1.NORME DISICUREZZA
LADEROGA ALLEREGOLE PRESENTIPUÒ ESSE-

1.1.LA MACCHINA
- LaRIEMPITRICEfornitadeveessereusataesclusi-
vamenteperla lavorazione del prodotto descritto nel
presentemanuale.
- Noniniziareilmontaggiodella RIEMPITRICE o met-
terla in esercizio prima di una attenta lettura di que-
stomanuale.
- NonavviarelaRIEMPITRICEseunaopiùetichettedi
avvertimentosono danneggiateomancano.
- Nonfarfunzionare la RIEMPITRICE se la macchina
havibrazioni anormali.
- Nonfar funzionarelaRIEMPITRICE conlamacchina
fuori dai limiti di processo.
- Non mettere in esercizio la RIEMPITRICE senza le
protezionifornite.
- Collaudareedazionareregolarmentetuttigliinterruttori
ed i sistemi elettrici di controllo forniti al fine di un fun-
zionamentocorretto.
- Non iniziare lo smontaggio della RIEMPITRICE pri-
machelamacchinasiacompletamentefermaenon
primadiaveropportunamentedisinserito la corrente
elettrica,attenderealcuniminutiprimadi procedere.
- Non far funzionare la RIEMPITRICE se i motori o la
strutturaportantemostranoincrinatureo corrosioni.
- Per il montaggio o lo smontaggio della RIEMPITRI-
CEservirsiesclusivamente degli utensili raccoman-
dati dal servizio assistenza TEM.
- Non utilizzare mai la RIEMPITRICE fuori dal campo
per cui è stata progettata e stabilito nella documen-
tazionediacquisto originale prima di aver consultato
TEM.
- Seguireattentamentetutteleistruzionieletabelledi
ricercaavariee i tempi di lubrificazione.
- Controllareregolarmente,almenounavoltal’anno,che
non si sia allentato nessuno dei bulloni delle struttu-
re portanti, dei coperchi, dei portelli e dei collega-
menti dei motori.
- Non mettere panni o pezzi di stoffa attorno alle parti
rotantidella RIEMPITRICE.
- Seguiresempre l’ordine eleprocedureraccomanda-
te per lo smontaggio, il montaggio, l’esercizio e la
manutenzionedellaRIEMPITRICE.Nonadottarepro-
cedurenuove prima di aver consultato TEM.
- Utilizzaresolamente personale esperto a mettere in
esercizio, pulire, smontare o rimontare la RIEMPI-
TRICE.
- NonavviarelaRIEMPITRICE prima che sia comple-
tamentemontata.
- Nonlasciare in funzione la RIEMPITRICE se imotori
giranoinsensocontrario a quello indicato dalle frec-
ce.
- Servendosi di imbracatura per sollevare la RIEMPI-

1.1.THE MACHINE
- The FILLING MACHINE must only be used for pro-
cessing the product described in this manual.
- Donot begin assembly of the FILLING MACHINE or
startit up before carefully readingthis manual.
- Donotstartup theFILLINGMACHINE ifoneormore
warninglabelsaredamagedorabsent.
- Do not operate the FILLING MACHINE if it has ab-
normallevels ofvibration.
- Do not operate the FILLING MACHINE if it is not
within the process limits.
- Do not operate the FILLING MACHINE without the
protectingguardssupplied.
- Regularly test and activate all the switches and
electriccontrolsystemstoensure correct operation.
- DonotbegindismantlingtheFILLINGMACHINEbe-
fore it is at a complete standstill and not before di-
sconnecting it from the electric current. Wait a few
minutesbefore proceeding.
- Do not operate the FILLING MACHINE if cracks or
signsofcorrosion are found on the motorsoron the
bearingstructure.
- Forassembly or dismantlingoftheFILLING MACHI-
NE, only use the tools recommended by the TEM
assistanceservice.
- NeverusetheFILLINGMACHINE forpurposes other
than those for which it was designed and that are
specified in the original purchase documentation,
withoutpreviouslyconsultingTEM.
- Carefullyfollowall instructions, trouble-shooting ta-
bles and lubrication times.
- Check regularly, at least once a year, that none of
the bolts on the bearing structures, lids, inspection
doorsandmotor connections are loose.
- Do not put rags or pieces of cloth around the rota-
tingpartsoftheFILLINGMACHINE.
- Alwaysfollow the sequence and theprocedures re-
commendedfordismantling,assembly,operationand
maintenanceof the FILLING MACHINE. Do notuse
newprocedures before consulting TEM.
- Onlyuseskilledpersonnel tooperate,clean,disman-
tleorre-assemble the FILLING MACHINE.
- Do not start up the FILLING MACHINE before it is
completelyassembled.
- Do not leave the FILLING MACHINE in operation if
the motors rotate in the opposite direction to that
indicatedby the arrows.
- Whileusingslings to lift the whole FILLING MACHI-
NEorone of its components, secure the component
suspended on the slings in such a way that it does
not slide and make sure that the sling is adequate
for the weight to be lifted.

