Benutzen Sie das Gerät erst nachdem
Sie die Betriebsanleitung aufmerk-
sam gelesen und verstanden haben.
Machen Sie sich mit den Bedienungselementen und
dem richtigen Gebrauch des Gerätes vertraut.
Beachten Sie alle in der Anleitung aufgeführten
Sicherheitshinweise. Verhalten Sie sich verantwor-
tungsvoll gegenüber anderen Personen.
Der Bediener ist verantwortlich für Unfälle oder
Gefahren gegenüber Dritten.
Das Gerät darf nur von Personen betrieben
werden, die das 16. Lebensjahr vollendet haben.
Eine Ausnahme stellt die Benutzung als Jugend-
licher dar, wenn die Benutzung im Zuge einer
Berufsausbildung zur Erreichung der Fertigkeit
unter Aufsicht eines Ausbilders erfolgt.
Falls über den Anschluss und die Bedienung des
Gerätes Zweifel entstehen sollten, wenden Sie sich an
den Kundendienst.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Rührwerk darf ausschließlich verwendet werden
zum Anrühren von Putz, Mörtel, Kleber oder Farbe.
Das Gerät darf nicht verwendet werden als
Bohrmaschine oder als Antrieb für weitere Geräte
z. B. zum Polieren, Schleifen, Schärfen, Gravieren
mit entsprechenden Vorsätzen.
Dieses Gerät darf nur wie angegeben bestimmungs-
gemäß verwendet werden. Bei Nichtbeachtung
derBestimmungen, aus den allgemein gültigen
Vorschriftensowie den Bestimmungen aus dieser
Anleitung, kann der Hersteller für Schäden nicht
verantwortlich gemacht werden.

Restrisiken
Auch bei richtiger Verwendung und Einhaltung aller
Sicherheitsbestimmungen, können noch Restrisiken
bestehen.
• Quetschgefahr
Durch Kontakt mit dem drehenden Rührwerk
• Schnittverletzungen
Durch Hineingreifen in das drehende Rührwerk
• Gehörschädigungen
Längerer Aufenthalt in unmittelbarer Nähe des lau-
fenden Geräts kann zu Gehörschädigungen führen.
Gehörschutz tragen!
• Gesundheitsschäden, die aus Hand-Arm-Schwin-
gungen resultieren, falls das Gerät über längeren
Zeitraum verwendet wird oder nicht ordnungsge-
mäß geführt und gewertet wird.
Trotz dem Beachten der Betriebsanleitung können
auch nicht oensichtliche Restrisiken bestehen.
Verhalten im Notfall
Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend not-
wendigen Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern
Sie schnellst möglich qualizierte ärztliche Hilfe an.
Bewahren Sie den Verletzten vor weiteren Schädi-
gungen und stellen Sie diesen ruhig.
Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall sollte immer
ein Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164 am Arbeitsplatz
gribereit vorhanden sein. Dem Verbandskasten
entnommenes Material ist sofort wieder aufzufüllen.

Vor Durchführung jeglicher Arbeiten am
Gerät immer den Stecker aus der Steck-
dose ziehen.
Für die Mischung von z. B. Mörtel, Spach-
telmassen, Zement, Putz, Kalk, Beton,
Estrich, usw...
Für die Mischung von z. B. Kleber, Lacken,
Farben, usw...

Sicherheitshinweise für Rührwerke
Der Betrieb ist nur mit Fehlerstrom-Schutz-
schalter (RCD max. Fehlerstrom 30mA) zulässig.
Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen sowie Tiere
während der Benutzung des Geräts fern.
Tragen Sie geeignete Arbeitskleidung wie festes
Schuhwerk mit rutschfester Sohle, eine Schutzbrille
und Gehörschutz!
Beim Arbeiten entstehender Staub ist oft gesund-
heitsschädlich und sollte nicht in den Körper gelan-
gen. Staubabsaugung verwenden und zusätzlich
geeignete Staubschutzmaske tragen. Abgelagerten
Staub gründlich entfernen, z.B. Aufsaugen.
Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck, da
diese von sich bewegenden Teilen erfasst werden
können. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie
barfuß gehen oder oene Sandalen tragen.
Beim Blockieren des Einsatzwerkzeuges bitte das
Gerät sofort ausschalten! Schalten Sie das Gerät
nicht wieder ein, solange das Einsatzwerkzeug
blockiert ist; hierbei könnte ein Rückschlag mit
hohem Reaktionsmoment entstehen. Ermitteln
und beheben Sie die Ursache für die Blockierung
des Einsatzwerkzeuges unter Berücksichtigung der
Sicherheitshinweise.
Mögliche Ursachen dafür können sein::
• Verkanten
• Überlasten das Elektrowerkzeuges
Greifen Sie nicht in die laufende Maschine.
Anschlusskabel stets vom Wirkungsbereich der

