 tsp of peppercorns (grinded) or normal pepper
1 tsp of salt
1/3 of a red onion
1 tsp if cream cheese
1 sundried tomato
1 tsp of water
Instructions:
Step one: Firstly, remove pip and skin from avocado and place in the chopper bowl
Step two: Add the salt and pepper, cream cheese and sundried tomato to the chopper
bowl.
Step three: Add 1 tbsp of water to the chopper bowl.
Step three: Press down Swiss mix blitz button named ‘Blitz’ for until the texture is nice
and smooth.
Enjoy with Turkish bread, garlic bread and chips.

Guacamole

Hummus
Ingredients:
1 x 420g tin of chick peas (drain but save liquid)
1 tbsp Tahini
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil approx
1 sundried tomato
lemon juice to taste
Instructions:
Step one: Place the chick peas, tahini, salt; minced garlic, sundried tomato, and a
squeeze of lemon juice into the chopper bowl (if you prefer plain hummus, don’t use
sundried tomato).
Step two: Press down Swiss mix blitz button named ‘Blitz’ until all the ingredients are
smooth.
This dish is best served as a dip and in wraps; it goes well with beer and wine. Hummus
is great for when friends and family come over; serve on a dip tray with breads, beside a
pesto and guacamole.

Hummus

Omelette
Ingredients:
5 eggs
½ a Onion
3 to 4 shakes of Tuscan seasoning
1 Tomato
3 streaks of crispy bacon
2 mushrooms
Salt and pepper (as you see fit)
Instructions:
Step one: Firstly, cut your bacon streaks into small pieces, and then proceed to fry the
pieces until crispy.
Step two: Crack eggs into a bowl.
Step three: Cut onion into small chunky pieces with your chopper bowl, and then slice
your tomato into 10 pieces, cut mushrooms up chunky.
Step four: Use your stainless steel whisk to beat your eggs together for 30 seconds.
Step five: Add the tomato, mushroom and onion into your bowl with eggs.
Step six: Add salt, pepper and Tuscan seasoning to the mix (as you see fit).
Step seven: lightly whisk ingredients together for 10 seconds.
Step eight: Add omelette mix into a frying pan on mid range heat.
Step nine: Allow little rips to occur in your mix to allow the liquid to cook, and then flip
your omelette until lightly crisped on both sides then serve.
This omelette is best served with some good old fashioned tomato sauce.

Omelette with salad
and iced tea

Pumpkin soup
Ingredients:
1 pumpkin
1 white onion
3 tsp of pepper
2 tbsp of salt
Half a cup of cream
Water
2 pinches of Tuscan seasoning
2 tsp of coriander
Instructions:
Step one: Firstly, remove the pumpkins skin. Then chop the pumpkin into small chunks,
which are appropriately sized for your hot pot.
Step two: Turn element onto mid range and fill with water until all the pumpkin chunks
are covered.
Step three: Let the pumpkin boil for 10 minutes, then use your stainless steel mixing
wand to massage the pumpkin pieces. Drain excess water if needed.
Step four: Add the following to your pot; half a cup of cream, salt, pepper, onion and
herbs.
Step five: Mix the ingredients finely together with mixing wand until you are satisfied with
your texture.
Serve with toasted bread, or in a bowl.

Pumpkin Soup

Coleslaw
Ingredients:
2 slices of green cabbage
½ a slice of red cabbage
¼ of a carrot
Instructions:
Step one: Firstly, add the green cabbage, then the red cabbage to the chopper bowl.
Step two: Add the carrot sliced into 5 parts then add to chopper bowl.
Step three: Pulse the ingredients in the chopper bowl until you are happy with
consistency. It is important to know people prefer different coleslaw textures. The more
you pulse the finer the coleslaw will be.
Serve with your favourite dressing or mayonnaise, goes great at BBQ’s and as a side
with dinner.

Mark’s Marinate
Ingredients:
70ml of soy sauce
2 tsp of honey
1 tsp of salt
Grinded peppercorn (3 tea spoons)
2 tbsp of olive oil
A sprinkle of Tuscan seasoning
½ a cup of water
1 clove of garlic diced
600gms of chicken wings or diced chicken
Instructions:
Step one: Place ingredients into a large bowl, mix everything together with the stainless
steel whisk for 1 minute.
Step two: Place chicken wings or diced chicken into the bowl and let the ingredients
soak overnight, or for at least three hours in the fridge (if making kebabs, put diced
chicken into kebab sticks).
Step three: Cook chicken on the BBQ until cooking all the way through and so the
outside is crispy.
Best served as kebabs or cook the chicken wings on the BBQ.
This dish goes down a treat at BBQ’s; it will be the talk of the party.

Marinated chicken kebabs

Chicken stuffing
Ingredients:
2 slices of brown bread
½ a onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of sage
1 tsp of thyme
1 tsp of parsley
¼ a lemon drizzled
Instructions:
Step one: Place herbs in chopper bowl with clove of garlic
Step two: Place bread on top of herbs and garlic
Step three: Drizzle lemon on top
Step four: Pulse ingredients until everything is broken down
Step five: Press down Swiss mix blitz button ‘Blitz’ for 10 seconds. Check texture is
correct, then take stuffing out of chopper bowl and stuff your chicken.
Note: Roast chicken holds onto more flavour in a cooking bag, you can buy these
cooking bags from the supermarket.