-Utilizzaredurantel’installazione, l’uso e la manuten-
zioneidispositividiprotezioneindividuale,qualiscar-
pe antinfotunistiche, guanti e occhiali.
- Utilizzare la macchina, che non è dotata di illumina-
zione propria, in ambienti con illuminazione idonea
secondolenorme vigenti.
-Nonmovimentarela macchina durante il suo funzio-
namento.
- La macchina quando è dotata di ruote deve essere
posizionatasu superficipianeggiantie privediavval-
lamenti e comunque avere la cura di bloccare la
macchinadamovimentiaccidentali.
1.2. IMPIANTO ELETTRICO
-Montare emetterea terratuttal’apparecchiatura elet-
tricasecondolenormative vigenti.
- Primadiinserire e disinserire strumenti di prova, di-
seccitareelettricamentetutta l’apparecchiatura.
- Prima di intervenire su qualsiasi parte dellìimpianto
della macchina attendere almeno 5 (cinque) minuti
dallospengimento tramite l’interruttore generale

- Noniniziarenessunariparazionedella RIEMPITRI-
CEprimadiaveropportunamentedisinseritolacor-
renteelettrica,disattivando l’interruttoregeneraleche
dovrà essere munito di un lucchetto di sicurezza la

sponsabiledella riparazione.
- Segnalare con appositi cartelli la situazione di ripa-
razionee/omanutenzionedellamacchina.
- Nonfareriparazioniprincipali,cioè saldature o altre
modifiche sulla struttura portante, prima di avere
contattatolaTEMperprocurarsiun’approvazionee
le istruzioni relative per scritto. L’esecuzione delle
riparazioniprincipali senzaunaprevia consultazione
conTEM può cagionare una rotturadellepartirelati-
ve, con rischio di incidenti gravi per il personale o
dannigravi ad attrezzature.
- Dopoleriparazioni,non mettereinfunzionelaRIEM-
PITRICE finché non siano rimontate tutte le prote-
zioni.
- Sostituire i pezzi logorati o danneggiati solamente
con pezzi originali TEM.
TEMdeclina ogniresponsabilitàperdanniapersone
o cose dovuti all’uso di pezzi non originali.
- Non montare apparecchiature opzionali, anche se

