4. Før start
- Brændstof
TGP 40 - 35 er udstyr et med en 2 - takt motor. Derfor skal der ikke påfyldes olie separat på motoren.
Bland blyfri oktan 95 og en godkendt 2 - takt olie. Blandingsforholdet skal altid stemme overens med
producentens anvisninger, som beskrives på dunken.
Brug TEXAS 2 - taktolie i forholdet 1:50 ( 2%).
Ved brug af et andet fabrikat af 2 - taktolie, vil bladningsforholdet være 5%.

- Luftfilter
Luftfilteret er placeret til venstre for startsnoren. Sørg altid for at det er helt og rent. Filteret rengøres bedst i
mild sæbevand og eft er tørring skal det vædes i et par dråber motorolie.
Hvis pumpen kører i støvede omgivelser bør filteret rengøres og tjekkes oftere.
Vær altid opmærksom på at filter og dæksel slutter tæt.
- Primer
Start aldrig pumpen, uden den er spædet først, se afsn it 7.
5. Start
1. Sæt pumpen på en flad, tør flade
2. Spæd pumpen med vand (se afsnit 7)
3. Indstil chokerhåndtaget (A) på close (lukket)
(dette gøres ved at trykke håndtaget helt op)
4. Åbn for brændstof (B)
5. Giv lidt gas (D)
6. Hold i startsnoren og træk indtil m otoren går i gang
7. Flyt gasreguleringen til køreposition
Sådan startes en varm motor
1. Indstil chokerhåndtaget på off
(position som vist på billede)
2. Giv lidt gas
3. Hold i startersnoren og træk indtil motoren går i gang
6. Stop
Pumpen stoppes ved at trykke på maskinens stopkontakt (C). Husk altid at afbryde for brændstoffet, når
pumpen ikke kører.

7. Montering af slanger
Monter slangen hen over indtaget på pumpen. Spænd slangen fast med den medfølgende clips.
8. Spæde
FREMGANG SMÅDE
Tilførsel af vand. Første gang pumpen skal startes, er det nødvendigt manuelt at hælde vand i pumpen:
1. Skru dækslet af i toppen af pumpe enheden
2. Hæld vand ned i pumpen (pumpehuset skal fyldes)
3. Skru dækslet på

9. Brug
- Slanger
o Vær opmærksom på ved brug at pumpen, at slangen ikke er overbelastet. Den bør støttes, så
den ikke bliver beskadiget.
o Brug kun slanger, der passer i længden. For lange slanger, vil gøre transport tiden længere,
og derved slide mere på pumpen.
- Filter
o Der bø r altid bruges et filter på slangens sugeside. Derved sikres det, at der ikke bliver suget
snavs ind i pumpen, som kan beskadige den.
- Impeller
o På grund af stor slitage, kan det være nødvendigt af skifte impelleren ofte.

10. Opbevaring
- Tøm pumpen for vand ved at skrue bundproppen af. Derved forebygges. at der opstår frostskade
- Tøm tanken for brændstof
- Sæt chokeren på off
- Træk i startsnoren 3 - 5 gange
- Fjern tændrøret og hæld 1 teskefuld olie ind i cylinderen. Træk i startsnoren 2- 3 gange, indtil o lien er
fordelt
- Monter tændrøret sikkert igen
- Opbevar pumpen et tørt sted

WARNING - The connection between pump and hose must always be tight during use
WARNING - Make sure t hat a filter is fitted to the hose to prevent dirt from being sucked into the pump
WARNING - Never use the pump under influence of alcohol or drugs

3. Before start
- Fuel
TGP 40 - 35 is equipped with a 2 -stroke engine. This means that oil should NOT be supplied separately onto
the engine.
Mix unleaded fuel octane 95 and an approved 2 - stroke oil. The mix should be made according to the
instructions of the manufacturer. See the container of the oil.
Use TEXAS 2 - stroke oil in a mix 1:50 ( 2%).
If you use an other brand of oil the mix should be 5% (always follow the instructions of the oil
manufac turer).
- Air filter
The air filter is placed to the left of the starter. Always make sure that it is clean and with no defects. Clean the
filter using mild soapy water. When it is dry moisten it with a few drops of engine oil.
If the pump is used in dus ty surroundings the air filter shall often be cleaned and checked.
Always make sure that the filter and cover fit closely.
- Primer
Never us the pump without it being moistured first, see chapter 6.

Place the choke handle on (A) close by pressing the handle all the way up

12. Grab the recoil starter and pull until the engine starts

5. Stop
The pump is stopped by pressing the stop switch on the machine (C). Always turn off the fuel supply when the
pump is not used.

6. Fitting the hose
Fit the hose onto the intake on the pump. Fasten it with the clips supplied.
7. Prime
METHOD
Supply of water. When the pump is started for the first time it is necessary to pour water onto the pump
manually:

6. Pour water into the pump (the pump housing must be filled)
7. Fit the cover

8. Use
- Hose
o Make sure that the hose is not overloaded. It should be supported so th at it will not be
damaged
o Only use hoses with correct length. Too long hoses will make transport time longer and wear
the pump down quicker
- Filter
o Always use a filter at the end of the hose where the water runs into the hose. This ensures
that no dirt g ets sucked into the pump. Dirt may damage the pump
- Impeller
o Because of great wear it may be necessary to often change the impeller.

9. Storage
- Drain all water from the pump by removing the drain plug. This is to prevent damage by frost.
- Position the choke on off
- Pull the starter 3- 5 times
- Remove the spark plug and pour 1 tea spoon of oil into the cylinder. Pull the starter 2 - 3 times until the
oil is dispersed
- Fit the spark plug
- Store the pump in a dry place

This pump is supplied with a W22MP- US spark plug with an electrode distance of 0,6 mm. For optimal use,
replace yearly.
