1. INTRODUCTION
We congratulate you on your excellent choice. The Original Pink Box Battery charger is manufactured on the basis of high
standards quality.
ATTENTION: For a correct and safe use of the product, start work only after carefully reading this manual. It describes the
operation of the product, its use and all operations routine maintenance that can be carried out by the user.

3. GENERAL SAFETY RULES
• Use the product only and exclusively for its intended use: recharge The Original Pink Box batteries (PB20VLIB2
Battery (2.0 Ah) & PB20VLIB4 Battery (4.0 Ah)).
• Read this manual carefully before using the charger.
• The charger must only be used by adults.
• The charger is designed to work with a 120 voltage.
• The plug of the charger must fit the socket. Do not modify sockets and / or plugs.
• Before each use, check all parts of the charger, especially the cable and plug.
• Do not expose or immerse the product in water.
• Do not use the product in humid conditions.
• Do not use the charger on easily flammable materials (i.e. paper, fabrics, etc.).
• Use the appliance only if fully and correctly assembled.
• Do not use the charger if any damage is found.
• Use the charger only to charge The Original Pink Box batteries.
• Use at room temperature between 50° F and 104° F.
• The charger is designed for indoor use only in domestic environments.
• Do not bring the product close to heat sources or flames. Do not throw in the fire.
• Do not throw the product in common waste. Dispose of according to local regulations.
• Keep the charger, when not in use, away from metal objects (clips, keys, screws, etc.), which could cause a short circuit.
• Do not open or modify the product in any way.
• Avoid physical contact of the charger with grounded surfaces, such as pipes, electric ranges and refrigerators. There is
an increased risk of electric shock when the body is grounded.
• Store the charger away from water or humidity.
• Always keep the charger clean.

• Do not use the charger cable for purposes other than those for which it is intended and, in particular, do not use it to
carry or hang the charger, or to remove the plug from the power socket.
• Do not leave the charger connected to the outlet if there are no batteries inserted.
• Frequently check the state of wear or damage of each part.
• Never try to repair charger yourself.
• Periodically check the tightness of the product screws.
• Do not try to modify or disassemble the product: this could seriously compromise the safety of the operator, exposing
him to accidents, serious injuries, as well as damaging the product and voiding the warranty.

6. CHARGING THE BATTERY
• Charge the battery (not supplied) according to the instructions in its users manual.
• Insert the battery (not supplied) into the battery compartment (2).
• Insert the plug of the charger into the socket. Loading starts automatically.
• Charging can vary depending on the battery capacity, age, usage and condition.
• See the table below for charging information.

• Check that the battery is properly inserted in the charger.
• Check that the plug of the charger is correctly inserted in the socket.
• Check that the switch (if present) of the battery charger is ON.
• Check that there is current in the electrical system.
WHEN CHARGING IS COMPLETE:
• Disconnect the charger from the power outlet.
• Press the release button and remove the battery from the charger.
7. MAINTENANCE
• Remove the battery from the charger.
• Clean the charger with a dry or maximum damp cloth.
• Do not use wet cloths.
• Do not use detergents of any type and composition.
• Clean the terminals from dust and dirt after each use.
• Do not use the charger using sharp or pointed or metal objects.
• Foreign bodies can be removed using compressed air (max 3 bar).
• Regularly check that the battery is perfectly sealed and any screws are perfectly tightened.
• Never open the charger.
8. STORAGE (FOR 1 MONTH OR LONGER PERIODS)
• Clean the charger thoroughly from any foreign material.
• Store it in its original or compatible packaging, in a dry and ventilated place at a temperature not above 104° F; in a place
not accessible to children.
• Do not store it in plastic bags. Keep it away from corrosive agents.
