those of another company will result in the loss of warranty and may cause damage.
Read this manual carefully before using the stroller for the first time and keep it for future
reference. The safety of a child could be compromised if you do not follow the instructions and
safety notices mentioned in the User Guide.
In case of apparent defects, which limit the safe use of the product (for example, the chassis is
damaged, there are cracks or a visible defect), it is imperative to immediately stop using the
product and contact your distributor or local repair centre. Synetik ErgoCare assumes no liability
for damages and accidents caused by improper use of its products.

Intended Use
The Corzino stroller comes in 4 sizes (30, 34, 38 and 42). This stroller is produced from
lightweight alloy. It is equipped with an optimized folding system and is fully adjustable. Indeed,
the seat depth, the backrest height, the upholstery tension and the footrest height are adjustable.
The stroller also comes with solid steel wheels for a stable ride. You will find all the details in the
assembly section.
Warranty
1. A 24 month warranty is applicable on this product from the date of sale. The warranty applies
to material and manufacturing defects.
2. The warranty is applicable at the location where the product was purchased, or in an authorized
service repair shop.
3. A properly completed Certificate of Warranty and a copy of the proof of purchase must be
presented when applying for the warranty. Do not remove the identification label. It must be
legible and undamaged throughout the entire warranty period.
5. The product must be used entirely for the purpose for which it is designed for, the user must
follow the directions mentioned in the Instructions for Use. The manufacturer/distributor is not
responsible for defects caused by any handling that is contrary to the instructions for use.
6. The product must be used, treated, maintained and stored properly according to directions
mentioned in the instructions for use.
7. Warranty proceedings can be initiated, if the product under claim has been returned completely
in the original package, carefully packed and protected against damage. The owner is obliged to
ensure the product under claim is properly cleaned, hygienically flawless as per general hygienic
principles. The owner cannot ask the seller to do basic maintenance or cleaning of the product
throughout the claim proceedings.
8. All defects must be claimed immediately.
9. The warranty is forfeited if the defects were caused by overloading, accident, violence or
inappropriate tampering or mishandling of the product.

Safety and Warning Notes
ATTENTION! Read this manual carefully before first using the stroller, and keep it for further
reference. The safety of a child might be in jeopardy if the instructions and safety information
listed in the User Guide are not followed.
Safety points to consider when using the Corzo X Country Stroller.

WARNING ! Keep fingers and covers out of any moving parts when using the stroller.
WARNING ! Never leave your child unattended! Even if the belts and brakes are in use.
WARNING ! Check before use that all locking devices are properly secured and all
safety equipment is properly used.
WARNING ! The seat unit is not suitable for a child younger than 6 months.
WARNING ! This product must not be used while jogging or rollerblading.
The attendant must be familiar with the instructions of this manual.
Professional medical advice regarding the suitability of this product must be sought
before use.
Always make sure, before heading out, that the child is comfortable, and that clothes and
blankets, etc., are tucked in, so they do not get caught in the wheels.
Ensure that child is clear of moving parts before making adjustments, to avoid any injury.
When angle positioning and adjusting the seat and backrest act accordingly to avoid
sudden uncontrolled movements.
Do not allow the child to climb unassisted into and out of the stroller.

Always apply the parking brakes when putting the child in and taking them out of the
stroller.
Make sure that the belts and other securing accessories, safety bar and other equipment
are fitted and adjusted correctly.
Do not stand on the footrest.
The brakes must be engaged at all times when the stroller is not moving.
Getting over the curb: Practice first using an empty stroller.
The stroller is not designed to be used in the stairs.
The attendant must take precautions against fire risk. In buildings, check the location of
fire exits and ensure all procedures are understood.
Do not let children play with or hang onto the stroller.
Do not overload the stroller. Overloading the chassis, seat, bag or basket causes a
reduction in stability of the stroller.
Pay full attention, when handling the stroller, so not to injure the child or yourself.
If it is possible, always use ramps or elevators to avoid any access restrictions.
If possible, two people should lift the stroller.
When you use the stroller on the road, follow the road traffic regulations.
Do not use the stroller for any purpose other than what it is designed for.
The stroller is designed to carry only one child.
Do not use anything other than original PATRON accessories designed for this product.
When the stroller is folded and unfolded, the User Guide must be followed carefully, to
avoid any damage to the construction that may affect product stability.
In case of apparent defects, which limits the product’s safe use (e.g. damaged chassis,
part comes off or other visible defects, cracks, etc.) it is necessary to stop using the
product immediately and contact your local official distributor or service centre.
Synetik ErgoCare does not bear any responsibility for the damages and accidents caused
by inappropriate use of this product.
Transportation
The Corzino stroller style wheelchair has successfully passed impact tests. The seat meets the
ISO 7176 19. The tests were carried out in all possible configurations of the product.
To be compliant, the wheelchair must have the transit option which includes 4 tie downs.

