When using the equipment, a few safety precautions must be observed to
avoid injuries and damage. Please read the complete operating
instructions and safety regulations with due care. Keep this manual in a
safe place, so that the information is available at all times. If you give the
equipment to any other person, hand over these operating instructions and
safety regulations as well. We cannot accept any liability for damage or
accidents which arise due to a failure to follow these instructions and the
safety instructions.Do not use this product near heat sources such as fires
or stoves. Avoid contact with any liquid. Do not immerse the product in
water or get it wet. Do not use this product in rain or wet conditions. Do
not use this product in environments with strong static electricity/magnetic
fields. Do not disassemble the product in any way or pierce the product
with sharp objects. Do not insert any metal objects inside this product, as

this creates a risk of electric shock and can cause irreparable damage to
the product. Do not use any unofficial components or accessories. For
replacement of any parts or accessories, please contact your dealer for
advice. When using the product, please strictly abide by the ambient
temperature specified in this user manual. If the temperature is too high, it
may cause a fire or explosion; if the temperature is too low, the
performance of the product may be severely degraded, or the product may
stop working. Do not place anyheavy objects on top of the product. During
use, do not forcibly block the fan operation or place the product in a non-
ventilated or dusty place. Please avoid shock, drop or severe vibration
when using the product. In case of severe external shock, immediately
turn off the power and stop using the product. Make sure the product is
securely fastened during transportation to avoid vibration and shock. If the
product is accidentally dropped into water during use, please place it in a
safe and open place and keep it away from it until it is completely dry. If
the product catches fire, we recommend that you use the fire extinguisher
in the following order: sand, fire blanket, dry chemical, and finally a carbon
dioxide fire extinguisher. Use a dry cloth to remove dirt from the product
ports. Place the product on a flat surface to prevent damage from tipping
over the product. If the product is overturned and seriously damaged, turn
it off immediately, placethe batteryin an openplace, away fromflammable
objects and people, and dispose of it in accordance with local laws and
regulations Make sure to keep the product out of the reach of children and
pets.

place any part of this device in water or any other liquid. ●Do not handle
the device with wet hands. ● When disconnecting the cable, always pull
at the plug. Do not pull on the cable itself. ●Do not let the cord on the
edge of a table or work surface. ●Prevent it comes into contact with hot
surfaces. ●Keep it away from heat sources to avoid deformation of plastic
parts.

dangerous!
Important Hints * This device is only suitable for CARS with (12V)
Batteries!
This unit has 4 indicator lights (= LED). If only 3 LEDs are lit, or less, we
recommend that you do not use the Jump Starter as it may not have
enough capacity to start the car. When trying to start your car more than
3x without success, stop starting it. Disconnect the device to avoid
damaging other parts of the car. Check the power of the device 1x per
month and also charge it to ensure it can work in an emergency case.
Device shuts down automatically when it is not loading other external
devices.
Car Storage Hints ➔ Remove the product and keep it indoors when the
car interior temperature is not between –20°C up to 60°C to prevent
serious damage or explosion. ⚫Make sure the device in the suitable
position, to avoid damage caused by bumping.

When charging, indicator lights will flash. The number of solid indicator
lights indicates the battery’s capacity of Jump Starter. Full indicator lights
are solid when it is fully charged.
Charging for Jump Starter itself:
1.Plug the home adaptor into the universal socket
2.Connect DC15V/0.4A input port of Jump-Starter to
the end of home adaptor
To check the charge level press the power button to
check the capacity.

(1) Press the power button 1x, check the balance power and start
the product
(2) Press the power button 3 seconds to start the LED and then
LED light appear strobe, SOS, off

How to start a car with the TX-219
!WARNING!
For 12V vehicle only!
1.Insure that the number of indicator lights are not less than 3.
2.Connect the red battery clamp to the positive pole of our vehicle’s
battery and connect the black one to the negative pole.
3.Plug the cord of Jumper cable into the starter’s socket.
4.Start the vehicle
5.When the vehicle starts, remove the cable from Jump Starter and
disconnect
red and black battery clamps with the vehicle battery terminals within 30
seconds.
6.Leave the vehicle’s engine running.

ATTENTION: During the starting process of a car with the TX-219,
neither charge any other devices over the USB connection, nor
charge the TX-219 itself. To protect the TX-219 and keep its long
lifetime, make sure the power of the TX-219 always is ≥60% when
using it to start a car.
Air compressor inflation function
1. connect the pressure hose (12) with Air outlet (9)
2. connect the tire with the other end
3. Set the desired pressure unit with (M) button on the display
4. Set the pressure with +/- button.
5. Turn on the air compressor starting switch (10)
6. Inflation start and stop if the set pressure is reached.
Warning:
Air compressor has to take a break of 10 minutes after working 7
minutes to cool down.
Air pressure hose may get hot, let the pressure hose cool down before
disconnect.
For charging for mobile phone or tablet
Plug the switch cable B to USB 5V-1A/2A output.
Select appropriate connector for your mobile phones or tablet and use it
to connect the switch cable B with our mobile phone or table

Care and maintenance
Clean the device only with a dry or slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
●Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean the device. ●Use the
device in ultra-high or ultra-low temperature. ●Keep it or use it in
moist environment for long. ●Use it in rainfalls or in water.
●Deliver or use it in strongly shocking environment.

Disposal
Disposal of the packaging. Sort packaging materials
by type upon disposal.
Dispose of cardboard and paperboard in the waste
paper. Foils should be submitted for recyclables
collection.
