Installation:
Schrauben Sie das Antennenkabel an die Remote-Box
Screw the antenna cable to the Remote-Box
Die Mobilfunkantenne kann unter Kunststoffhauben oder hinter
Glasscheiben geklebt werden (möglichst keine Wärmeschutzverglasung
oder Grünkeil). Die Downloadbox muss festmontiert werden.
The cellular antenna can be stuck under plastic hoods or behind glass
panes (if possible, no heat protection glass or green wedge). The
Donwloadbox must be firmly installed.

Inbetriebnahme:
Anschlussstecker Kabel
Die Verbindungskabel für die GPS-Box und den Fahrtenschreiber haben
beidseitig Stecker. Den schwarzen Stecker mit der Remote Box
verbinden. Den roten Stecker ( CAN –Bus ) in die Buchse C des
Fahrtenschreibers und der braune Stecker in die Buchse D.
Ist die C Buchse bereits belegt, jedoch die Anschlüsse C5, C6, C7 und C8
noch frei, können Sie die Kabel direkt in den vorhandenen Stecker
einstecken. Sind die Steckplätze bereits belegt, können die Kabel
parallel aufgelegt werden.
Sollten sie parallel aufgelegt werden, dann müssen Sie folgendes
unbedingt beachten. Schließen sie alle Kabel wie beschrieben an und
messen Sie folgende Widerstände. C5 ( CAN-High) und C7 (CAN-Low)
muss eine Widerstandswert von 60 Ohm betragen.
Ist der Wert größer als 120 Ohm muss zwischen C7 und C8 (CAN -
Masse) eine Brücke hergestellt werden. Ist der Wert kleiner als 60
Ohm, muss diese Brücke unterbrochen werden. Sind C7 und C8 bereits
vom Fahrzeug bereits belegt, muss der 120 Ohm SMD-Widerstand in
der Box GPS Data 014000102 entfernt werden (Bitte nehmen Sie dazu
Kontakt mit uns auf).
Nachdem die Box auf diese Weise angeschlossen wurde, schalten Sie
die Zündung ein. An der Remote Box leuchtet die LED. Es muss der CAN
im Fahrtenschreiber freigeschaltet sein.

Installation:
The connecting cables for the GPS box and the tachograph have
connectors on both sides. Connect the black plug to the remote box.
The red plug (CAN bus) in socket C of the tachograph and the brown plug
in socket D.
If the C socket is already occupied, but the connections C5, C6, C7 and C8
are still free, you can plug the cables directly into the existing plug. If the
slots are already occupied, the cables can be laid in parallel.
If they are to be placed in parallel, you must absolutely observe the
following. Connect all cables as described and measure the following
resistances. C5 (CAN-High) and C7 (CAN-Low) must have a resistance value
of 60 Ohm.
If the value is greater than 120 Ohm, a bridge must be made between C7
and C8 (CAN ground). If the value is less than 60 Ohm, this bridge must be
broken. If C7 and C8 are already occupied by the vehicle, the 120 Ohm
SMD resistor in the GPS Data 014000102 box must be removed (please
contact us).
After the box has been connected in this way, turn on the ignition. On the
Remote Box, the LED lights up. The CAN inside the Tachograph must be
activated.

Erklärung LED:
kontinuierliches Grün –OK
leuchtet die LED Orange, zählen Sie die Anzahl des orangenen
Aufleuchtens zur Fehlerbehebung:
1- Stromversorgung überprüfen
2- SIM-Karte überprüfen
3- PIN/PUK mit Handy überprüfen
6- Bitte Gerät Austauschen
7- CAN überprüfen evt.
CAN im Fahrtenschreiber
ausgeschaltet
8- Remote überprüfen

Explanation LED:
continuous green - OK
If the LED lights up orange, count the number of times it lights up in
orange for troubleshooting:
1 Check power supply
2 Check SIM card
3- Check PIN / PUK with mobile phone
6- Please replace the device
7 Check CAN if necessary CAN in the tachograph switched off
8 Check remotely
9 Please call support

Installation Single Company Card Manager Software 006 002 000
Ihre Unternehmerkarte muss zwingend immer in Ihrem Chipkartenleser
sowie der verbunden Card Manager Software gestartet sein. Ihre
Unternehmerkarte autorisiert den Remote Download für alle Ihnen
zugewiesenen Fahrzeuge. Somit ist eine sichere Kommunikation
sichergestellt.
In dieser Software können Sie auch die einzelnen Fahrerkarten und
Fahrzeuge einsehen. Sie können dort die Downloadzyklen einstellen und
sonstige Funktionen konfigurieren.
Installation of Single Company Card Manager Software 006 002 000
Your company card must always be started in your chip card reader and
the connected Card Manager software. Your company card authorizes the
remote download for all vehicles assigned to you. This ensures secure
communication. You can also view the individual driver cards and vehicles
in this software. There you can set the download cycles and configure
other functions.

Sie müssen nach der Installation den ersten Download Manuell mit
rechts Klick auf Ihr Fahrzeug Starten. Weitere Downloads werden dann
Automatisch gestartet.
You have to manually download the first download after the
installation right click on your vehicle start. Further downloads will
then Started automatically.
