POR FAVOR LEA Y GUARDE ESTAS INSTRUCCIONES
Al usar cualquier aparato eléctrico, siempre se deben seguir las pre-
cauciones básicas de seguridad, incluyendo lo siguiente:
1. Lea todas las instrucciones antes de usar el termo calefactor.
2. Este producto solo es adecuado para espacios bien aislados o
para uso ocasional.
3. Solo conecte el termo ventilador a un enchufe monofásico con un
voltaje principal como se especica en la placa de características.
4. Este dispositivo cumple con los requisitos de compatibilidad elec-
tromagnética especicados en EN 55104/95 con respecto a la inter-
ferencia con radio y los televisores.
5. No abandone su hogar mientras el aparato está en funcionamien-
to: asegúrese de que el interruptor esté en la posición de APAGADO
(0) y que el termostato esté en la posición mínima. Siempre desen-
chufe el aparato cuando no esté en uso.
6. El material combustible, como muebles, cojines, ropa de cama,
papel, ropa, cortinas, etc., manténgalo a una distancia de al menos
100 cm del calefactor.
7. No cuelgue nada sobre o en frente del calefactor.
8. Siempre desenchufe el calefactor cuando no esté en uso. No tire
del cable para desenchufar el calefactor.
9. Mantenga la entrada y la salida de aire libres de objetos: al menos
1 m al frente y 50 cm por detrás del calefactor.
10. No instale el calefactor justo debajo de un enchufe.
11. No permita que animales o niños toquen o jueguen con el ca-
lefactor. ¡Presta atención! La salida de aire se calienta durante el
funcionamiento (más de 30ºC o 175ºF).
12. No cubra. Si está cubierto, existe el riesgo de sobrecalentamiento
o incluso de incendio.
13. No use este calefactor en las inmediaciones de un baño, una
ducha o una piscina.

14. No use el calefactor en las habitaciones con gas explosivo o
mientras use disolventes, barnices o pegamentos inamables.
15. Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser reemplazado
por el fabricante, el servicio técnico autorizado o personas con cali-
caciones similares para evitar peligro.
16. Mantenga limpio el calefactor. No permita que ningún objeto entre
en las aberturas de ventilación o de escape, ya que esto podría cau-
sar descargas eléctricas, incendios o daños al calefactor.
17. Almacene en un lugar fresco y seco cuando no esté en uso.
18. El aparato no está destinado para ser utilizado por una persona
(incluidos los niños) con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales
reducidas, o por falta de experiencia y conocimiento, a menos que
haya sido supervisado o instruido sobre el uso del aparato por una
persona responsable de su funcionamiento.
19. El aparato no está diseñado para ser usado por niños pequeños
o personas enfermas sin supervisión.
20. Los niños pequeños deben ser supervisados para asegurarse de
que no jueguen con el aparato.
21. Los niños menores de 3 años deben mantenerse alejados a me-
nos que sean supervisados continuamente.
22. Los niños entre 3 y 8 años solo deben encender / apagar el apa-

ciones sobre el uso del aparato en un lugar seguro. Asegúrese de
entender los peligros posibles. Los niños entre 3 y 8 años no deben
enchufar, regular y limpiar el aparato ni realizar el mantenimiento por
su cuenta.
23. PRECAUCIÓN: algunas partes de este producto pueden calen-
tarse mucho y provocar quemaduras. Se debe prestar especial aten-
ción a la presencia de niños y personas vulnerables.
24. No utilice el aparato cerca de duchas, bañeras, lavabos, piscinas,
etc.

25. Utilice siempre el calefactor en posición vertical.
26. No usar al aire libre. Este producto es sólo para uso doméstico.
27. No use el calefactor para secar su ropa. Nunca obstruya las reji-
llas de entrada y salida (peligro de sobrecalentamiento).
28. El calefactor debe colocarse al menos a 50 cm de muebles u
otros objetos.
29. Cuando el aparato se utiliza en la versión portátil, no lo coloque
contra paredes, muebles, cortinas, etc.
30. El aparato debe instalarse de manera que las personas que usen
la bañera o la ducha no puedan alcanzar los interruptores y otros
controles.
31. El aparato no debe colocarse directamente debajo de un punto
de alimentación jo.
32. No utilice el aparato en habitaciones con una supercie inferior
a 4 m2.

FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL CALENTADOR
NOTA: - Es normal cuando los calefactores se encienden por prime-
ra vez o cuando se encienden después de no haber sido utilizados
durante un largo período de tiempo, que emitan algo de olor y humo.
Esto desaparecerá cuando el calefactor haya estado encendido por
un tiempo.
INSTALACIÓN
El aparato no requiere instalación. Debe utilizarse únicamente como
un aparato portátil.
Los aparatos portátiles no deberian usarse en un baño.
OPERACIÓN
- Gire el control del termostato (izquierda) en el sentido de las agujas
del reloj hasta que alcance el ajuste máximo.
- Servicio de verano (solo ventilación): gire el interruptor (derecha)
al ajuste ASPA.
- Calentamiento a media potencia: gire el interruptor (derecha) al
ajuste I.
- Calentamiento a plena potencia: gire el interruptor (derecha) al
ajuste II.
- Apagar: gire el interruptor (derecha) al ajuste O.
REGULANDO EL TERMOSTATO
Cuando la habitación haya alcanzado la temperatura requerida, gire
lentamente el control del termostato izquierdo en sentido contrario
a las agujas del reloj hasta el punto en que el aparato se apaga. La
temperatura jada de esta manera se regulará automáticamente y se
mantendrá en un nivel constante mediante el termostato.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Antes de limpiar, siempre retire el enchufe de la toma de corriente.
Limpie las rejillas de entrada / salida de aire con frecuencia.
Nunca utilice polvos abrasivos o disolventes.
ADVERTENCIAS
El calefactor está equipado con un dispositivo de seguridad que apa-
gará el calefactor en caso de sobrecalentamiento accidental (por
ejemplo, obstrucción de la entrada de aire y rejillas de salida, el motor
gira lentamente o no lo hace). Para reiniciar, desconecte el enchufe
de la alimentación durante unos minutos, elimine la causa del sobre-
calentamiento y vuelva a enchufar el aparato. Si aún no se puede
restablecer, pida a un técnico cualicado que lo revise y / o repare.
NO deseche los artefactos eléctricos como desechos
municipales sin clasicar, use instalaciones de recolección
separadas. Póngase en contacto con su gobierno local para
obtener información sobre los sistemas de recogida disponibles. Si se
arrojan los artefactos eléctricos a vertederos, las sustancias peligrosas
pueden ltrarse al agua subterránea e ingresar a la cadena alimenticia,
lo que dañará su salud y bienestar. Al reemplazar electrodomésticos
viejos por otros nuevos, el minorista está legalmente obligado a retirar
su antiguo electrodoméstico para disposiciones, al menos, sin cargo.

PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should
always be followed, incg the following:
1. Read all instructions before using the fan heater.
2. This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasio-
nal use.
3. Only connect the fan heater to a single-phase socket with a main
voltage as specied on the rating plate.
4. This appliance meets the electromagnetic compatibility require-
ments specied in EN 55104/95 with regard to interference with ra-
dio and TV sets.
5. Do not leave your home while the appliance is in function: ensure
that the switch is in OFF (0) position and the thermostat is in mini-
mum position. Always unplug the appliance when not in use.

paper, clothes, curtains etc. at least 100cm away from the fan hea-
ter.
7. Do not hang anything on or in front of the fan heater.
8. Always unplug the heater when not in use. Do not pull the cord to
unplug the heater.
9. Keep the air inlet and outlet free from objects: at least 1 m in front
and 50 cm behind the heater.
10. Do not install the heater right below a socket.
11. Do not let animals or children touch or play with the fan heater.
Pay attention! The air outlet gets hot during operation (more than
80ºC, or 175ºF).
12. Do not cover. If covered, there is the risk of overheating or even
re.
13. Do not use this fan heater in the immediate surroundings of a
bath, a shower or a swimming pool.

14. Do not use the fan heater in the rooms with explosive gas or
while using inammable solvents, varnish or glue.
15. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manu-
facturer, its service agent or similarly qualied persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
16. Keep the fan heater clean. Do not allow any objects to enter any
ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, re
or damage to the heater.
17. Store in a cool dry place when not in use.
18. The appliance in not intended for use by person (including chil-
dren) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given super-
vision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
19. The appliance is not intended for use by young children or inrm
persons without supervision.
20. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
21. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless conti-
nuously supervised.
22. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only
switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or ins-
talled in its intended normal operating position and they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from
3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean
the appliance or perform user maintenance.
23. CAUTION- Some parts of this product can become very hot and
cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and
vulnerable people are present.
24. Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of showers, bath tubs,
wash basins, swimming pools, etc.

25. Always use the heater in an upright position.
26. Do not use outdoors. This product is for household use only.
27. Do not use the heater to dry your laundry. Never obstruct the
intake and outlet grilles (danger of overheating).
28. The heater must be positioned at least 50 cm from furniture or
other objects.
29. When the appliance is used in portable version, do not place it
up against walls, furniture, furniture, curtains, etc.
30. The appliance must be installed so that the switches and other
controls can not be reached by persons using the bath tub or the
shower.
31. The appliance must not be positioned directly underneath a -

OPERATION OF THE HEATER
NOTE:- It is normal when the heaters are turned on for the rst time
or when they are turned on after having not been used for a long
period of time the heaters may emit some smell and fumes. This will
disappear when the heater has been on a short while.
INSTALLATION
The appliance requires no installation. It should be used solely as a
portable appliance.
Portable devices should not be used in a bathroom.
OPERATION
- Turn the thermostat knob (left) in a clockwise direction until it rea-
ches the maximum setting.
- Summer service (ventilation only): turn the switch (right) to setting
ASPA.
- Heating at mid power: turn the switch (right) to setting I.
- Heating at full power: turn the switch (right) to setting II.
- Switching off: turn the switch (right) to setting O.
REGULATING THE THERMOSTAT
When the room has reached the required temperature turn the left
thermostat knob slowly in an anti-clockwise direction up to the point
where the appliance switches off and not beyond. The temperature
xed in this way will be automatically regulated and kept at a constant
level by the thermostat.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning always remove the plug from the electrical socket.
Clean the air inlet / outlet grilles frequently.
Never use abrasive powders or solvents.

WARNINGS
The heater is tted with a safety device which will switch off the heater
in case of accidental overheating (e.g. obstruction of air intake and
outlet grilles, motor turning slowly or not at all). To reset, disconnect
the plug from the power for a few minutes, remove the cause of over-
heating then plug the appliance in again. If it still cannot be reset, ask
a qualied technician to check and/or repair.
