in conseguenza della mancata osservanza di tutte le prescrizioni indicate nell’apposito
“Manuale d’uso” in tema di installazione, uso e manutenzione dell’apparecchio.

SICUREZZA DEL PRODOTTO

1. Questo apparecchio è progettato e costruito per spremere agrumi

(arance, limoni, ecc.).
2. Questo apparecchio è destinato all’uso domestico e ad applicazioni
analoghe, quali:
*aree di cucina del personale di negozi, uffici e altri ambienti di lavoro;
*agriturismi;
*clienti di alberghi, pensioni e altri ambienti di tipo residenziale;
*ambienti tipo bed and breakfast.
3. Questo prodotto non è un giocattolo.
4. Non lasciare parti dell’imballo (buste di plastica, polistirolo espanso,
ecc) a portata di mano di bambini o persone non autosufficienti,
poiché questi oggetti sono potenziali fonti di pericolo (es: rischio di
soffocamento).
5. Utilizzare il prodotto per il solo scopo per cui è stato progettato. Il

PERICOLO
PRODOTTO
1. Prima di collegare lo spremiagrumi all'alimentazione, verificare che la
tensione indicata sull'apparecchio corrisponda alla tensione della
propria abitazione.
Collegare l’apparecchio ad una presa di corrente dotata di efficiente
messa a terra. Il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile
per eventuali incidenti causati dalla mancanza di messa a terra
dell’impianto.
2. L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età non inferiore a
8 anni e da persone con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali,

o prive di esperienza o della necessaria conoscenza, purchè sotto
sorveglianza oppure dopo che le stesse abbiano ricevuto istruzioni
relative all’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio e alla comprensione dei
pericoli ad esso inerenti. I bambini non devono giocare con
l’apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione destinata ad essere
effettuata dall’utilizzatore non deve essere effettuata da bambini
senza sorveglianza.
3. Scollegare l’apparecchio dalla presa quando si sposta e quando non
è in uso.
4. Non inserire nell'apparecchio alimenti di dimensioni eccessive o
utensili metallici in quanto potrebbero provocare incendi o rischio di
scosse elettriche.
5. Lasciare raffreddare l’apparecchio prima di pulirlo.
6. L’utilizzo scorretto del prodotto può causare danni o ferite.
7. Al fine di evitare scosse elettriche, non immergere il corpo del prodotto
in acqua o altri liquidi.
8. Questo apparecchio non contiene parti riparabili. Non cercare di
ripararlo da solo. Far eseguire la manutenzione da un centro
assistenza qualificato utilizzando solo parti di ricambio identiche. Ciò
garantirà il mantenimento della sicurezza del prodotto.
9. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in ambienti ad alta temperatura, molto
umidi, bagnati o nelle vicinanze di materiale infiammabile.
10. Non utilizzare se l’apparecchio è caduto o è stato in qualche modo
danneggiato. Non tentare la riparazione da soli. Contattare il
rivenditore per la riparazione/sostituzione, se in garanzia, oppure
l’assistenza clienti.
11. Non pulire con pagliette metalliche. I pezzi possono staccarsi dal
cuscinetto e toccare le parti elettriche, causando il rischio di scosse
elettriche.
12. Non inserire carta, cartone, plastica e simili all'interno
dell'apparecchio.
13. Non utilizzare l'apparecchio per più di 2 minuti consecutivi. Per evitare
il surriscaldamento, attendere che l’apparecchio si raffreddi
completamente.
CAVO E SPINA
1. Il cavo di alimentazione deve essere collegato a una presa elettrica
AC (corrente domestica standard). Non utilizzare altre prese
elettriche.
2. In caso di incompatibilità tra la presa e la spina dell’apparecchio, fare

