Bu pompa, Tanýtma ve Kullanma kýlavuzundaki kurallara uymak þartý ile su ile karýþabilen zirai ilaçlarýn transferi için
dizayn ve imal edilmiþtir.TARAL Teknik sevisinin yazýlý izni olmadan baþka bir gaye ile kullanýlamaz.Pompa tarif
edilmiþ belirli maksatlý kullaným yerleri için karmaþýk makinalarda kullanýlacaksa makina imalatçýsý firma makina
emniyetini ve pompa ile baðlantýlarýndaki emniyet tedbirlerini almak zorundadýr. Pompayý yanýcý ve parlayýcý sývýlar
için kullanmayýn.Pompa debi ve basma yükseklikleri kýlavuzda verilmiþtir. Çalýþma þartlarýna ve tesisata göre debi,
kýlavuzdaki deðerlerin %20-30 üstünde,altýnda olabilir.Pompalarýn max. çalýþma devri 540 dev./dak.Pompalarýn max.
basýncý TAR 30,TAR 50, TAR 60 ve TAR 80 pompada 40 kg/cm², TAR 25,TAR 55AB,TAR 80AB ve TAR 90 AB

1-CONDITIONS OF USAGE
This pump is designed and produced for the transfer of the agricultural chemicals that can be mixed with water with
the condition that all the instructions in the Introduction and Operation Manual are taken into consideration. It
cannot be used with any other purpose without the written permission of the authorized Technical Service of TARAL. If
the pump is going to be used in the complicated machines for described, determined and special purpose applications,
then the company producing the machine has to take all the measures considering the safety of the machine and of the
connections with the pump. Do not use the pump for the flammable and combustible liquids. The flow rate and
pressure values of the pump are given in the manual. Depending on the working conditions and the installation the
flow rates can be 20-30% below or above the nominal values given in the manual. The maximum operating rotational

speed of the pump is 540 rpm. The maximum pressure is 40 kg/cm for pumps; TAR 30,TAR 50, TAR 60 ve TAR 80,
20kg/cm² for pumps; TAR 25,TAR 55 AB, TAR 80 AB ve TAR 90 AB and 50 kg/cm² for pumps; TAR 100, TAR 125 and
TAR 150.

21-Pompa miline baðlanacak kardan þaftýnýn doðru baðlanmasýndan emin olun.Pompalardaki ve kardan þaftýndaki
muhafazalarý sökmeyin.
2-SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1- Read this manual carefully until understanding how to use it.
2- People under 18 or not familiar with using the machine should not operate it.
3- Check regularly the hoses and connections. If worn, replace with new one.
4- Do not remove or cancel any part of the pump
5- Do not work dry.
6- Do not exceed allowed speed. (Max. 540 rpm)

7- Do not exceed maximum operating pressure of the pump. ( TAR 25,TAR 55AB,TAR 80AB and TAR 90AB-
20 kg / cm². TAR 30 ,TAR 50, TAR 60 and TAR 80 - 40 kg/cm². TAR 100, TAR 125 and TAR 150 - 50 kg/cm².)
8- Do not operate the pump without oil.
9- Use always original spare parts.
10- Do not use suction pipe without filter.
11- Execute all repair and service while pump is not operating. Do not remove safety system.
12- Air chamber contains pressurized air, even when the pomp is not operating. (TAR25, TAR 55AB,TAR 90 AB and
TAR 90AB - 2 kg / cm².TAR 30,TAR 60 and TAR 50 - 4 kg / cm². TAR 100, TAR 125 and TAR 150 - 5 kg / cm². )
Release the pressure through the air valve before repair.
13- Do not use the pump for flammable and explosive fluids.
14- Do not start the pump under pressure.
15- Do not stop the pump while under pressure.
16- Before starting and stopping, use regulator release handle/latch.
17- Do never spray the pressurized liquid towards the electricity driven equipments or electric power transmission
Iines directly.