care must be taken to block the machine against
accidentalmovements.
1.2.ELECTRIC SYSTEM
- Mountandearth all of the electric equipment incom-
pliance with the standards in force.
- Beforeturningtestinstruments on and off, electrical-
lyde-energisethewholeappliance.
- Before working on any part of the system of the ma-
chine, wait at least 5 (five) minutes after turning it off
by means of the main switch.3
1.3. REPAIRS
- Do not begin any repairs on the FILLING MACHINE
beforecutting-offelectricsupplybyturningoffthemain
switch; this switch must be fitted with a safety pa-
dlock, the key of which is to be kept by the person in
chargeofmachinerepairs.
-Bymeansof specific signboards, indicate the state of
repairand/ormaintenanceofthemachine.
-Donotcarry out any primary repairs, such aswelding
orother changes tothebearingstructure, before con-
sulting TEM so as to obtain approval and respective
instructionsin writing. Makingprimaryrepairs without
previously consulting TEM may cause breakage to
therespectiveparts,with the risk of serious acciden-
ts to personnel or serious damage to equipment.
-Afterhavingmaderepairs,donotstartuptheFILLING
MACHINE until all the protecting guards have been
re-mounted.
- Replace any worn or damaged parts exclusively with
originalTEMparts.
TEMdeclinesallresponsibility for damage to people or
objects caused by the use of non-original parts.
- Do not mount any optional devices, even if marked
EC,ifnotsuppliedorspecificallyauthorisedbyTEM.
-Donotexchange partsfromdifferent FILLINGMACHI-
NES; each machine is calibrated within a complete
unit.

1.4. MOTORI
- Non azionare i motori della RIEMPITRICE prima
diaver montato tutte leprotezioni secondo le cor-
rispondenti norme.
- Non dimenticare di controllare se la tensione del
circuito alla quale è collegato il quadro di coman-
do dei motori è la stessa di quella adatta per il
cablaggio dei motori.
- Se il motore non funziona disinserire immediata-
mente la corrente.
- Seguire sempre le istruzioni, per la lubrificazione
dei cuscinetti del motore, emesse dal fabbrican-
te.
- Non tentare di far funzionare un motore surriscal-
dato. Lasciare raffreddare il motore alla tempera-
tura ambiente (indicata sulla targhetta del moto-
re).
- Nonavviare i motorise non girano liberamente gli
elementi rotanti.

1.4. MOTORS
- Do not start up the motors of the FILLING MACHINE
beforemountingalltheprotectingguardsincompliance
withthecorrespondingstandards.
- Do not forget to make sure that the circuit voltage to
whichthemotorcontrolpanelisconnectedisthesame
asthat suited for the wiring of themotorsthemselves.
- If the motor does not work, cut-off current immedia-
tely.
-Always follow the instructionsgiven by the respective
manufacturerfor lubricatingthebearings of themotor.
- Do not try to make an over-heated motor work.Allow
the motor to cool down to room temperature (indica-
ted on the motor rating plate).
- Do not start up the motors if the rotating elements do
notturnfreely.

