(2-3) NA (* Escluso per il mod. TS-120): quando l’acqua raggiunge
il galleggiante di sicurezza il contatto si chiude. Questo dispositivo
andrebbe collegato al condizionatore in modo da azionare un
dispositivo acustico o luminoso che segnali il funzionamento in
allarme della pompa.
(4-5) NC: quando l’acqua raggiunge il galleggiante di sicurezza il contatto si apre. Questo dispositivo
andrebbe collegato al condizionatore in modo da spegnere la macchina ed interrompere la produzione
della condensa.

ATTENZIONE! Leggere attentamente tutte le istruzioni prima dell’installazione,
dell’utilizzo e della manutenzione delle pompe. Comportamenti non conformi alle istruzioni
potrebbero causare lesioni alle persone e/o danni del prodotto.
SCHEMA ELETTRICO
1. L’installazione deve essere eseguita da personale qualificato e secondo la Norma CEI 64-8.
2. La linea di alimentazione che alimenta la pompa, deve essere indipendente e protetta con
l’interruttore differenziale In=30mA max. Alimentare la pompa con una linea indipendente
dal condizionatore.
3. Controllare sempre che il voltaggio elettrico corrisponda a quello richiesto dalla pompa come
indicato sull’etichetta della stessa.
4. La spina di alimentazione deve essere inserita in una “presa” di corrente dotata di morsetto
di terra (sicuro ed efficiente). Non installare la pompa se manca il circuito di protezione
(messa a terra).
5. La pompa non deve essere installata all’esterno (esposta alle intemperie e alla pioggia) o in
luoghi con la possibilità di getti o spruzzi d’acqua e/o temperature ambienti inferiori ai 5°C.
6. Non coprire con stracci o altro l’involucro della pompa. Lasciare sempre libere tutte le
aperture presenti nell’involucro: servono per smaltire l’acqua di eccesso in caso di mancato
funzionamento della pompa evacuatrice.
7. Inizialmente rimuovere il cartoncino dalla fessura del coperchio del motore, tirandolo. Questo
apposito cartoncino serve a proteggere l’interruttore durante il trasporto.
8. Posizionare la pompa su una superficie piana e perfettamente orizzontale o montarla sul
muro vicino al condizionatore fissandola con le apposite asole presenti sul serbatoio.

9. Connettere il tubo di scarico (diametro interno 8 mm, diametro esterno 12 mm) al raccordo
di uscita dell’acqua dalla pompa, cercando di dare al tubo stesso un percorso il più verticale e
rettilineo possibile rispettando le altezze massime superabilia seconda del modello di pompa.
ATTENZIONE! La pompa deve essere posizionata più in basso rispetto all’origine
dell’acqua di condensa, in modo che l’acqua entri all’interno del serbatoio in modo
naturale per effetto della forza di gravità. Connettere il tubo di scarico della condensa del
condizionatore in uno dei quattro ingressi della pompa.
Prima di intervenire sulla pompa, assicuratevi che sia disinserita la presa di corrente. È opportuno
pulire il serbatoio periodicamente. Utilizzare detergente caldo e non aggressivo.
Se la pompa dovesse fermarsi, verificare quanto segue:
1. Verificare se c’è energia elettrica.
2. Controllare se il tubo di scarico è curvato o intasato.
3. Controllare se l’interruttore galleggiante si muove senza impedimenti.
4. Togliere il coperchio, e verificare, ruotando il motore della ventola con un dito, che esso giri
liberamente
• Non usare la pompa con liquidi infiammabili o esplosivi.
• Non usare questa pompa in presenza o vicino ad esplosivi.
• Non trattare la pompa con mani bagnate, nemmeno in presenza di acqua.
• Utilizzare solo il voltaggio specificato nel “piatto” della pompa.
• Staccare sempre la spina dell’alimentazione prima di intervenire per la manutenzione.
Il micro interruttore di allarme deve essere collegato esclusivamente ad un circuito elettrico
alimentato a “Bassissima tensione di sicurezza”: es. 24Vac max (tramite un trasformatore di
sicurezza) oppure 42,4 Vdc max. Lo scopo dell’interruttore di sicurezza è quello di impedire
eventuali trabocchi dell’acqua di condensa dal serbatoio della pompa al fine di evitare danni a
muri pavimenti ecc…
L’installazione dell’ allarme è possibile con due modalità:
NC: quando l’acqua raggiunge il galleggiante di sicurezza il contatto si apre. Questo dispositivo
andrebbe collegato al condizionatore in modo da spegnere la macchina ed interrompere la
produzione della condensa.
NA: quando l’acqua raggiunge il galleggiante di sicurezza il contatto si chiude. Questo dispositivo
andrebbe collegato al condizionatore in modo da azionare un dispositivo acustico o luminoso che
segnali il funzionamento in allarme della pompa.
Per collegare l’allarme svitare la vite di tenuta del coperchio della pompa e accedere ai contatti come
da schema allegato.

connected to the air conditioner in order to operate an acoustic
or luminous device that signals the alarm operation of the pump
(4-5) NC: when the water reaches the safety float the contact opens.
This device should be connected to the air conditioner in order to switch off the machine and stop the
production of condensation.