Box Contents
Upon delivery, you will receive one (1) box containing the stroller and the accessories ordered.
The only tool required for assembly, a hex key, is found in a small pocket on the bottom left
corner of the back of the backrest. Always put the key back in place.

Unboxing the Corzino
1 Remove the contents of the boxes and place on a flat surface.
2 Make sure that the material corresponds to what you ordered and that no damage was caused
during transportation.
3 Follow the instructions in the following section (Assembling the Corzino)

Assembling the Corzino
The instructions in the User Guide will guide you through the assembly process of the positioning
seat. However, it is recommended that the initial adjustment for the user be done in the presence
of a Synetik ErgoCare representative.
NOTE! The numbers in parenthesis refers to the schema presented on page 6.
Hex Key
Only one Hex key is needed to assemble and adjust the Corzino Stroller. It is located in a pocket
on the bottom left corner of the back of the backrest.
Opening the Stroller
To complete the assembly, you need to;
1. Stand stroller on its wheels
2. Unlock the transport safety latch (12)
3. Grasp one handle (1) and push down on the opposite seat tube (22), press down firmly on
seat tubes to ensure the stroller is completely open.
4. Use foot to lock the rear brace into a straight position
5. Wrap the armrest padding around the armrests (25)
6. Mount the footrest onto the stroller. (see footrest installation section)
7. Lock the seat brace—Sizes 38–42 only
Footrest Installation
Install;
1 Loosen the footrest adjusting lever (16)
2 Insert the footrest tube into the footrest opening until itreaches the safety pin (21)
3 Pull the safety pin while pushing on the footrest
4 Release the safety pin and pull gently on the footrest until it stops at the lowest position
5 Tighten the adjusting lever
6 Repeat for the second footrest.
Height Adjustment;
1 Loosen the adjusting lever (16)
2 Pull the safety pin towards you (21) and adjust the footrest into desired position
3 Release the safety pin and tighten the adjusting lever to secure the footrest in position
4 Repeat for the second footrest.
Uninstall;
1 Loosen the adjusting lever (16)
2 Pull the safety pin towards you (21) and pull the footrest tube out of the opening
3 Release the safety pin and retighten the adjusting lever
4 Repeat for the second footrest.

Adjustment
Before placing the child in the stroller, adjust the height of the backrest, the depth of the seat and
install the desired accessories.
** Use the hex key to handle the screws
1. Brakes
To engage the brake, press brake lever pad on both sides fully to the end position. To disengage
the parking brake, lift both brake lever pads.
2. Five point Belt
4.1 Release all plastic quick fasteners (fork type).
4.2 Place the child into the stroller and adjust the belt to desired lengths.
4.3 Choose the hole in backrest (5) to adjust the proper position of the shoulder straps. The
hole should be level with or higher than the top of the shoulders.
4.4 The shoulder straps must be mounted onto the backrest and backrest extension at once –
Size 38 and 42 only
3. Seat Reinforcement
You can increase or decrease the seat tension by adjusting the seat frame:
5.1 Extend the seat reinforcement straps to reduce tension.
5.2 Shorten the seat reinforcement straps to increase tension.
5.3 Never change the width of the seat by adjusting the seat tension.
6. Backrest Angle Adjustment
6.1 Loosen and remove the two screws that are located on each side of the seat frame (8) by
using 2 wrenches (see image)
6.2 Gently move the seat up or down so that the screws can run in the other hole (see image)
6.3 Insure that the seat is parallel to the ground and tighten the two screws by using 2
wrenches

aily Usage
Synetik ErgoCare recommends performing a daily inspection before seating a child in the
Corzino Stroller.
Opening the Stroller
1. Stand stroller on its wheels
2. Unlock the transport safety latch (12)
3. Grasp one handle (1) and push down on the opposite seat tube (22), press down firmly on
seat tubes to ensure the stroller is completely open
4. Use foot to lock the rear brace into a straight position
5. Wrap the armrest padding around the armrests (25)
6. Mount the footrest onto the stroller. (see footrest installation section)