18- Do never spray the pressurized liquid towards the human beings and animals directly.
19- Do not remove the safety valve in the pump pressure line. Do not change the adjustment. This valve opens and let
the liquid flow into the tank, if the pump pressure is above the 20% of the maximum nominal pressure.
20-All the responsibilities of using non-original parts belong to the user.
21- Make sure that the universal joint shaft mounted to the pump shaft is correctly assembled. Do not remove the
covers of pumps and the universal joint shafts.

birlikte verilen Garanti Belgesinde belirtilmiþtir. 23.02.1995 tarihli 4077 no'lu Tüketicinin Korunmasý Hakkýnda
Kanun ile bu kanuna istinaden yayýnlanmýþ yönetmelik ve tebliðlere göre hazýrlanan Garanti Belgesi, Sanayi ve
Ticaret Bakanlýðý Ýstanbul Sanayi ve Ticaret Ýl Müdürlüðünce verilmiþtir.
1.Bu klavuzda belirtilen ilk çalýþtýrma iþlemi yapýlmadan kullanýlmasý halinde makina garanti kapsamý dýþýnda kalýr.
2.Ýmalatçý firmanýn sorumluluðu,defo veya imalat hatalarýna baðlý olsa bile, makinanýn kullanýmý esnasýnda kiþilere ve
eþyalara verilen zararý kapsamaz.Buna baðlý olarak dolaylý ve doðrudan verilen zarar ve hasarý bedeli ödenmeyecektir.
3.Makina üzerinde damgalanmýþ seri numarasý deðiþtirilmiþ ise, herhangi bir deðiþiklik yapýlmýþ ise, makina bir
kazaya uðramýþ ise, satýn alan sözleþmedeki ödeme yükümlülüklerine gerektiði gibi uymamýþ ise, montaj firmanýn
yetkili elemanlarý tarafýndan yapýlmamýþ ise, imalatçý firmanýn onayý alýnmadan deðiþiklik veya onarým yapýlmýþ ise,
garanti geçerli deðildir.
4.Tüketici herhangi bir anlaþmazlýk durumunda, ilgili yasa, yönetmelik ve tebliðlerde belirtildiði üzere, ilgili hakem
heyetine ve tüketici mahkemelerine baþvurma hakkýna sahiptir.
5.Aletin kullaným ömrü (10) yýldýr.
6.Makinanýzla birlikte size TARAL YETKÝLÝ SERVÝS KÝTAPÇIÐI verilecektir. Servis ve yedek parça istekleriniz için
bu kitaptan yararlanabilirsiniz.
3-WARRANTY TERMS
The machine which is produced by TARAL and of which specifications are given in the warranty certificate has a
warranty period of 2 year beginning from the date of sale with the condition of using the machine according to the
instructions in the owner's manual and working in standard conditions.It is determined by the law about the consumer
rights with the date of 23.02.1995 and the number 4077.
1-In the case of usage without obeying the first operation rules the machine becomes out of the warranty scope.
2- The responsibility of the producer company does not include the damages to the human beings and other items
during operation, even if they depend on the flaw or production errors. Therefore in the case of a request of the price
of any direct on in direct damage and loss the price will not be paid.
3- If the serial number stamped on the machine is changed, or any modification is made, or the machine is involved in
an accident, or the buyer does not obey the responsibilities in the contract appropriately,or the assembly is not done
by the authorized personnel of the producer company,or any modification or maintenace is performed without the
permission of the producer company,the warranty is not valid.
4-The user has the right to appeal to the relevant judge committee and consumer courts in case of any dispute as
stated in the corresponding laws, regulations and notifications.
5- The operation life of the machine is 10 years.
6- An Authorized Service of TARAL booklet will be given to you with your machine.You can make orders for service
and spare parts using this booklet.