ELECTRICAL SCHEME
ATTENTION! Read all instructions carefully before installing and using the pumps
or carrying out maintenance. Failure to observe the instructions could cause injuries to
persons and/or damage the product.
1. Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel according to Standard CEI 64-8.
2. The power line to the pump must be independent and protected with a differential switch
In=30mA max. Power the pump with a separate line from the conditioning unit.
3. Check that the electricity voltage corresponds to that required by the pump, as show on the
rating plate.
4. The power plug must be inserted into an earthed socket (safe and efficient). Do not install
the pump if there is no protection circuit (earth).
5. The pump should not be installed outdoors (exposed to weather and rain) or in places where
there could be water jets or spray and/or an ambient temperature lower than 5°C.
6. Do not cover the pump casing with cloths or other things. Make sure all the openings in
the casing are always unobstructed: they are used to drain off excess water if the drainage
pump is faulty.
7. First of all pull the card out of the motor cover slot. This special card is used to protect the
switch in transit.
8. Place the pump on a flat perfectly horizontal surface or wall-mount close to the conditioning
unit, securing it through the special slots on the tank.

9. Connect the drainage pipe (internal diameter 8 mm, external diameter 12 mm) to the pump
water output coupling, making sure that the pipe is as vertical and straight as possible and
observing the maximum height for the pump model.
ATTENTION! The pump must be placed below the origin of the condensation water
so that the water enters the tank naturally by force of gravity. Connect the conditioning
unit condensation drainage pipe to one of the four inlets on the pump. If necessary, the
tank cover can be turned 180°. To remove the cover from the tank, insert a screwdriver into
the special slot and press.
The alarm microswitch must be connected only to a circuit powered by “Very low safety voltage”:
e.g. 24Vac max (through a safety transformer) or 42.4 Vdc max. The purpose of the safety switch
is to prevent condensation water overflowing from the pump tank and thereby avoid damage to
walls, floors, etc.
The alarm can be installed in one of two ways:
NC: when the water reaches the safety float, the contact opens. This device should be connected
to the conditioning unit so that the machine is turned off and condensation is no longer produced.
NO: when the water reaches the safety float, the contact closes. This device should be connected
to the conditioning unit so that a buzzer is activated or warning light illuminated to warn that the
pump is in the alarm mode. To connect the alarm, loosen the pump cover screw and access the
contacts as shown in the diagram below
Before working on the pump, make sure it is unplugged from the mains.
It is good practice to clean the tank periodically, using hot water with a neutral detergent.
If the pump stops, check the following:
1. that there is electricity;
2. that the drainage pipe is not bent or clogged;
3. that the float switch moves freely;
4. remove the cover, turn the fan motor with a finger to make sure it can turn freely.
• Do not use the pump with inflammable or explosive liquids.
• Do not use the pump in areas where explosives are kept.
• Do not handle the pump with wet hands or if there is water nearby.
• Use only the voltage specified on the pump bottom plate.
• Unplug from the mains before carrying out maintenance.

L’azienda fornitrice garantisce la qualità dei materiali impiegati e la corretta realizzazione dei
componenti. La garanzia copre difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione e si intende relativa alla
fornitura dei pezzi in sostituzione di qualsiasi componente che presenti difetti, senza che possa
venir reclamata alcuna indennità, interesse o richiesta di danni.
La garanzia non copre la sostituzione dei componenti che risultano danneggiati per:
• trasporto non idoneo;
• installazione non conforme a quanto specicato in questo manuale di installazione uso e
manutenzione;
• la non osservanza delle speciche tecniche di prodotto;
• quant’altro non riconducibile a vizi originari del materiale o di produzione a condizione che il
reclamo del cliente sia coperto dalla garanzia e noticato nei termini e modalità richiesta dal
fornitore, lo stesso si impegnerà, a sua discrezione, a sostituire o riparare ciascun prodotto o le
parti di questo che presentino vizi o difetti.
The warranty lasts 2 years from the date of delivery.
The supplier company guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct construction of
the components. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects and refers
to the supply of spare parts of any components featuring defects, without any compensation,
interest or claim for damages.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of components damaged due to:
• incorrect transportation;
• installation not compliant with that specied in this installation, use and maintenance manual;
• non-observance of product technical specications;
• Anything else that is not linked to original faults of the material or production provided that the
customer complaint is covered by the guarantee and a claim is made within the time limit and
in the way requested by the supplier, the same supplier will commit, at their own discretion,
to replace or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.

At the end of its useful life, the product must not be disposed of with household waste. It
can be deposited at a dedicated recycling centre run by local councils, or at retailers who
provide such a service. To highlight the requirement to dispose of household electrical