1.6.SMALTIMENTODELLAMACCHINAEDEI SUOI
RIFIUTI
Lenormativenazionaliecomunitarieimpongono pre-
cise procedure sullo smaltimento dei rifiuti industriali
con il D. Lgs. N°22 del 05/02/1997 che recepisce le
direttive 91/156/CEE sui rifiuti, 91/689/CEE sui rifiuti
pericolosie94/62/CEEsugliimballaggiedilororifiuti.
Inoltre occorre osservare le direttive 75/442/CEE sui
rifiuti industriali e 75/439/CEE sugli oli esausti.
1.6.1.SMALTIMENTO DELLAMACCHINA
Si ricorda che la macchina a fine vita lavorativa deve
esseresmaltitacome rifiuto industriale e quindi devo-
no essere eseguita la raccolta, la cernita, il trasporto,
iltrattamentodei rifiuti ed il deposito deimedesimi sul
suolosecondo le normativevigentiriferitealladirettiva
75/442/CEEe le sue successive modificazioni.
1.6.2. SMALTIMENTO DEGLI OLI
Gli oli (oli e/o grassi lubrificanti ecc.) usati durante il
ciclodilavorodellamacchinae/operlasuamanuten-
zionedevonoessere smaltiti seguendo la direttiva 75/
439/CEE che impone ad ogni impresa che elimina gli
oliusatidicomunicarealleAutoritàcompetenti qualsi-
asiinformazione riguardantel’eliminazioneoil deposi-
to degli oli usati e dei loro residui. Si ricorda che in
basealDPRN°691del23/08/1982è obbligatoriorivol-
gersi al consorzio degli oli usati.
1.6.3. SMALTIMENTO
IMBALLAGGI
Eseguitol’eventuale recupero,losmaltimentodei resi-
duidegliimballideveseguireleindicazionidelladiret-
tiva94/62/CEE.
1.6. DISPOSAL OF THE MACHINE AND OF ITS
WASTE
National and Community regulations set precise
procedures for the disposal of industrial waste under
Law by Decree no. 22 dated 05/02/1997 that
acknowledges the 91/156/EEC directives on waste
products,the91/689/EECdirectivesondangerouswaste
products and the 94/62/EEC directives on packaging
andtheirwaste. The75/442/EECdirectivesonindustrial
waste and the 75/439/EEC ones on used oils must
alsobe observed.
1.6.1. DISPOSAL OF THE MACHINE
At the end of its working life, the machine must be
disposed of as industrial waste and, therefore, the
collection, sorting, transportation and handling of the
wasteandthedepositonthegroundof the waste itself
mustbecarriedout in accordance with the regulations
in force that refer to the 75/442/EEC directive and
subsequentamendments.
1.6.2. DISPOSAL OF THE OILS
The oils (and/or lubricating greases etc.) used during
the working cycle of the machine and/or for its
maintenance must be disposed of in accordance with
the 75/439/EEC directive that requires that each
enterprisethateliminatesusedoilsinformtherespective
Authorities as to any information concerning the
eliminationordepositoftheusedoilsandtheirresidues.
Moreover, as per the Decree by the President of the
RepublicNo.691 dated 23/08/1982, it is mandatoryto
also apply to the consortium of used oils.
1.6.3. DISPOSALOF PACKAGING MATERIALS
After having salvaged any possible material, the
remainderofthepackaging materialsmustbedisposed
of as per the instructions contained in the 94/62/EEC
directive.

2.DESCRIZIONEGENERALE
ATTENZIONE:
LeRiempitrici della serie SPEEDY OIL sonostatepro-
gettate per un impiego professionale nel settore
dell’imbottigliamentodi piccole produzioni. La macchi-
na è stata studiata per processare liquidi densi ed in
particolareOliodiOliva.
LeRiempitrici SPEEDY OIL sono completamenteco-
struite in acciaio InoxAISI 304.
Ibecchellidi riempimento sono dotati di snodi articola-
ti per facilitare l’inserimento e l’estrazione delle botti-
glie, il vassoio di appoggio è regolabile in altezza per
adattarsiallediverse dimensioni delle bottiglie, inoltre
il becchello è dotato di una serie di spessori
intercambiabiliperdeterminare il livello di riempimen-
to.
La macchina può essere attrezzata con diametri di
becchellidiversi con i seguenti ø10 - 14 - 16- 18 mm,
questi possono essere intercambiati in qualsiasi mo-
mentoper venireincontroalleesigenze del produttore.
La riempitrice SPEEDY OIL consente un riempimen-
to, una manutenzione ed un uso semplice e veloce.
Le riempitrici SPEEDY OIL 2 - 4 - 6 possono essere
dotate su richiesta di Pompa a girante o Pompa
Peristaltica.
2.1.RIEMPITRICI SPEEDY OIL

designed for professional use for purposes of bottling
small production batches. The machine is conceived

he filling spouts are fitted with articulated joints to
acilitatetheinsertion and extraction of the bottles; the
upport tray can be adjusted in height so as to adapt

itted with a ring nut for regulating the level of filling

he machine can be fitted with spouts with different
iameters, precisely ø 10 - 14 - 16 - 18 mm, and these
an be changed at any time so as to fulfil the various

he SPEEDY OIL Filling Machine allows for quick and

equest, be fitted with an Impeller Pump or Peristaltic

funzionamento.