Deðerli müþterimiz, ürünümüzü kullanmaya baþlamadan önce, ürünle birlikte verilen ÝLK ÇALIÞTIRMA KUPONU
ile birlikte size en yakýn TARAL Yetkili Servisine baþvurarak makinenizin ÝLK ÇALIÞTIRMASINI yaptýrýnýz. Bu
iþlem için, makinaya eklenecek yað, yakýt vb. sarf malzemeleri hariç herhangi bir ücret ödemeyeceksiniz. Bu iþlem
sýrasýnda size makinanýn kullanýmý ve bakýmý hususunda bilgi verilecektir. TARAL Yetkili Servisince Ýlk Çalýþtýrma
Ýþlemi yapýlmamýþ makinalar GARANTÝ KAPSAMI DIÞINA ÇIKACAKTIR.
4-FIRST OPERATION
Dear consumers, before starting to use our product, make the first operation of your machine by visiting the TARAL
authorized service, which is nearest to your location, together with the FIRST OPERATION COUPON supplied with
the machine. You will not be charged for this, except for the materials to be added to the machine like oil, fuel, etc.
during this procedure you will be informed about the operation and maintenance of the machine. The machines, which
are not gone through the first operation procedure performed by TARAL authorized service, will be EXCLUDED
FROM THE SCOPE OF WARRANTY.
5-MAKÝNANIN KULLANIMI
Yukarýda belirtilen donaným ve Güvenli Kullaným Kurallarýyla ilgili hususlar tamamlandýktan sonra pompa çalýþmaya
hazýrdýr. 540 dev/dak. max. devri geçirmeyin. Çalýþtýrýlýrken pompa basýnç altýnda olmamalýdýr.Regülatör seçme
mandalýný ve veya kolunu boþa alarak musluðun birini veya buna baðlý basýnç hortumunun ucunu açýn. Pompayý bir
iki dakika sýfýr basýnçta çalýþtýrarak, pompa hattýnda ve hortumlarda kalan bütün havanýn boþalmasýný saðlayýn. Basýnç
seçme mandalýný yerinden çýkarmadan mandal kolunu yukarý kaldýrarak regülatörü boþa alabilir, kolu aþaðý bastýðýnýz
zaman kolayca seçilmiþ çalýþma pozisyonuna geçebilirsiniz. Seçme mandalý ile (1-2-3-4) konumundan birini seçin
rakamlar yükseldikçe basýnçta artacaktýr. Ayar vidasý ile daha hassas ayarlarý yapabilirsiniz.
5- OPERATION OF THE MACHINE
The pump is ready for the operation after the conditions considering the equipment and Safe Usage Rules are
satisfied. Do not exceed 540 rpm. During the start the pump should not be pressurized. Open one of the valves or the
end of the pressure hose connected to that by releasing the regulator adjustment pawl and/or the lever. Let all the air
left in the pump line and hoses be released by running the pump at zero pressure for a couple of minutes. You can
discharge the regulator by lifting the lever of the pawl without removing the pressure adjustment pawl and pass to the
adjusted working position easily when you push the lever down. Choose one of the positions (1-2-3-4) using the
adjustment pawl; the pressure will be increased as the numbers are ascending. You can make fine-tuning with the
adjustment screw.
6-DONANIM VE TESÝSAT
Pompanýn frezeli mili yere paralel olmalýdýr. Pompa dönme yönü saatin dönüþ yönü veya tersi olabilir. Pompayý
çalýþtýrmadan önce þunlara dikkat edin.
1- Pompa yað seviyesini kontrol edin. Verilmiþ olan iþaret sýnýrlarý içinde kalýn. Yað seviyesi düþükse ilave edin. Yað
için 20W-50 Motor yaðý (dizel) veya muadili yað kullanýn.
2- Pompanýn karakterine uygun bir pompa emiþ filitresi seçin veya sývý emiþinin pompaya uygun filitrelendiðini
kontrol edin. Pompanýn randýmanlý çalýþmasý için filitre iyi konumda muhafaza edilmelidir. Emiþ filitresiz pompayý
çalýþtýrmayýn.