Folding the Stroller
1. Flip up the footrests on each side. It is no necessary to remove the footrests
2. Remove the armrest padding by undoing the Velcro section and metal snaps (25)
3. Use your foot to release the rear safety bar by pushing up on the centre of the brace
4. Firmly grip one push handle and pull up the seat tube with other hand
5. Make sure that the backrest is leaning toward the stroller seat to prevent damage to the
spacer folding mechanism
6. Lock the transport safety latch (12)
Getting into the Stroller
1. Ensure the brakes (9) are on
2. To make access easier, the footrests can be flipped up on each side
3. If possible, place the back of the stroller against a wall or immovable object (Another
helper can hold the stroller steady)
4. Place the child carefully into the stroller
5. Fasten the safety belt and flip the footrests back down carefully
6. The child must always feel comfortable.

Getting out of the Stroller
1. Ensure the brakes are on
2. If possible, place the back of the stroller against a wall or immovable object (Another
helper can hold the stroller steady)
3. Unfasten the safety belt and lift the child out carefully.

Caution
1. During this operation, the attendant and helper must be well positioned and have a secure
grip on the stroller.
2. The attendants’ hands must be inside the handle straps at all time.
3. Rest at regular intervals.
4. Do not lift the stroller by the footrests.
Accessories
Canopy Comfort (010 141)
Install –
1 Insert canopy brackets into both side attachments located on the backrest frame (see Fig.
1 and 2),
2 The canopy adjusts by pushing forward or pulling back on the canopy frame.
Remove –
1 Squeeze on the canopy fitting releases and pull the canopy section out of the hood
attachments. (see Fig. 3)

Abductor Block – 010 132
Put the buckle, which is sewn onto the bottom part of the block, through one of two holes on the
seat, and secure the block using Velcro. (Place zipper outwards).
Headrest Adjustable (Pair) – 010 131
Different positions are possible with the headrest. Adjust the headrest height by changing the
shorter Velcro straps (underneath) between the different backrest holes. Before securing the
headrest onto the backrest, set the headrest width.
Headrest Width . Unfasten the metal snaps on the back of the cushion and pull the headrest
cushion off of the side straps. Rotate the cushion 180 degrees and insert the side belts again. Then
refasten the cushions using the metal snaps on the back of the cushion.
Highest Position The shorter Velcro straps (underneath) go through the top holes of the backrest
and the longer Velcro straps (at top) flip over the edge of the backrest. The belts on back of the
backrest are secured by metal snaps.
Lowest Position The shorter Velcro straps (underneath) go through the appropriate holes at the
base of the backrest and the longer Velcro straps (at top) go through of backrest base over top of
the shorter straps. The straps on the backrest are then secured with metal snaps.

Headwings Basic (Head laterals) – 010 166
Different positions are possible with the headwings. Adjust the height of the headwings by
threading the shorter Velcro straps (underneath) between the different backrest holes.
1 Highest Position The shorter Velcro straps (underneath) go through the top holes of the
backrest and the longer Velcro straps (at top) flip over the edge of the backrest. The belts
on back of the backrest are secured by metal snaps.
2 Lowest Position The shorter Velcro straps (underneath) go through the appropriate holes
at the base of the backrest and the longer Velcro straps (at top) go through of backrest
base over top of the shorter straps. The straps on the backrest are secured with metal
snaps.
Thigh Fixation – 010 169
Mounting –
1 Attach the thigh support to the seat using the Velcro straps.
2 Place the thigh support on the front part of the stroller seat and Velcro the straps
underneath the seat
3 Secure the child’s thighs in place using the Velcro straps, which you thread through the
metal clips. Make sure that the child’s legs are sufficiently secured but not too tightly.
The user must always feel comfortable.