Maschine fernhalten. Kabel immer nach hinten von
der Maschine wegführen.
Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme
sämtliche Schraub- und Steckverbindungen sowie
Schutzeinrichtungen auf Festigkeit und richtigen
Sitz und ob alle Beweglichen Teile leichtgängig
sind.
Das Gerät darf nicht benutzt werden falls es
beschädigt ist oder die Sicherheitseinrichtungen
defekt sind. Tauschen Sie abgenutzte und
beschädigte Teile aus.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von ent-
zündbaren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen. Bei Kurzschluss
besteht Brand- und Explosionsgefahr.
Arbeitsanweisung
Nicht in das laufende Rührwerk (rotierendes
Mischwerkzeug) greifen.
Halten Sie beim Arbeiten das Gerät mit beiden Hän-
den und mit Abstand vom eigenen Körper gut fest.
Vermeiden Sie Spritzer! Arbeiten Sie mit niedriger
Drehzahl, wenn das Rührgerät in das Mischgut einge-
taucht, bzw. herausgenommen wird.
Die im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Rühraufsätze eig-
nen sich für Mischmaterialien mit schwerer und zäher
Konsistenz: z.B. Mörtel, Spachtelmassen, Zement,
Putz, Kalk, Beton, Estrich, usw.
• Während des Mischens die Drehzahl erhöhen. Füh-
ren Sie das Rührgerät so lange durch das Mischgut
bis es vollständig durchgemischt ist. Beachten Sie
die Verarbeitungsvorschriften der Hersteller.
• Nicht mit niedriger Drehzahl im Dauerbetrieb arbei-
ten. Das führt zu einer Überlastung/Überhitzung
des Motors.
Wartung
Vor Durchführung jeglicher Arbeiten am Gerät
immer den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
Reparaturen und Arbeiten, die nicht in dieser Anlei-
tung beschrieben wurden, nur von qualiziertem
Fachpersonal durchführen lassen.
Nur Originalzubehör und Originalersatzteile verwen-
den.
Maschine, insbesonders Lüftungsschlitze, stets sauber
halten. Gerätekörper niemals mit Wasser abspritzen!
Kunststoe nicht mit Lösemittel, entzündlichenoder
giftigen Flüssigkeiten reinigen. Zum Reinigen nur ein
feuchtes Tuchbenutzen.
Reinigen Sie nach jeder Benutzung die Rührwerke
gründlich.
Achtung! Wenn die Anschlussleitung dieses Gerätes
beschädigt wird, muss sie durch den Hersteller oder
seinen Kundendienst oder eine ähnlich quali-
zierte Person ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu
vermeiden.
Nur ein regelmäßig gewartetes und gut gepegtes
Gerät kann ein zufriedenstellendes Hilfsmittel sein.
Wartungs- und Pegemängel können zu unvorher-
sehbaren Unfällen und Verletzungen führen.

Entsorgung
Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den Pik-
togrammen die auf dem Gerät bzw. der Verpackung
aufgebracht sind. Eine Beschreibung der einzelnen
Bedeutungen nden Sie im Kapitel„Kennzeichnung“.
Entsorgung der Transportverpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschä-
den. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind in der Regel
nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstech-
nischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb
recycelbar.
Das Rückführen der Verpackung in den Materialkreis-
lauf spart Rohstoe und verringert das Abfallaufkom-
men.
Verpackungsteile (z.B. Folien, Styropor®) können für
Kinder gefährlich sein. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
Bewahren Sie Verpackungsteile außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern auf und entsorgen Sie sie so
schnell wie möglich.

