The month and year of manufacture can be found within the product serial number e.g.

USB ADAPTOR SAFETY

Read all safety warnings, instructions and
specifications provided with this USB power
adaptor. Failure to follow all instructions
listed below may result in electric shock,
fire and/or serious injury. Save all warnings
and instructions for future reference.
The USB power adaptor has an integral
LED Light which is a high-intensity lighting
device. Avoid shining the light directly into
anyone’s eyes to prevent possible eye
injury.
WARNING!
• To reduce risk of injury, only charge The
Original Pink Box rechargable batteries.
The USB power adaptor and battery
packs are specifically designed to work
together. Other types of batteries may
burst causing fire and personal injury.
• Do not allow any liquid to get inside the
USB power adaptor. Electric shock may
result.
• Do not expose the USB power adaptor to
rain or snow.
• Under certain conditions with the USB
power adaptor plugged into a USB
device, the exposed battery contacts
inside the USB power adaptor can be
shorted by foreign materials. Foreign
materials of a conductive nature such as,
but not limited to, steel, wool, aluminium
foil or any buildup of metallic particles
should be kept away from charger
cavities.
• Always unplug the USB power adaptor
from the USB device when there is no
battery fitted to the USB power adaptor.
• Unplug the USB power adaptor from the
USB device before attempting to clean.
• Do not operate the USB power adaptor
with a damaged USB cable.
• This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.

NOTE:
Make sure the power button (3) on the top of
the USB power adaptor is not pressed in
when inserting or removing the battery.
NOTE:
The red indicator (4) will initially flash
during the power up stage. Upon supplying
power to the two USB ports the red
indicator will illuminate constantly.
NOTE:
The USB power adaptor will detect the cable
disconnection and automatically power
down. The red indicator will also extinguish
to confirm the power has been
disconnected.
NOTE:
If you press the power button (3) again while
the red indicator remains illuminated, the
LED Light will power on, but if the red
indicator is not illuminated the LED light will
not power on until the red indicator is
illuminated and the power button (3) is
pressed again.
Intended Use
This USB power adaptor is intended for use
only with a compatible The Original Pink
Box 20V lithium-ion battery pack.
The component must not be modified or used
for any other purposes than the ones
described in these instructions.
Battery
• Do not use excessive force when
inserting the The Original Pink Box
rechargable battery in the USB power
adaptor. An incorrectly connected battery
can damage the battery terminals or the
battery socket on the USB power
adaptor.
• Connect the battery to the battery socket
of the USB power adaptor so that it clicks
into place.
• Use the button on the battery to check
the charging status; 4 red LEDs indicates
fully charged, where 1 indicates low
battery status.
• Place the USB power adaptor on a level
and stable surface. Connect your USB
device with a suitable cable to one of the
USB ports on the back of the USB power
adaptor.
• Press the power button (3) on the top of
the USB power adaptor once to
commence power output to the USB
ports.
• To stop the power output to the USB
ports simply remove the USB supply
cable from the USB port.
• Press the power button (3) on the top of
the USB power adaptor until the red
indicator starts flashing.
• When the red indicator is constantly
illuminated, press the power button (3)
again and the LED light will power on.
• Press the power button (3) again to
power down the LED light.

• Wipe the USB powder adaptor with a dry
or damp cloth. Do not use a wet cloth.
Do not use detergent that contains
solvent or corrosive, abrasive
additives. This risks damaging the
surfaces of the charger.
• Clear the battery connection terminals
and the release button of dust and dirt
after each use. Do not clean terminals
by inserting sharp objects in them,
such as screwdrivers and other similar
objects.
• Stubborn contamination in areas hard to
access can be removed with compressed
air (max 3. bar).
• Regularly check all fasteners, screws and
bolts to make sure that they are tight.
Tighten any loose screws immediately or
serious injury could occur.

Never open the USB power adaptor. The
USB power adaptor has no internal parts
that the user can service or repair. Never
try to repair the USB power adaptor
yourself. Take to an authorised service
centre.

Remove the battery pack from the USB
power adaptor before cleaning and
main-tenance. This helps avoid the risk of
electric shocks and accidental injury.
• If the USB power adaptor will remain
unused for any length of time, it should
be stored in the original packaging.
• Store the USB power adaptor in a dry,
frost-free, well ventilated place.
• Keep all USB power adaptors out of the
reach of children.
• Always remove the battery from the USB
power adaptor before transport.
• Ensure that the USB power adaptor is not
at risk of being exposed to excessive
vibration and shocks during transport,
especially if the USB power adaptor will
be transported by car or other vehicle.