sostituire la presa con altra di tipo adeguato da personale qualificato.
É sconsigliabile l’uso di adattatori, prese multiple, e/o prolunghe.
Qualora il loro uso si rendesse necessario, utilizzare esclusivamente
adattatori semplici o multipli e prolunghe conformi alle vigenti norme
di sicurezza, facendo attenzione a non superare il limite di potenza
marcato sull’adattatore e/o prolunga.
3. Non utilizzare il cavo di alimentazione se danneggiato.
4. Utilizzare solamente il cavo di alimentazione presente all’interno della
confezione.
5. Al fine di evitare scosse elettriche, non immergere il cavo di
alimentazione completo di base in acqua o altri liquidi.
6. Il cavo di alimentazione deve essere utilizzato in un luogo asciutto e
pulito. L’impiego in ambienti umidi o sporchi può dar luogo a rischi di
incendi, scosse elettriche o folgorazione.
7. Non toccare il cavo o la spina di alimentazione con le mani bagnate.
8. Non far penzolare il cavo dal piano di lavoro.
9. Attenzione a non tirare o inciampare nel cavo di alimentazione.
Tenere il cavo lontano da fonti di calore, oggetti caldi o fiamme libere.
10. Scollegare il cavo dalla rete elettrica prima della pulizia e quando non
è utilizzato. Per scollegare, spegnere l’apparecchio, quindi rimuovere
la spina dalla presa a muro. Non tirare il cavo ma afferrare la spina.
11. Collegare sempre prima la spina all'apparecchio, quindi collegare il
cavo alla presa a muro. Accertarsi che il cavo sia completamente
esteso.
12. Il cavo non deve essere attorcigliato o avvolto attorno all’apparecchio.
13. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato.
Non tentare la riparazione da soli. Contattare il rivenditore per la
riparazione/sostituzione, se in garanzia, oppure l’assistenza clienti.
14. Non utilizzare cordoni prolungatori, ciabatte elettriche o dispositivi
timer.

concernente l’armonizzazione delle legislazioni degli Stati membri relative alla compatibilità
elettromagnetica.
Il produttore Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. dichiara che il prodotto Spremiagrumi elettrico Mod. Iridea è
conforme alla Direttiva 2014/35/UE del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio, del 26 febbraio 2014,
concernente l’armonizzazione delle legislazioni degli Stati membri relative alla messa a disposizione sul
mercato del materiale elettrico destinato a essere adoperato entro taluni limiti di tensione.
Il produttore Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. dichiara che il prodotto Spremiagrumi elettrico Mod. Iridea è
conforme alla Direttiva 2009/125/CE del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio, del 21 ottobre 2009, relativa
all’istituzione di un quadro per l’elaborazione di specifiche per la progettazione ecocompatibile dei
prodotti connessi all’energia

conforme alla Direttiva 2011/65/UE del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio, del 8 giugno 2011 e successiva
Direttiva Delegata 2015/863 della Commissione, sulla restrizione dell’uso di determinate sostanze
pericolose nelle apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche.

PRIMA DEL PRIMO UTILIZZO
1. Estrarre dall’imballo i diversi componenti, assicurarsi della loro integrità e completezza, rimuovere con
delicatezza eventuali protezioni ed etichette. La confezione contiene:
•N. 1 Spremiagrumi completo di 2 coni
•N. 1 Manuale d’uso
2. Assicurarsi che tutte le parti siano assemblate correttamente e in posizione prima dell'uso.
3. Prima dell’utilizzo dell’apparecchio si consiglia di lavare tutte le parti removibili che andranno a
contatto con alimenti seguendo le indicazioni del paragrafo “Pulizia e Manutenzione”.

ACCESSORI
1. Cono di spremitura
Il cono grande di spremitura è adatto per agrumi di grandi dimensioni, cioè arance e pompelmi.
Il cono piccolo è invece adatto per agrumi di piccole dimensioni come i limoni.
Premere leggermente le estremità del cono e tirare verso l’alto per separare il cono grande dal cono piccolo.
2. Beccuccio del contenitore del succo
Il contenitore del succo ha un beccuccio che può essere alzato o abbassato.
Durante l'uso, se il beccuccio dell'apparecchio è in posizione sollevata, il succo rimane all'interno del
contenitore. Se invece il beccuccio è in posizione abbassata, il succo cade direttamente all'interno di un
bicchiere o un contenitore (non incluso) posto sotto il beccuccio.
Per modificare la posizione del beccuccio, spostare il beccuccio verso l'alto o verso il basso con una leggera
pressione.
NOTA IMPORTANTE : dopo l'uso, il beccuccio deve essere sempre
riportato in posizione sollevata.
FUNZIONAMENTO
1. Posizionare l'apparecchio su una superficie orizzontale e stabile, lontano da fonti di calore.
2. Assemblare l'apparecchio seguendo la numerazione indicata in Fig.1.
3. Utilizzare il cono piccolo o grande in relazione alla grandezza dell'agrume e spostare il beccuccio del
contenitore nella posizione desiderata: alzato o abbassato (fare riferimento al paragrafo “Accessori” al
punto 2).
4. Srotolare completamente il cavo di alimentazione e collegare la spina alla presa di corrente.
5. Tagliare gli agrumi in due parti e premere leggermente ciascuna metà sul cono di spremitura. Lo
spremiagrumi inizia a girare. Basta rimuovere la pressione dal cono per fermare lo spremiagrumi.
6. Dopo l’utilizzo, staccare la spina dalla presa.
CONSIGLI UTILI E SUGGERIMENTI
•Per ottenere più succo possibile dalla frutta, premere più volte gli agrumi sul cono invece di tenerli
continuamente pressati.
NOTE IMPORTANTI
•Una pressione eccessiva sul cono può causare il blocco del motore.
•Non far funzionare lo spremiagrumi per più di due minuti consecutivi.
•Attendere cinque minuti tra ogni utilizzo per consentire al motore di
raffreddarsi a temperatura ambiente.
•Non inserire posate o oggetti affilati mentre il cono è in movimento.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
Prima di procedere con la pulizia, scollegare sempre lo spremiagrumi dalla presa di corrente e lasciarlo
raffreddare completamente. Successivamente provvedere a smontare lo spremiagrumi.