Specied Conditions Of Use
The stirrer may only be used to stir plaster, mortar,
glue or paint.
The device must not be used as a drill or drive
for any other device, e.g. for polishing, grinding,
sharpening, engraving with special adapters.
Do not use this product in any other way as stated
for normal use. Not observing general regulations
in force and instructions from this manual does not
make the manufacturer liable for damages.

Residual risks
Even when the device is used properly and all safety
regulations are complied with, there still may be
some residual risks.
• Risk of crushing
Contact with the rotating stirrer
• Cutting injury
When touching the rotating stirrer
• Hearing damage
A longer stay in the immediate vicinity of the
running unit may cause hearing damage. Wear ear
protectors!
• Damage to health arising from vibrations to hand
and arms if the device is used for a long time or if
the device is not guided and evaluated properly.
Despite the observance of the operating instructions
there still may be some hidden residual risks.
Emergency procedure
Apply the rst aid adequate to the injury and get
qualied medical assistance as quickly as possible.
Protect the injured person from more accidents and
calm him/her down.
For the sake of eventual accident, in accordance with
DIN 13164, a workplace has to be tted with a rst-aid
kit. It is essential to replace any used material in the
rst-aid kit immediately after it has been used. If you
seek help, state the following pieces of information:
1. Accident site
2. Accident type
3. Number of injured persons
4. Injury type(s)

For a mixture of e.g. mortar, grouts, ce-
ment, whitewash, concrete, screed, etc.

Any damaged or disposed electric or
electronic devices must be delivered to
appropriate collection centres.
WARNING Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warningsand
instructions may result in electric shock, re and/or
serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future
reference.
Safety information for agitators
Operation is only allowed with a safety
switch against stray current (RCD max. stray
current of 30mA).
Keep children and other persons including animals in
a safe distance when using the appliance.
Wear suitable work clothing such as sturdy shoes with
non-slip sole, safety glasses and hearing protection!
The dust produced when using this tool may be
harmful to health. Do not inhale the dust. Use a dust
absorption system and wear a suitable dust protec-
tion mask. Remove deposited dust thoroughly, e.g.
with a vacuum cleaner.
Do not wear loose clothing or jewels as they could get
caught by the rotating parts. Do not use the device
when you go barefoot or wear open sandals.
Please turn the device immediately o when the
tool used gets blocked! Do not turn the device on
again when the tool is still blocked. This could cause
bounce back with a high reaction moment. Deter-
mine and remove the cause of the blocking of the
tool used while respecting the safety instructions.
Possible causes include::
• Jamming
• Overload of power tools
Do not reach into the running device.
Always keep the connection cable from the working
area of the device. Always guide the cable back-
wards, away from the device!

Check all screw and plug-in connections and
protective equipment if rm and tightened
properly and whether all moving parts are
running smooth whenever the appliance is to be
put into operation.
The appliance must not be used if damaged
or safety equipment is defective. Replace any
worn-out and damaged parts.
Do not use the device near ammable liquids or
gases. Risk of re and explosion in case of short
circuit.
Work instructions
Do not reach into the rotating mixer (rotating
stirrer).
Hold the device rmly with two hands and away from
your body.
Avoid splashing! Work with low revolutions when im-
mersing or removing the mixed to / from the mixture
being stirred.
The stirring extensions included in the supply are
suitable for stirred materials with heavier and tougher
consistency: e.g. mortar, grouts, cement, plaster,
whitewash, concrete, screed, etc.
• Increase the revolutions when stirring. Run the mi-
xer in the mixture being stirrer until it is completely
mixed. Follow the processing instructions of the
manufacturer.
• Do not work with low revolutions in continuous
operation. This would lead to engine overload /
overheating.
Maintenance
Unplug the machine before any work on it.
Repairs and works specied in these Instructions may
only be performed by qualied authorised sta.
Use only original accessories and original spare parts.
Keep the device, in particular the air vents, clean at all
times. Never spray water on the device body!
Do not clean the plastics with solvents, ammable or
toxic uids. For cleaning, use a damp cloth only.
After each use, clean the stirring mechanism properly.
Caution! If the power cord of the appliance gets
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or
its customer service or a similarly qualied person to
avoid danger.
Only a regularly maintained and treated appliance
can serve as a satisfactory aid. Insucient mainte-
nance and care can lead to unforeseen accidents and
injuries.