Work Board 010 144
1 Gently install the work board on the laps of the child
2 Wrap the straps around the seat tubes
3 Adjust the tension with the Velcro straps. The user must always feel comfortable.
Feet Fixation – 010 134
Mounting –
1 Attach the belts to the footrest with Velcro straps.
2 Thread the straps through the footrest holes and on the underside of the footrest.
3 Secure the child’s ankles by threading the straps through the metal clips and securing
them with Velcro. Make sure the child’s ankles are sufficiently secured, but not too
tightly. The user must always feel comfortable.

Chest Immobilisation Belt – 010 168
1 Unfasten the 5 point belt, seat the child in the stroller to determine appropriate height for
the position of the trunk support.
2 Take the child out of the stroller.
3 Position the trunk support at the appropriate height and secure it using the lateral belts
with the side release interlocking buckles located on the back of backrest. The 5 point
belt must be inside the trunk support.
4 Unfasten the Velcro section on the front of the trunk support, seat the child in the stroller
and fasten the 5 point safety belt. Then fasten the trunk support using the Velcro
attachment to provide the support, ensuring the child is secure yet comfortably seated.
2 Point Safety Belt – 010 137
Fitting –
1 Thread the straps through the anchor points on each side of the backrest and secure them
with the plastic buckle.
Adjusting –

1 Seat the child in the stroller, adjust the length of the straps with the plastic buckles at the
end of each strap or by pulling on one of the D Ring on each side of the buckle
2 Fasten the lock. The child must always feel comfortable.
H Style Harness – 010 178
Fitting –
2 Remove the plastic buckles from the upper straps of the harness and pass these straps
through the holes in the backrest at the appropriate height for the children shoulders.
3 Thread the straps through the plastic buckles and secure them.
4 Thread the lower straps through the anchor points on each side of the backrest and secure
them with the plastic buckle.
Adjusting –
3 Unfasten the front plastic clip and open the H–style harness.
4 Seat the child in the stroller, adjust the length of the straps with the plastic buckles at the
end of each strap and fasten the locks. The child must always feel comfortable.
Winter Footmuff – 010 139
1 Place the footmuff over the seat.
2 Attach the upper Velcro straps to the rear part of the backrest.
3 Attach the lower straps of the footmuff to the footrest using the zipper.

Basket – Textile – 010 143
The maximum load of the fabric basket is 3 kg.
1 Secure the higher part of the basket by wrapping the two straps around the front side
frames and fastening the metal snaps (see image)
2 Secure the lower part of basket by wrapping the two straps around the rear side frames
and fastening the metal snaps (see image)
Armrest Foldable (Pair) – 010 147
Installation
1 Remove the left armrest cover cushion.
2 Insert the screw through the inner side of the tube and the hole of the armrest cover (25)
3 Secure using a washer and a nut. Cover them using the plastic cap.
4 Slide armrest cover back on.
5 Repeat for the right armrest cover.

Comfort Seat Cover – 010 171
1 Unfasten the shoulder straps of the 5 point belt. Remove the straps from the holes in
backrest.
2 Unfasten the side straps of the 5 point belt.
3 Use your foot to unlock the rear safety bar by pushing the centre of the brace upward.
4 Fold the stroller slightly.
5 Place the cover on the seat.
6 Fasten the Velcro straps on the cover to the top rear of the backrest.
7 Find the appropriate position for the middle fastening strap it must align with the groove
between backrest and seat.
8 Fasten the backrest middle fastening straps to the seat cover.
9 Cut a slot in the leatherette strap according to the position of the seat section of 5 point
belt. Thread the seat section of the 5 point belt through the hole in the cover.
10 Flip the seat cover over the front edge of the seat and secure the seat straps in the space
between the cover and the seat.
11 Refer to the image if you have a stroller Size 38 and/or 42 and you are using the backrest
height extension.
12 Finally, thread the shoulder straps of 5 point belt through the holes of the padded seat
cover and through leatherette holes in the backrest.
