Control Box Operation - Manual Operation
1. Power up the control box by holding
the “Front Hopper” “OPEN” and
“CLOSE” buttons on the control box
simultaneously for 3 seconds or until
the green control box light comes on
to indicate the control box is
activated.
2. Select button to perform the required
operations.
3. Power off Control Box when finished.
Push and hold the Front Hopper
“Open” and “Close” buttons on the
control box simultaneously for 3 seconds or until control box light goes off.)
Programming Remote to Easy Flow Control Box
1. Power up the control box by holding the “Front
Hopper”“OPEN” and “CLOSE” buttons on the
control box simultaneously for 3 seconds or until
the green control box light comes on to indicate
the control box is activated.
2. Open flip style lid on the remote and observe
the flashing light.
3. Press the “Mode” button to select “Front
Hopper” Mode. (First two lights flashing)
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each remote to be
programmed. Up to four remotes can be
programmed. Have all remotes ready for step 5 and 6.
5. Press and hold the “Work Light” button on the
control box for 8 seconds or until the green light
starts flashing red.
6. If one remote is being programmed press the
“On/Open” on the remote 4 times. If more remotes
are to be programmed, use the
following table for the # of
“On/Open” presses for each
remote.
7. Close the flip style lid to power
down the remote. The remote
will time out after a period of
inactivity regardless if the flip lid
is open.

Control Box Operation, Wireless Operation
1. Power up Control Box using transmitter. Open transmitter and Push “MODE” button to select the
“Front Hopper” Mode (First two lights flashing).
2. Push and hold the “On/Open” and “Off/Closed” buttons on the transmitter simultaneously for 3
seconds or until control box light comes on to indicate the control box is activated.
3. Select button to perform the required operations for the front hopper.
4. To use the rear hopper, push “MODE” button to select “Rear Hopper”(First three lights flashing).
5. Select button to perform the required operations for the rear hopper.
6. Power off Control Box when finished. Push “MODE” button to select “Front Hopper” Mode (First two
lights flashing). Push and hold the “ON/OPEN” and “OFF/CLOSED” buttons on the transmitter
simultaneously for 3 seconds or until control box light goes off.
EZ Flow Cylinder Disconnect *Emergency Operation*(if equipped)
1. Locate poppet valve buttons. (Fig A)
a. Top Button (1) is for front door
b. Bottom Button (2) is for rear door
2. Push & hold each button individually for approx. 15
secs or until system is depressurized.
3. When system has been depressurized, unlatch quick
release pin & remove. (Fig B) Repeat this step on all
cylinders as needed.
4. Door(s) are now disconnected from the cylinders
and can now be operated manually.
