Power Connection
•110 VAC, 220 VAC connect the plug to the power
•Connect the 12VDC power supplier output to connector "J1".
Positive power supplier output terminal to be connected J1.1 (Red) & the negative
one to J1.2 (Black).
NOTE: Only qualified electrician certificates may change the wiring of the pump

Set pump parameter
1- Once connected to the mains appears on the display “OFF”
2- Adjust the code:
2.1- The Default value is DC NC (Normally Closed) for the first activation.
2.2-To change the mode, execute the follow steps:
1- Enter to the function by pressing the buttons in the following
sequence:
Button(P)→Increase button (+) →Button(P)→Increase button (+).
2- To choose the mode: Press the button (P) to change the display
between three controller options:
a- DC NC (Blue dot lighted in the "Hundreds" digit)

b- DC NO (Blue dot lighted in the "Tens" digit)
c- AC (Blue dot lighted in the "Unit’s" digit)
2.3 - Press the button (+) to select the chosen mode.
2.4- The new value is memorized and will be kept until new value is used.
3- Start working with the pump:
a- Press the button (+) to increase (in %) the motor power (3)
b- Press the button (-) to decrease (in %) the motor power (3).
c- Press button (+) and button (-) simultaneous to Start or Stop the Pump (1).

4- Prime button:
Press the button (P) continuously to active the motor at 90% of the maximum power
(2).
5 - If the display shows 0%, it becomes OFF after 20 seconds
6- Set the pump value according to water line presser and dosage flow
requirements.
7- You can change the pump value at any time when the pump working or stopped

Operation and fault warnings
Fault warnings display:
There are three main causes of pump failures:
1- 12 A Over-Current (Electrical Overload):
a- The Motor switched OFF and Led turned Red.
b- The Display will show the following message: E r 1
2- 16 A Over-Current (Electrical Overload):
a- The Motor switched OFF and Led turned Red.
b- The Display will show the following message: E r 2
3- Under-voltage (Driver Low voltage) supply
a- The Motor switched OFF and Led turned Red.
b- The Display will show the following message: E r 3
Notes:
(1)When the motor is stopped, the display shows "OFF" and when started the display
shows the power value in %.
(2)The button (P) can be active also when the motor is OFF.
(3)The power motor value can be changed also when the motor is OFF.