4.USO DELLA MACCHINA
4.1. PRIMADELL’AVVIAMENTO
ATTENZIONE:
Primadi avviare la macchina per la primavolta,assicu-
rarsi che siano state eseguite le manovre di pulizia ,
Lubrificazionee manutenzione.
-Collegarelapresadelquadroallaretedialimentazio-

- Collegare la tubazione della macchina al Serbatoio

4. USE OF THE MACHINE
4.1.BEFORE START-UP
ATTENTION:
Beforestartingupthemachineforthefirsttime,make
surethat all the cleaning,lubricationandmaintenance
procedureshave been carriedout.
- Connect the outlet of the panel to the electrical sup-
ply mains,
- Connect the tubing of the machine to the product
tank,
- Adjust the position of the tray according to the type
ofbottle being used (seechapter 4.2.1.),
- Adjust the level of liquid in the bottle (see chapter
4.2.2.).

4.2.REGOLAZIONI
4.2.1.REGOLAZIONE VASCHETTA
Asecondadell’altezzadelle bottiglie e del livello con
cuisi vuole riempire le bottiglie deve essere regolata
laposizionedellavaschetta:
Piegare la vaschetta verso l’alto portarla fuori
dall’asole e farla scorrere in alto od in basso come
desideratoquindi reinserirlanelleappositeasole delle
fiancatelaterali (vedifigura).
ATTENZIONE:Fare
attenzionea riposizionare la vaschetta in allineamen-
to.
4.2.ADJUSTMENTS
4.2.1.ADJUSTING THE TRAY
The position of the tray must be adjusted according to
the height of the bottles being used and the level to
which the bottles are to be filled:
Bend the tray upwards, remove it from the slots and
slide it upwards or downwards as desired; then re-
position it in the appropriate slots on the sides (see
diagram).
ATTENTION:
When re-positioning the tray, make sure that it is aligned on
both sides.

4.2.2.ADJUSTING THE LEVEL
Inordertoaccuratelysetthelevelofproductinthebottle,
proceedasfollows:
Loosen or tighten the ring nut (A) so as to obtain the
desiredlevel in the bottles.
Remember that by tightening the ring nut (ANTI-
CLOCKWISE DIRECTION), the level of product in the
bottle will be lowered, whereas by loosening the ring
nut (CLOCKWISE DIRECTION), the level in the bottle
will be raised.
It is advisable to only carry out a few revolutions of the
ringnutatatime,soastoavoidunnecessaryoverflowing.
IMPORTANT :Theringnut must always
be adjusted without the bottle in place.