Disposal
Disposal instructions are illustrated in the form of
pictograms on the device or packaging. Description
of the pictograms is given in„Identication“ chapter.
Disposal of transport packaging
Packaging protects the device against damage during
transport. Packaging materials are usually selected
according to their eect on environment and disposal
methods and can therefore be recycled.
Returning of the packaging back to circulation saves
resources and costs for packaging disposal.
Parts of the packaging (e.g. foil, styropor) may be
dangerous for children. Risk of suocation!
Keep these parts of the packaging out of reach of
children and dispose as soon as possible.

E‘ possibile utilizzare il livello delle vibrazioni per il confronto reciproco degli apparecchi elettrici.
E‘ adatto anche alla pre-valutazione del carico dalle vibrazioni
Per una valutazione precisa della sollecitazione davibrazioni si deve tenere conto anche dei tempi incui
l‘utensile è spento oppure è acceso senza peròessere utilizzato. Questo può ridurre sensibilmentela sollecita-
zione da vibrazioni per l‘intero periododi tempo operativo.
Adottare misure di sicurezza supplementari perproteggere l‘utilizzatore dall‘eetto delle vibrazioni,come ad
esempio: manutenzione dell‘utensileelettrico e degli accessori, tenere le manicalde, organizzazione dello
svolgimento dellavoro.
Usare l‘apparecchio solo dopo aver
letto con attenzione e capito le
istruzioni per l‘uso. Prendere in
conoscenza gli elementi di comando e l’uso corretto
dell’apparecchio. Rispettare tutte le istruzioni di
sicurezza riportate nel Manuale. Comportarsi con cura
verso le altre persone.
L‘operatore è responsabile verso i terzi degli incidenti
oppure pericoli.
Possono lavorare con l‘apparecchiosolo le persone
che hannoraggiunto 16 anni. L’eccezionerap-
presenta lo sfruttamento deiminorenni per lo
scopodell’addestramento professionaleper
raggiungere la pratica sottocontrollo dell‘istruttore.
In caso dei dubbi sul collegamento ed uso
dell‘apparecchio, rivolgersi cortesemente al CAT.
Uso in conformità alla destinazione
L‘agitatore serve esclusivamente a miscelare intonaco,
malta, colla o pittura.
È vietato usare l‘apparecchio quale trapano o
comando di un altro impianto, per es. per levigare,
alare, aguzzare, graare con adattatori
rispettivi.

I
Pericoli residuali
Anche con l‘uso corretto e con il rispetto di tutte le
norme di sicurezza, possono esserci sempre rischi
residuali.
• Pericolo di contusione
In seguito di un contatto con l‘agitatore in movi-

• Ferita da taglio
Toccando l‘agitatore in movimento
• Danni all‘udito
Un soggiorno prolungato nelle vicinanze immedi-
ate della macchina in corso può provocare danni
all‘udito. Utilizzare le protezioni dell‘udito!
• Danno alla salute in seguito di vibrazioni delle mani
e delle braccia, se l‘apparecchio è usato per un
periodo prolungato, o se non è tenuto e valutato
regolarmente.
Nonostante l‘osservazione del manuale operativo,
possono esistere anche rischi residuali nascosti.
Comportamento in caso
d’emergenza
Applicare il pronto soccorso relativo all’incidente e
rivolgersi più rapidamente al medico qualicato.
Proteggere il ferito agli ulteriori incidenti e tranquil-
lizzarlo.
Con riferimento alla DIN 13164, il luogo di lavoro
deve essere sempre dotato della cassetta di pronto
soccorso per eventuali incidenti. Il materiale utilizzato
deve essere aggiunto immediatamente.
In caso di richiesta del pronto soccorso comunicare le
seguenti informazioni:
1. Luogo dell’incidente
2. Tipo dell’incidente
3. Numero dei feriti
4. Tipo della ferita

