необходимо установить на стол.При установке металлической крышки (исполнение 5А) вставте
кронштейны вотверстие вставок (рисунок А.4). Установку стеклянной крышки (исполнение 7А)
выполняйте всоответствии срисунком А.5: установите втулки, расположенные на стеклянной
крышке, впазы кронштейнов.
6.10 Питание гриля иосвещения духовки, электророзжигов горелок осуществляется от
электросети напряжением 220 Впеременного тока частотой 50 Гц. Для этого необходимо
установить розетку сзаземляющим контактом на расстоянии не более 1,5 мот плиты.
ОРЯДОК РАБОТЫ

7.1 Условные обозначения функций ручек ивыключателей на панели плиты показаны втаблице 4.
7.1.1 Принцип управления кранами показан на рисунке А.6.
7.2 Включение горелок стола
7.2.1 Чтобы разжечь горелку стола, необходимо:
1) нажать иповернуть соответствующую ручку крана горелки (позиция 20 на рисунке А.1
итаблица 4) против хода часовой стрелки на 900до совмещения зауженной части ручки со
знаком на панели, обозначающим, что кран открыт максимально (большой факел, рисунок А.6);
2) нажать кнопку электророзжига на несколько секунд (до загорания газа).
Если после пятикратного нажатия клавиши электророзжига или втечение пяти
секунд горелка не зажглась - необходимо закрыть кран идо выяснения причин
невоспламенения устройством электророзжига не пользоваться.
3) вплите, оснащенной автоматом безопасности (модель 208), удерживая нажатой ручку
крана, необходимо дождаться загорания пламени ипосле этого продолжать удерживать ручку
нажатой втечение 10 с;
4) отпустить ручку иубедиться, что пламя не погасло.
7.2.2 Регулирование интенсивности горения рекомендуется производить дальнейшим
поворотом ручки против хода часовой стрелки.При повороте до упора горелка будет работать
врежиме «малое пламя»(рисунок А.6).
Возможен вариант поставки плит, вкоторых предусмотрена фиксация ручки крана в
положении максимального пламени. Чтобы вывести ручку из этого положения необходимо
нажать ее, азатем уже вращать.
7.3 Включение горелки духовки
7.3.1 Перед первым пользованием духовкой ее необходимо вымыть мыльным или содовым
раствором, вытереть насухо, азатем прогреть втечение получаса, чтобы ликвидировать
защитную смазку снекоторых деталей. Этот процесс сопровождается выделением неприятного
запаха, поэтому перед прокаливанием убедитесь, что духовка пустая ипомещение хорошо
вентилируется.Дверца духовки при прокаливании должна быть открыта!
7.3.2. Чтобы разжечь горелку духовки необходимо:
1) поднести горящую спичку кзапальному отверстию (рисунок А.7);
2) нажать иповернуть ручку крана (позиция 7 на рисунке А.1 итаблица 4) против хода
часовой стрелки на 90 0до совмещения зауженной части ручки со знаком на панели, обознача-
ющим, что кран открыт максимально (большой факел, рисунок А.6) иподжечь газ (держать
горящую спичку 5-7сдо загорания пламени);

7.3.2 In order to ignitethe oven burner do the following:
1) Hold a match atopening of the oven igniter (pic. A.7);
2) Pressthe oven gas tap knob (position 7 atpicture A.1 and Table 4) and turn it anti-clockwise
at angle of 90 degreesuntil the slimpartofknob matchesthe sign on controlpanel; it meansthatgas
tap isopened on maximumpower (bigflamesign,pic. A.6).Lightthe gas(hold aburning match
for 5-7 seconds until flamelightson);
3) Wait for the ignition whilekeeping the gastap knob pressed.Holdthe knob pressed for 10
seconds after the flameappears;
4) Release the knob and checkwhether the flame keeps burning.
7.3.3 Tosetthe heating power ofthe oven burner, turn the knob 7 (picture A.1) anti-clockwiseor
clockwise.Open the oven door slightlyand check whether the flamekeeps burning while turning the
knob.
7.4 Using ofoven illumination.
7.4.1 For visual control of the baking and roasting processesyou can use oven illumination.
The switching on and offthe illumination iscarried outby pressing the oven illumination knob 18
(pic.A.1) on the controlpanel4.While doing this check the position ofthermostatknob 6 - it shall be
inposition "0"in order tokeep the grilloff.
7.5 Useofthe oven.
7.5.1 Baking shouldbe prepared only in cookware placed on oven grid. Cookware should not
exceed the surface ofoven grid.Backing cookware shouldbe placed on the gridatthe equal dis-
tancesfrom side walls.
It's not recommended touse enameled roasting tray for baking.
7.5.2 Warm up the oven during 10-15 minutesbefore baking.
7.5.3 It'srecommended toback dough productson the third levelfrom above:
- Yeast dough - 20-25 minutes;
-Sponge cake- 40-45 minutes;
-Shortcakes -30-40 minutes.
7.5.4 Temperature indicator 12 showshowdeep is the oven warmed up.Itissituated on the
oven door 15 (pic.A.1).Ifoven temperature rises the indicator movesclockwise.The far itmoves,the
higher is the temperature in the oven. Indicated temperature isonlyinformative,it's no realtempera-
ture measuring device.However ifyou have notenough experience you can use these valuesto
achieve the best qualityof baking.
7.6 Using of the grill.
7.6.1 Grill heating elementgenerate the infrared radiation likecarbonsin brazier.Thisradiation
heatsdirectlythe meat (air isheated alittle). Atthe surface ofmeat isformed aruddy crust which
keeps the meat juicy and soft.
Grillisideal for cooking of disheswhich require high temperaturessuch as: veal, steak,fillet,
chicken etc.
7.6.2 Keep the oven door closed ifthe grillis switched on inorder tosave the energy.
Do not use oven and grill at thesame time!
7.6.3 For cooking of meat,chicken or other dishes using grill do the following:
-installthe spitsupporting hook10 (picture A.1) intothe oven: putthe lesshookthrough the
opening on the top wallof the oven;
-assemblethe roasting spit11withplastic handle,putthe meat(chicken) on the spit through the
sharp end and fixit with two fixing forks and screws;
-fixthe sharp end ofthe spit on the back wallofthe oven;installthe second end atthe support-
ing hook;
-unscrew the plastic handlefrom the spitand closethe oven door;
-switch on the grillby turning the controlknob 6 (picture A.1) torequired temperature and press
the knob 18;
-after cooking turn the controlknob 6inposition "0",open the oven door,screw the plastic
handle ontothe spit,carefullytake away itssupporting hookand take outthe roasting spit fromthe
