instructions for your equipment.
Consider this manual as part of the machine and always have it to hand for
future queries.
Our training services have been designed to support
our clients in achieving their objectives and
together we develop training programmes that suit their
strategy.
We offer the possibility of providing companies with specific training
for using our equipment and training their operatives so that they can
perform the best service and thus contribute to the success of their
end clients. This includes aspects such as knowing how to
draft a good, objective budget, solving specific problems that may arise or
offering a more professional and efficient service.
Thanks to manufacturing the cleaning equipment ourselves we can control
the quality and the performance of each machine we manufacture at all times.
This has allowed us to have very low repair rates which have al-

Compressed air generator
The AIRNET 320 compressed air generating equipment must not be used for purposes other than those
outlined in this instruction manual.
The use of the AIRNET 320 by several people at the same time is unnecessary and is also prohibited
for safety reasons.
The AIRNET 320 compressed air generator is NOT suitable for use in areas with a potentially explo-
sive atmosphere.
Make sure the AIRNET 320 compressed air generator is placed on a smooth and stable surface so that
the machine is steady when operating.
The electrical installation must be compatible with the voltage, frequency and power of the motor and
the cables must have the appropriate size.
Safety glasses are mandatory to prevent any possible dust or matter being projected into the opera-
tor’s eyes.
Adequately secure the AIRNET 320 compressed air generator and lock the wheels when transporting
it in a vehicle.
Should you have doubts about the proper performance of the compressor or its components, we ad-
vise you to contact TEINNOVA’s Technical Assistance Service on telephone +34 941 44 50 56.
Do not open the control box on your AIRNET 320 compressed air generator. In the event of a fault,
contact TEINNOVA’s Technical Assistance Service on telephone number: +34 941 44 50 56.

Compressed air generator
Any other use is completely pro-
hibited without written authoriza-
tion from the manufacturer.
The machine is to be handled
only by authorized and properly
trained personnel or at least by
personnel with a sufficient level of
technical experience.
KEY
The AIRNET 320 is a machine for generating compressed air using a double boxer-type piston. Keeping a
space free for ventilation around the machine while it is working is essential for its proper operation. Keep a
distance of more than 1.5 metres between the air generator and any other object or wall.
It can be used in combination with either a TECAI brushing robot, or a TEGRAS brushing robot as shown
in the usage diagram in cases where the power supply for the compressor is 220V 50Hz. Where the com-
pressor power supply is 110V 60Hz, the TEGRAS brushing robot CANNOT be used. Your AIRNET 320
also has a second air outlet in case you want to use another pneumatic tool. It also has an electric power
outlet at the same voltage and frequency as the intake. This enables us to power other electrical equipment
through the AIRNET 320.

Place your AIRNET 320 on a smooth and stable surface. Po-
sition the machine close to a mains power socket. Once the
machine is positioned correctly for operating optimally, make
sure that the four support points are in contact with the floor so
that the AIRNET 320 will be completely stable when started.
Use the cable that comes with the machine to connect the ma-
chine to the mains. This cable features a mains
electricity connector and an electrical supply connector (blue)
especially for the machine. Connect the cable to the mains
electricity and then connect it to your AIRNET 320. The connec-
tion to your AIRNET 320 is made by turning the blue connector
to the right, as shown in the image.

In the case of the Tegras Multipro 220V / 50Hz and the Tecai Element Auto, these connections are made with
the combined hose, which has a pneumatic and an electrical connection. This combined hose is not provided
with the AIRNET 320. If your AIRNET 320 is to be connected to other Tegras or Tecai brushing machines,
then use a hose that just has pneumatic connections which is not provided with the AR20.
This example will explain how to connect to a Tecai element auto.

Compressed air generator
operating instructions
Once the tool or machine to be powered by the AIRNET 320 has been connected, turn on the AIRNET 320
using the switch located on one of the sides of the machine as shown in the diagram. The use of high-perfor-
mance electric motors, combined with the low energy consumption of the machine enables dramatic savings
to be made in energy use, comparable with the A++ class of domestic appliances.
To start up your AIRNET 320, turn the on/off switch to the right,
as shown in the image. Once the switch has been pulled out
you can hear the compressor working. If you do not hear any-
thing it is because it is not working. This may be caused by a
bad electric connection in the AIRNET 320.

The compressor should not be started with inter-
nal pressure as this may cause serious damage to
the equipment. To purge this pressure, keep the
TEGRAS equipment running on compressed air
when the compressor is turned off.
The compressor should be turned off during long
periods of inactivity (>15 mins) to prevent the pre-
mature wearing of the components.

The machine has been designed to be transported in a small van.
When transporting the machine it should be firmly tied in order to prevent any type of damage. Additionally,
it should be placed in its normal working position (vertical) and the front wheel brakes should be on.
Placing the machine on a transport pallet or anything similar is not advised. The machine must be placed on
a completely flat and horizontal surface.
The machine must be transported in its working position. Never on its side.
