Commands Reference Card

The commands described with an asterisk (*) require
superuser mode. (See the su command.)
Command Description
alias [name [word-
list]] Create and display command
aliases.
arp -a |ip-addr |-d

ethernet-addr*
Display, delete, or create
entries in the Internet-to-
Ethernet translation table.
boot* [-o]
[minutes]|-c |-d Initialize the terminal server.
connect [service[-n

Establish a job with a LAT

dli [cmd]Open the Model 3395
command interface from the
ULI, and execute a Model 3395

or left-arrow key ←Move the cursor one
position to the left.
<CTRL> <E> Move to the end of the
current command line.
<CTRL> <F>
or right-arrow key →Move the cursor one
position to the right.
<CTRL> <H> Move to the beginning of
the command line.
<CTRL> <N>
or down-arrow key ↓Recall the next command
in the command history.
<CTRL> <R> Redisplay the current
command line.
<CTRL> <U> Delete all characters.
<CTRL> <V> Quote the next character,
so that the ULI interprets
it as a variable.
<CTRL> <X> Delete the command line.
<CTRL> <Z> Cancel an interactive
operation.
<DELETE>
or <backspace> Delete the character to the
left of the cursor.