4.3. AVVIAMENTO ED ARRESTO RIEMPITRICE
SPEEDY OIL SV
4.3.1.AVVIAMENTO DELLARIEMPITRICE
Prima di accendere la Macchina si consiglia la lettura
delle istruzioni della Pompa allegate, anche se la
regolazionedellalubrificazionevieneeffettuatadaT.E.M.
in fase di collaudo.
- Posizionare le bottiglie sul vassoio ed inserire le bot-
tiglie nei becchelli.
-Sollevareilcoperchiettodeipulsanti e premere il bot-
tone Verde di Start.
-Senoncollegatoprovvedereailcollegamentodeltubo
diaspirazioneNR.1al serbatoio prodotto.
- Controllare che i rubinetti NR.2 (SCARICO CAMPA-
NA) e NR.3 (SFIATO CAMPANA) siano ben chiusi.
-AprireilrubinettoNR.5(ASPIRAZIONEPOMPA).
ATTENZIONE:
Se dopo alcuni secondi dall’accensione della
macchina la pompa non innesca il vuoto in Cam-
pana controllare le tubazioni ed i raccordi dei col-
legamenti che non ci siano infiltrazioni d’aria.
- Dopo poco tempo che la pompa è accesa si vede
arrivareil prodottoinbottiglia,quando illiquidoraggiun-
geillivelloinbottiglia,questoavvienequandoilliquido
va a tappare il foro di recupero aria sul retro del
becchello, avviene l’arresto del liquido e quello in ec-
cessoviene recuperato in Campana.
- A questo punto si può togliere la bottiglia piena ed
inserirequellavuota,e cosi via.
- Il tempo medio di riempimento della campana è di
circa20 - 25 minuti, siricordache quando la campana
raggiungeillivellomassimoconsentitointervieneiltroppo
pieno e si apre il rubinetto NR.4 (SFIATO GALLEG-
GIANTE)cheinterrompeilriempimentodellebottiglie.
-Seilriempimentodellabottigliaavvienetropporapida-
menteedi conseguenza anche quello della Campana
è possibile rallentarli aprendo parzialmente (+ o -) il
rubinettoNR.3(SFIATOCAMPANA).
- Quando si è avuto un arresto per Campana piena si
deveprocedere allo svuotamentodellastessaseguen-
doquesta procedura:
* Premere il pulsante di Stop, per arrestare la
pompa.
*ChiudereilrubinettoNR.5(ASPIRAZIONEPOM-
PA). * Aprire i rubinetti NR.3 (SFIATO CAMPANA) e
NR.2 (SCARICO CAMPANA), ricordarsi di inserire un
contenitoresottoquest’ultimo rubinetto.
4.3. STARTING-UPAND STOPPING THE FILLING
MACHINE
4.3.1. STARTING-UP THE FILLING MACHINE
Beforeturning the machine on,it is advisable toread
the Pump instructions enclosed, even though its
lubrication is regulated by T.E.M. during testing.
- Place the bottles on the tray and position the
bottles in the spouts.
-Lift the cover over the push buttonsand press the
GreenStartbutton.
- If not connected, connect suction pipe No. 1 to the
producttank.
- Make sure that cocks No. 2 (BELL RELEASE) and
No.3(BELLBREATHER) areproperlyclosed.
-Opencock No. 5 (PUMP SUCTION)
ATTENTION:
If the pump does not trigger suction in the Bell
a few seconds after the machine is started up,
make sure that there is no air filtering into the
pipes and respective fittings.
- Shortly after the pump has been switched on, the
productbegins filling the bottle; when the liquid
reaches the set level in the bottle – this happens
whentheliquid plugs the air recoveryholesituated
on the back of the spout – the liquid stops being
poured and any excess liquid is recuperated in the
Bell.
-At this point, the full bottle can be removed and
replaced with an empty one, and so on.
-The average filling time ofthe bell is approx. 20–25
minutes;remember that when the bellreaches the
maximumlevelallowed,theover-fullvalveintervenes
andcockno. 4 opens (FLOATING BREATHER),thus
interrupting the filling process of the bottles.
- If the bottle filling process takes place too rapidly
and, as a consequence, so does that of the Bell, it
can be slowed down by partially opening (+ or -)
cock No. 3 (BELLBREATHER).
- When the process is stopped due to the Bell being
full, the latter must be emptied by means of the
followingprocedure:
* Press the Stop push-button, to stop the
pump. * Close cock no. 5 (PUMP SUCTION).
* Open cocks No. 3 (BELLBREATHER) and
No. 2 (BELL RELEASE), remembering to place a
container under the latter cock.

pieno si interrompe il riempimento, provvedere al suo
svuotamento,
- Controllare il livello del filtro pompa, vedi manuale
pompaallegato
-Controllare il livello delfiltroinentrata corpo pompa, in
casodieccessiviresiduiprovvederealsuosvuotamento,
-Controllare illivellodell’oliolubrificazione Pompa, vedi
manualepompa allegato.