3- Hava kabýndaki basýncý ölçün. Bunu normal araba lastik basýncý ölçü cihazý ile ölçebilirsiniz. Pompa hava kabýndaki
basýnç, pompa çalýþma basýncýnýn 1/10' u kadar olmalýdýr. (TAR 30,TAR 50,TAR 60 ve TAR 80 pompada 4 kg/cm²,
TAR 25,TAR 55 AB,ve TAR 90 AB pompada 2kg/cm²,TAR 100, TAR 125 ve TAR 150 pompada 5 kg/cm²) Bu
basýncýn düþük olmasý pompanýn kesik kesik sývý atmasýna sebep olur.
4- Emniyet valfi basýnç devresi üzerindedir. Görevi basýncýn, pompanýn max çalýþma basýncýnýn %20' sin den yukarý
çýkmasýna mani olmaktadýr. (TAR 30,TAR 50,TAR 60 ve TAR 80 pompada max 48 kg/cm²,TAR 25,TAR 55AB,TAR
80 AB ve TAR 90 AB 24kg/cm²,TAR 100 ve TAR 125 ve TAR 150 pompada 60 kg/cm²) Bu valf dýþarýya sývý
akmasýna ve damlamasýna izin vermemelidir. TARAL' ýn önerdiði iki tip valf baðlantý þekli vardýr.
A) Pompanýn üzerinde
B) Pompa regülatörü üzerinde
Her iki durumda da emniyet valfi basýnç hattý üzerinde, yani basýncýn yüksek olduðu hat üzerine konmalýdýr.
5- Pompa miline baðlanacak kardan þaftýnýn doðru baðlandýðýndan emin olun. Pompalardaki ve kardan þaftýndaki
muhafazalarý sökmeyin.
6- Pompayý ayaklarýndan düzgün bir þekilde baðlayýn.
7- Basýnç altýndaki tüm hortumlarýn üzerinde basýnç seviyeleri iþaretlenmiþtir.Bunlarý kontrol edin. Bu basýnç
seviyeleri en az pompa max.basýncý seviyesinde olmalýdýr. Hortumlarda hiçbir aþýnma olmamalý ve baðlantý elemanlarý
ile emniyetli þekilde baðlanmalýdýr.

6-EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION
The splined shaft of the pump must be parallel to the ground. The direction of the pump rotation can be clockwise or
counterclockwise. Pay attention to the following points:
1-Check the pump oil level. Keep it in the designated limits stated. Add oil if the oil level is low. Use 20W-50 engine
oil (Diesel) or its equivalent.
2-Choose a suction filter suitable for the pump characteristics or check whether the liquid suction filtering is
compatible with the pump. The filter must be protected in an appropriate position, so that the pump runs effectively.
Do not run the pump without suction filter.
3-Measure the pressure in the air chamber. You can do this using a standard vehicle's tire pressure measurement
th
device. The amount of pressure inside the pump air chamber should be 1/10 of the pump working pressure.
(4kg/cm² in pumps; TAR 30,TAR 50,TAR 60 and TAR 80, 2kg/cm² in pumps; TAR 25,TAR 55 AB and TAR 90 AB,
5kg/cm² in pumps; TAR 100, TAR 125 and TAR 150) The low level of this pressure value causes a discontinuou
pump operation.
4-The safety valve is on the pressure line. Its function is to keep the working pressure below 20% of the maximum
allowable pressure value for the pump (max 48 kg/cm² in pumps; TAR 30,TAR 50,TAR 60 and TAR 80, max 2
kg/cm² in pumps; TAR 25,TAR 55AB,TAR 80 AB and TAR 90 AB, max 60 kg/cm² in pumps; TAR 100,TAR 125 and
TAR 150). This valve should not allow any liquid to flow and drop outside. There are two types of safety valve
assembly recommended by TARAL;
A) On the pump
B) On the pump regulator
In both cases the safety valve should be mounted on the pressure line, in other words on the line where the pressure is
higher.
