2. How to charge
While it’s possible that your SW 660 ECG will
already come with enough charge to be powered
on right out of the box, we recommend to fully
charge it before rst use.

1. Aach the supplied charing cable to the boom
of the clock.
2. Insert the USB charging connector into any USB
port that permits charging.
3. Press the Power key to start the display if not
already lit.
Note! Maximum charging output for USB
charger: 5 V / 1 A. Always disconnect the charging
cable from the USB port before disconnecng it
from the watch! To prevent short circuits due to
metals (eg paper clips, etc.) on the charging cable,
never leave it unused on an acve USB port!
Note! Generally charging is quicker if plugged in
to a USB power supply compared to charging via
other hosts such as computers.

3. Install the app to a smartphone or tablet
Download and install the app swissFit ECG from
Google Play or App Store.
Compable devices
• Android version 4.4 and later
• IOS version 8.2 and later
• Bluetooth 4.0 and later compatible device

4. Create account or login and set your
personal profile
Open the app
SwissFit ECG
and create an account
or login if you already have an account.
Aer connecng the bracelet, enter the user’s
informaon, click the
Mine
,
Personal device
in the
App boom state bar, according to own situaons
to set the height, weight, gender, wearing manner
in the dialog box (Tips: the right informaon can
make measurement data more accurate and
eecve).

5. Pair the SW 660 ECG to your smartphone
1. Start Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Open the app
SwissFit ECG
and click
Connect
a device
click the name of the bracelet
SW 660 ECG
.
3. Follow the instrucons in the app to pair your
SW 660 ECG to your smartphone.

6. Synchronise the device
SW 660 ECG automacally synchronises the
data aer the rst pairing. Steps, acve calories,
distance, date and me is included in the synchro-
nisaon. You can view the available data daily,
weekly or monthly in the app.

7. Bracelet functions
Press the touch area on the SW 660 ECG to switch
between the following modes:
Note: The tness watch is controlled by tapping
the touch area (2).
Time and date
Shows me, date and last measured steps,
heart rate value burned calories.
Steps
Today’s achieved steps, view your result in
the app or on your SW 660 ECG.
Distance
Today’s achieved total distance, view your
result in the app or on your SW 660 ECG.
Acve calories
Today’s burnt acve calories, view your
result in the app or on your SW 660 ECG.
Note: The SW 660 ECG does not display the BMR
(Basal Metabolic Rate) of calories, only the acve
calories, which are burned by moon. Therefore,
these values are somemes signicantly lower.
Sleep monitor
Monitor your sleep duraon and your
sleep quality in the app or on the SW
660 ECG.

Sleep me recording funcon starts at 10pm.
Going to bed earlier wont be recorded. Sleeping
me during the day won’t be recorded also.
Heart rate
Measure your heart rate in real me.
Measuring takes around 30 to 40 seconds.
Blood pressure
Monitor your blood pressure in the app or
on your SW 660 ECG.
Measuring takes around 30 to 40 seconds.
ECG+PPG
Press and hold the touch area for 3 seconds
to enter the measurement state and follow
the prompts to touch the metal ring.
Whether it is o-line measurement or App side
measurement, please keep the correct posture:
calm and relaxed. When o-line measurement,
switch the interface to ECG measurement and
touch the ngers to the metal ring and a waveform
appears. Aer around 3 seconds, the device will
prompt the end aer 30-60s. You can view the
history in the App and review measurement
results parameters such as HRV, also the measured
ECG waveform can be shared.

Note: The sensors of the
SW 660 ECG need a bit of
moisture, so that good
contact between the skin
and the sensor can be
established. Otherwise the
ECG measurement will not work reliably.
Important:
The SW 660 ECG does not replace a doctor.
Heart aacks can not be detected. If pain or pressure in
the chest area is felt, immediately alert the rescue service.
Strokes or blood clots can not be detected with the SW
660 ECG.
Other heart condions can not be diagnosed or
diagnosed.
If you do not feel well, consult a doctor.
Sports
Long press on the touch area for 3 seconds
to enter Mul-Sports Modes selecon
You can choose between running mode, walking
mode, climbing mode and riding mode.
Select the sports mode you want by switching the
interface (select the mode you want and press 3
seconds to start the sports, press 3 seconds to exit
and return to the upper level interface).

