[ Test Button ]
GLASS BREAK SENSOR
1] Learn it in
Access the Home Screen on
your tattletale Consumer Unit.
1] Press “Settings”
2] Enter Primary “PIN”
3] Press “Sensors”
4] Press “Add”
It will ask for your sensor to
be placed in “learn mode”.
5] Remove the back
Mounting Base.
Note: The Consumer Unit will
sound to indicate sensor has
been learned in successfully.
2] Set it up
1] Set Name:
choose location for
sensor.
choose “Glassbreak”
under sensor type.
2] Choose Sound:
determine what your
alerting sound will be.
Push the test button for 2
seconds then release. The red
LED will light while the button is
pressed. The green LED will
blink once indicating auto test
mode for 90 seconds.
The LED will flash green first, then
flash red if tested properly.
Note: must purchase a glass
break simulator in order to test.

must accept any interference
received, including interefer-
ences that may cause undesired
operation.

Reattach the detector after
mounting the base.

Metal walls, moisture, and
small areas (where sound is
faint).
Place the base on the
opposite or adjacent wall
being detected, or ceiling of
the room.
Attach to the wall using
supplied screws; the test
button should be facing the
floor. When attaching the
detector to the base, match
up the alignment mark and
turn clockwise.
Place up to 15 ft from desired
detection location and face
test button towards the floor.