5-Make sure that the universal joint shaft that will be mounted to the pump shaft is assembled correctly. Do not
remove the covers of pumps and the universal joint shafts.
6-Fix the pump at its supports correctly.
7-The pressure levels are marked on all the hoses under pressure. Check these levels. These pressure levels have to be
greater than or equal to the maximum pump working pressure. There should be no wear in these hoses and they are to
be connected with other fittings safely.
7-BAKIM/MAINTENANCE
7.1- POMPA KULLANILDIKTAN SONRA
Her çalýþma sonunda, bu çalýþmalar kýsa süreli dahi olsa kullanýlan sývý ile temasta olan pompa parçalarý temiz su ile
yýkanmalý ve temizlenmelidir. Bu yýkamayý yapabilmek için pompayý 4-5 dakika temiz su ile çalýþtýrýn. Daha sonra
emiþ hortumunu sökün, temiz suyun tamamen boþalmasýný saðlayýn. Bu suyu sývýnýn kullanýldýðý yere veya
kullanýmýnýn zarar vermeyeceði bir yere boþaltýn.
7.1-AFTER THE OPERATION OF THE PUMP
After each operation all the pump parts in contact with the liquid have to be washed with clean water and cleaned,
even if the operation is a short one. To be able to wash, run the pump with clean water for 4-5 minutes. Then remove
the suction hose, let all the clean water run out. Pour this water to a place where the liquid is used or where its usage
does not make any damage.
7.2- KIÞ AYLARINDAKÝ BAKIM
Yukarýdaki iþleme ilave olarak emiþ hortumundan pompa içine antifriz dökün ve pompanýzý antifriz basýnç hattý ile
geri dönüþ hattýndan çýkýncaya kadar çalýþtýrýn. Pompanýn içinde antifrizsiz su býrakmayýn, su donarak pompanýza
zarar verir.
7.2- MAINTENANCE IN WINTER
In addition to the process stated above pour antifreeze through the suction hose into the pump and run your pump
until the antifreeze comes out of the pressure-, and backflow line. Do not keep water without antifreeze in the pump,
the water may be frozen and damage your pump.
7.3- YAÐ DEÐÝÞÝMÝ
Bu iþlem sýrasýnda pompa çalýþtýrýlmamalýdýr.Ýlk yað deðiþimi yaklaþýk 50 saat kullaným sonunda,diðer deðiþimleri
300-350 saat arasýnda yapýn. Yað olarak 20 W-50 Motor yað(dizel) evsafta veya ayný kalitede bir
yað kullanýn. Boþaltýlan yaðý çevreye dökmeyin bir kapta biriktirin.TAR125 ve TAR150 pompada
yað deðiþtirme iþleminden sonra þekilde gösterilen hava alma civatalarý yardýmý ile pompa
gövdesindeki hava boþaltýlmalýdýr.
7.3- OIL CHANGE
The pump must not be run during this operation. The first oil change should be made after approx.
50 hrs of operation, make other changes between 300 and 350 hrs. Use 20 W-50 engine oil or its
equivalent. Do not pour the used oil to the environment; rather keep it in a container. For the
pumps TAR125 and TAR150 after the oil change operation the air trapped in the pump body must
be released with the help of the ventilation screws shown in the figure.

7.4- EMÝÞ VE BASINÇ SUPAPLARININ KONTROLÜ
Bu iþlem esnasýnda pompa çalýþtýrýlmamalýdýr. Yýlda en az bir kere supaplar kontrol edilmelidir.
Bunun için TAR 25, TAR 30,TAR 50, TAR 55AB ve TAR 90AB Pompada hava kabý altýný,TAR 60,TAR 80,TAR
80AB,TAR 100,TAR 125 ve TAR 150 Pompada ise manifoltlarý yerinden çýkartýn, supaplarýn yýpranmýþ veya baþka
maddelerle kaplanmýþ olup olmadýðýna bakýn. Supaplarý takarken yerlerine doðru oturup oturmadýðýný kontrol edin.
