Prerequisites
Your digifobpro must be running rmware 2.0 or later. You can c eck t is by
navigating to t e ‘Maintenance - About’ menu item on your digifobpro.
Your digifobpro client software, digiconnect or digifobpro Connect must be
version 2.04 or later. You can c eck t is by Rig t – Clicking on your client
software Icon in your PCs system tray and navigating to t e ‘About’ option.

Enabling printing wit in your digifobpro
By default your digifobpro is not enabled for printing. To enable t e print
functionality you must connect your digifobpro to t e PC. See ’ Connecting t e
Digifobpro to your PC’ in your digifobpro User Guide.
Once connected Rig t-Click on t e digiConnect icon in your system tray
bottom rig t of your screen and select ‘Congure Device’. Tick t e box
adjacent to t e label ‘Enable use of digiPrint’ (see Fig 1 below) and t en Click
‘Apply’. If you do not ave t is option wit in digiConnect t en your
digiConnect requires upgrading, see ‘Prerequisites’ above.

Inserting t e paper roll
To access t e paper roll compartment gently lift t e tab s own in Fig 2. t is
s ould open t e compartment and allow you to pull t e cover backwards. T e
compartment is inged from t e top edge. Be careful not to put excessive force
on t e opening tab.
T e paper roll s ould be inserted as indicated in Fig2. Excess paper s ould be
torn o by applying pressure against t e serrated paper cutter.
C arging t e digiprint
Before you use your digiprint for t e rst time, ensure t at it is fully c arged.
T e power supply as an LED indicator w ic s ines RED w en t e unit
requires furt er c arge and GREEN w en t e unit is fully c arged.

T e digiprint as an ON/OFF switc w ic s ould be used to control t e power.
S ould you leave t e unit ON it will go into a sleep mode owever t e battery
will deplete muc more quickly t an if t e unit was turned OFF.
Connecting to your digifobpro
Use t e cable supplied wit your digifobpro (see Fig 4.) and connect one end to
your digiprint (see Fig 3.) and t e ot er to your digifobpro using t e Ve icle
Unit connection (see Fig 5.)
Printing from your digifobpro
Making sure t at bot your digiprint and your digifobpro are turned on you
s ould now be ready to print.
You may print any screen by pressing and olding t e UP arrow and t en at t e
same time pressing t e OK button. T is is useful for t ings like Calibration data
or individual Driver record issues; anyw ere t at you may need to refer back to
data.
You may print specic reports by pressing and olding t e DOWN arrow and
t en at t e same time pressing t e OK button. You will now be prompted to
connect t e printer, simply press OK once more. Please note t at you will
normally see t e number of records about to print in t e bottom rig t corner of
your digfobpro screen. You can cancel printing at any time by using t e
RETURN button on your digifobpro . A list of t e valid reports can be found on
Page 5.

Troubles ooting
1) Always ensure t at t e paper is advanced beyond t e paper cutter
before printing.
2) Make sure t e Ready Indicator LED is illuminated RED. If t e ON/ OFF
switc is in t e ON position and t e Ready Indicator is not RED t en t e
printer is in SLEEP mode. Move t e ON/ OFF switc to OFF and t en back
to ON again and t e RED LED s ould illuminate. If t e LED does not
illuminate t en you may need to rec arge t e battery.
3) Make sure t at t e cable connections are secure. Try swapping cables if
you ave tried all ot er steps.
4) Always use t e paper cutter or tear t e paper at least 4cm above t e
printer. Avoid pulling on t e paper as t is will pull t e paper roll out of
alignment.
5) Make sure t at your digifobpro as printing functionality enabled, see
“Enabling printing wit in your digifobpro” on page 2.
6) You cannot use t e digiprint w ilst it is c arging.