Timer
Longpress the touch area to enter the
funcon, press the touch area to start/
stop the mer.
Informaon
Displays the push nocaons from
the mobile phone. Max storage are 3
messages.
NOTE: In order to receive SMS, call and app no-
caons on your SW 660 ECG, the following require-
ments must be met:
1. The apps have a share for push messages in the
mobile device’s sengs menu.
2. The reminders / nocaons are enabled in the
device sengs of the
SWissFit ECG
app.
Touch the touch area for about 3 seconds. The rst
message is displayed with the name or number of
the sender.
4. Touch the touch area again to move to the next
message.
5. Exit nocaons by tapping the funcon box for
three seconds.

Find phone
Go to
Find Phone
and long press the
SW 660 ECG touch area, your phone rings
or vibrates, depending on selected sound
prole for you to nd it.
Theme
Press and hold the touch area to select the
desired theme, press and hold the touch
area for 3 seconds to conrm and exit the
interface.
System
This interface displays the Bluetooth
number and Soware version. Long press
three seconds on the touch area to jump
to the shutdown interface.
Touch the touch area for three seconds. Select
the opon
YES
by briey touching the touch area.
Touch the touch area for three seconds. Your SW
660 ECG is switched o, the display goes o.

8. Sleep monitor
Wear your SW 660 ECG at
all mes, also at night, to
analyze your sleep quality
according to your nocturnal
movements and to monitor
your enre sleep schedule.
The SW 660 ECG switches to
sleep mode at 22:00. You can
view the available data daily,
weekly or monthly.

9. Detect heart rate and blood pressure
Open the app
SwissFit ECG
and click
Health
.
If you are measuring the
heart rate for the rst me
it needs to be calibrated.
Click
Measure Calibraon
to enter the calibraon
interface. Divide the blood
pressure calibraon into
Exact Calibraon
and
Blood
Pressure Level Calibraon
.
If you know your blood
pressure, select
Exact
Calibraon
and enter the
high pressure and low
pressure and then exit. If
you don’t know, please click on
Blood Pressure
Level Calibraon
and select the blood pressure
level, which is divided into
Low
,
Flat
,
Normal
,
High
level. Exit aer selecon.
Click
Measurement
to start measuring. Place your
thumb and index nger on the metal ring for a
duraon of 30-60 seconds. The end report will be
given aer the measurement is completed.

Note! Your SW 660 ECG is a screening device
primarily for diagnosc checking and the
monitored data is not intended for medical use,
nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, cure or
prevent any disease or condion.
The opcal heart rate / blood pressure monitor
is a valuable tool that provides an approximate
esmaon of the user’s heart rate at any given
point in me.
The measured heart rate frequency varies
depending on user’s behaviour and on the user’s
level of acvity. Various technology limitaons
may cause the heart rate monitoring to be
inaccurate under certain circumstances.
These circumstances may include the user’s
physical characteriscs, the t of the device and
the type and intensity of the acvity.
Heart rate accuracy during swimming is very
limited and we do not recommend using heart
rate monitoring during swimming.

Sedentary remind:
You can choose interval me: 1 hour, 2 hours, 3
hours, and 4 hours, choose begin and end me
you need, and save. You will get an automac
reminder from your SW 660 ECG.
Drink remind:
You can choose interval me: 1 hour, 2 hours, 3
hours, and 4 hours, choose begin and end me
you need, and save. You will get an automac
reminder from your SW 660 ECG.

12.Wake up alarm
The alarm can be set once or repeatedly, you may
set up to 5 dierent alarm mes.

13.Operation instructions

14.Bracelet Firmware update
From

to show the current rmware
status and current rmware version. If there is an
update available, select
UPDATE
to download and
install the latest update.
15.Restore factory settings
Delete all personal informaon from your tness
bracelet by restoring the factory sengs.
1. Go to the tab

2. Touch the menu item
Reset device
.
3. Conrm the process by tapping
CONFIRM
/
conrm
. Your SW 660 ECG will be reset.
Note:If the tness bracelet is not removed from
the app, the sengs of the app are taken over
again aer a short me (me, etc.).
Note: Before you send your device to third pares,
send it for repair or return, please note the
following points:
• Clear all data from the device by reseng.
• Remove the device from the app.