7.4- CHECK UP OF THE SUCTION AND PRESSURE VALVES
The pump must not be run during this operation. The valves should be checked minimum once a year.To do this,
remove the air chamber lower body for the pumps TAR 25, TAR 30,TAR 50, TAR 55 AB and TAR 90AB, the manifolds
for the pumps TAR 60,TAR 80,TAR 80AB,TAR 100,TAR 125 and TAR 150, check whether the valves are worn or
corroded with other particles. Make sure that the valves are mounted to their seats correctly.
7.5- MEMBRANLARIN KONTROLÜ
Bu iþlem esnasýnda pompa çalýþtýrýlmamalýdýr. Membranlar senenin belirli zamanlarýnda bilhassa sonunda kontrol
edilmelidir. Pompayý sökün,membranlarýn üzerinde çizik olup olmadýðýna veya gözle görülebilir zarar görüp
görmediðine bakýn gerekirse deðiþtirin.
7.5- CHECK UP OF THE DIAPHRAGMS
The pump must not be run during this operation. The diaphragms should be checked at certain periods of the year,
especially at the end of the year. Remove the pump, see whether there is any scratch on the diaphragms or they are
damaged apparently, and change them if needed.
7.6- HAVA KABI LASTÝÐÝNÝN KONTROLÜ
Bu iþlem pompa çalýþmazken yapýlýr ve hava kabý içindeki hava tahliye edilmeden açýlmaz. Hava kabýnda yaklaþýk
TAR 30,TAR 50,TAR 60 ve TAR 80 pompada 4 kg/cm², TAR 25, TAR 55 AB, TAR 90 AB pompada 2kg/cm², TAR
100,TAR 125 ve TAR 150 pompada 5 kg/cm²basýnç vardýr.
Önce supapý kullanarak bu havayý tamamen tahliye edin. Sonra civatalarý sökerek hava kabý lastiðini kontrol edin,
gerekiyorsa deðiþtirin. Tekrar iþlemi tersten yaparak hava kabýný toplayýn, içine gerekli basýnçlý havayý basýn, basýncý
kontrol edin.
7.6- CHECK UP OF THE AIR CHAMBER RUBBER
This operation is made while the pump is not running and the air chamber is not opened without releasing the air
trapped inside. In the air chamber the air pressure is approx. 4 kg/cm² in the pumps TAR 30,TAR 50,TAR 60 and TAR
80, 2 kg/cm² in the pumps TAR 25, TAR 55 AB, TAR 90 AB, 5 kg/cm² in the pumps TAR 100,TAR 125 and TAR 150.
Firstly release all the air using the valve. Then check the air chamber rubber after removing the screws, change it if
needed. Assemble the air chamber by performing the reverse operation, press the necessary air inside and check the
pressure level.
7.7- DÝÐER BAKIMLAR
Pompa hortumlarýnýn baðlantý ve basýnç kontrolü
1- Emiþ hortumlarýnýn herhangi bir noktada katlanmamýþ olduðundan ve sývýnýn tamamen rahatlýkla aktýðýndan emin
olun. Emiþ dirseði oringinin yerine tam oturduðundan emin olun.
2- Emiþ filitresinin temiz olduðundan emin olun. Hava kabýndaki hava basýncýný kontrol edin.
3- Tüm musluklarý kontrol edin. Hiçbir zarar görmediðinden emin olun.
4- Pompa yað seviyesini kontrol edin.Gerekli limitler arasýnda kaldýðýndan emin olun.
7.7- OTHER MAINTENANCE
Check up of the connection and pressure of the pump hoses
1-Make sure that the suction hoses are not folded at any point and the liquid flows freely. Make sure that the O-ring of
the suction elbow fits into its seat properly.
2-Make sure that the suction filter is clean. Check the air pressure in the air chamber.
3-Check all the valves. Make sure that they are not damaged.
4-Check the pump oil level. Make sure that it is kept within the necessary limits.