Avvertenze di sicurezza per
miscelatori
L’esercizio è ammesso solo con l’interruttore
di sicurezza alla corrente falsa (RCD max.
corrente falsa 30 mA).
Durante l’uso dell’apparecchio tenere i bambini, le
altre persone e gli animali in distanza sicura.
Indossare un indumento adeguato da lavoro, quale
calzatura solida con suola antiscivolo, occhiali di
protezione e protezione dell‘udito!
La polvere formatasi durante il lavoro può essere

reazione. Accertare ed eliminare la causa di bloccag-
gio dello strumento ustilizzato. Osservare le norme
di sicurezza.
Le cause possibili possono essere:
• Incrociamento
• Sovraccarico di utensili elettrici
Non toccare la macchina in movimento
Mantenere il cavo di allacciamento sempre fuori il
raggio d‘azione della macchina. Condurre il cavo
sempre indietro, lontano dalla macchina!

Prima di ogni messa in funzione controllare
tutti i raccordi a vite e ad inserimento, anche i
dispositivi di protezione, riguardando la rigidità e
serraggio giusto e la funzione non disturbata di
tutte le parti mobili.
L’apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato se
danneggiato oppure con i dispositivi di sicurezza
difettosi. Cambiare le parti usurate e danneggiate.
Non utilizzare l‘impianto vicino a liquidi o gas in-
ammabili. Al cortocircuito c‘è il pericolo d‘incendio e
d‘esplosione.
Istruzioni di lavoro
Non toccare l‘interno della mescolatrice in
movimento (agitatore rotante)
Durante il lavoro tenere bene l‘apparecchio con le due
mani, lontano dal proprio corpo.
Evitare un contatto con la pelle. Usare giri bassi
immergendo o togliendo l‘agitatore in / dall‘impasto
agitato.
Allunghe di agitazione fornite con l‘impianto sono
consigliabili per materiali agitati di consistenza piutto-
sto pesante e dura, per es. malta, mastici di pittura,
calcestruzzo, intonaco, calce, cemento, trattamenti
ecc.
• Durante l‘agitazione aumentare i giri. Lasciare
l‘agitatore lavorare nell‘impasto agitato no ad
ottenere una miscela perfetta. Osservare istruzioni
del fabbricante.
• Non usare giri bassi al lavoro continuo. Il motore
potrebbe sovraccaricarsi o surriscaldarsi.
Manutenzione
Prima di eseguire qualsiasi lavoro
sull‘apparecchio sconnettere sempre la spina dalla
presa.
Tutte le riparazioni e i lavori non descritte nel presen-
te manuale d‘uso possono essere eseguite solo da
personale qualicato e autorizzato.
Utilizzare solo gli accessori e ricambi originali.
Mantenere la macchina pulita, soprattutto aperture
di ventilazione. Mai spruzzare l‘acqua sul corpo della
macchina!
Non pulire materie plastiche con un solvente o con
liquidi inammabili o tossici. Per pulire usare soltanto
uno straccio umido.
Dopo ogni uso pulire bene il dispositivo d‘agitazione.
Attenzione! Se il cavo d’alimentazione di questo
apparecchio risulta danneggiato, il produttore o il
suo centro d’assistenza tecnica o una persona di pari
qualica lo deve sostituire per evitare ogni rischio.
Solo l‘apparecchio periodicamente mantenuto e
curato può essere un’aiutante soddisfacente. La
manutenzione e cura mancanti possono potare agli
incidenti e ferite inaspettabili.

Smaltimento
Le istruzioni per lo smaltimento derivano dai pitto-
grammi attaccati sull’apparecchio e sull’imballo. La
descrizione dei singoli signicati riporta il capitolo
„Segnaletica”.
Smaltimento dell’imballo da trasporto
L’imballo protegge l’apparecchio contro i danni
durante il trasporto. I materiali d’imballo sono scelti a
seconda la tutela dell’ambiente ed il modo di smalti-
mento, perciò possono essere riciclati.
Il ritorno dell’imballo in circolazione dei materiali
risparmia le materie prime e diminuisce i costi di
lavorazione dei riuti.
Le singole parti dell’imballo (es. fogli, styropor) posso-
no essere pericolosi per i bambini. Esiste il pericolo di
soocamento!
Tenere le parti dell’imballo fuori portata dei bambini e
smaltirli prima possibile.