At this point, it is possible to start again with a new

4.3.2. STOPPING THE FILLING MACHINE
In order to stop the machine, proceed as follows:
- Lift the cover over the push buttons and press the
RedStop button.
-Emptythebell,followingthesameprocedureasthat
describedpreviouslyfortheevent inwhichthemachine
stopsdueto the bell being over-full.
4.3.3.CONTROLDURING OPERATION
Duringoperationofthe filling machine, it is necessary
for the machine operator to carry out the following
checks:
- Check the level in the product pick-up tank,
- Check the level of the Bell Tank; when full, stop the
filling process and empty it,
-Check the levelof the pump filter, see pump manual
enclosed,
- Check the level of the pump body entry filter and
empty it if it contains excessive residue,
-Check the level ofthepumplubrication oil, see Pump
Manualenclosed.

4.4.1.AVVIAMENTO DELLARIEMPITRICE
Dopoavereseguitoleoperazionigiàdescritteproce-
derecomesegue:
- portare l’interruttore POMPA(B) su “2” (posto sulla
pompa),
- ruotare il becchello in avanti (C) ed inserirlo nella
bottiglia,quindiposarlasullavaschetta(D),
- procedere allo scarico delle bottiglie riempite ed al
caricodellebottiglievuote,
- i becchelli della riempitrice possono lasciar cadere
qualchegoccia di prodotto dentrolavaschettalaqua-
lepuòesseresvuotatatramite l’appositorubinetto(A).
ATTENZIONE:
Se dopo alcuni secondi dall’accensione della
macchina la pompa non adesca controllare le
tubazioni ed i raccordi dei collegamenti che non
ci siano infiltrazioni d’aria, si ricorda di non far
funzionare mai la pompa a secco.
PROCEDURAINNESCOPOMPA
Per eseguire l’innesco della pompa procedere
come segue:
- Inserire il tubo di recupero prodotto in un con-
tenitore pieno di prodotto,
- Portare l’interruttore pompa su “1” per alcuni
secondi tempo necessario per riempire il corpo
pompa.
4.4.2.ARRESTO DELLA RIEMPITRICE
Perarrestarelamacchina procedere come segue:
-Portarel’interruttorePOMPAsu “0”,
Per effettuare il lavaggio della riempitrice procedere
comesegue:
-collegarelamacchinaadun serbatoio con il prodot-
todilavaggio desiderato,
-eseguire diversefasidi riempimentoperognisingolo
becchello.
Si consiglia di eseguire la fase di lavaggio prima con
acqua poi con prodotti specifici.
4.4.3.CONTROLLO D’ESERCIZIO RIEMPITRICE
QuandolaRiempitriceè infunzionesirichiedeall’ope-
ratoreilsolo controllo del livello del serbatoioprodot-
to,spengerela pompa quando si esaurisceil prodot-
to.

4.4.1. STARTING-UP THE FILLING MACHINE
After having performed the operations described
previously,proceed as follows:
- position the switch PUMP (B) on “2” (situated on
thepump);
- turn the spout forwards (C) and position it in the
bottle, then place it on the tray (D);
- proceed by unloading the filled bottles and loading
the empty ones.
- the spouts of the filling machine may allow a few
drops of product to fall onto the tray which can be
emptied by means of the cock (A) used for that
purpose.
ATTENTION:
If the pump does not trigger suction in the Bell a
fewseconds after themachine is started up, make
sure that there is no air filtering into the pipes
and respective fittings.
PUMPPRIMINGPROCEDURE
Inorder to prime the pump,proceed as follows:
-Insert the product recovery tube into a container full of
product,
- Place the pump switch on “1” for a few seconds, i.e.
for the time required to fill the pump body.

4.4.2. STOPPING THE FILLING MACHINE
In order to stop the machine, proceed as follows:
- Place the PUMP on “0”,
Inorder to wash thefillingmachine,proceed as follows:
-connectthe machinetoatankwiththedesiredwashing
product,
- perform various filling phases for each spout
individually.
We recommend that the washing phase be done first
with water and then with secific products.

4.4.3. FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE FILLING
MACHINE
WhentheFillingMachine isinoperation,alltheoperator
needs to do is check the level in the product tank and
turnthepump off when the product finishes.