1. Pulire l’unità principale dello spremiagrumi
Pulire l’unità principale con un panno morbido o una spugna leggermente inumiditi e asciugare con un
panno.
2. Pulire i restanti componenti (contenitore, albero di trasmissione, filtro, cono piccolo e grande)
Pulire i restanti componenti con acqua e detergente o in lavastoviglie senza superare la temperatura di 55
°C.
PERICOLO! Non mettere in lavastoviglie o immergere in liquidi
l’unità principale.
NOTA IMPORTANTE :
Non usare detergenti chimici, lana d'acciaio o detergenti abrasivi per la
pulizia.
3. Conservazione
Quando non si utilizza l’apparecchio, il cavo di alimentazione può essere riavvolto nell’apposito alloggio
posto sotto la base.
Assicurarsi che tutte le parti siano pulite e asciutte prima di riporle.
Non riporre mai l’apparecchio quando è ancora bagnato.
Si consiglia di conservare l’apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, pulito e lontano da umidità e polvere.
RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI
PROBLEMA

L’apparecchio non si accende.
Controllare che la spina sia inserita.
Se il problema si manifesta dopo un lungo periodo di uso
intensivo, o a causa di un sovraccarico, è possibile che il
motore sia in protezione termica! Attendere almeno 20 minuti
e riprovare. Si può ridurre il tempo di attesa posizionando
l’apparecchio in un posto fresco.
Il succo non esce dal beccuccio del
contenitore.
Verificare che il contenitore o il beccuccio non siano bloccati
da semi o polpa lasciati durante l’ultimo utilizzo.
Lo spremiagrumi non preme la frutta.
Assicurarsi chevenga applicata sufficiente pressione alla frutta
durante il funzionamento. Assicurarsi che l’albero di
trasmissione sia completamente inserita nell’albero motore.
Il succo ha un sapore amaro, buccia nel
succo.
Assicurarsi che non venga applicata eccessiva pressione alla
frutta durante il funzionamento.
Il problema non si risolve.
Rivolgersi al rivenditore o all’assistenza clienti.
INFORMAZIONI SULLO SMALTIMENTO
PRODOTTO
Ai sensi dell'art. 26 del Decreto Legislativo 14 marzo 2014, n. 49 "Attuazione della Direttiva 2012/19/UE
sui rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche (RAEE)", la presenza del simbolo del bidone
barrato indica che questo apparecchio non è da considerarsi rifiuto urbano: il suo smaltimento deve
pertanto essere effettuato mediante raccolta separata. Lo smaltimento effettuato in maniera non
separata può costituire un potenziale danno per l'ambiente e per la salute. Tale prodotto può essere
restituito al distributore all' atto dell'acquisto di un nuovo apparecchio.
Lo smaltimento improprio dell'apparecchio costituisce condotta fraudolenta ed è soggetto a sanzioni da parte
dell'Autorità di Pubblica Sicurezza. Per ulteriori informazioni è possibile rivolgersi all’ amministrazione locale

competente in materia ambientale.

Per informazioni su come smaltire correttamente gli imballi che proteggono questo prodotto e le sue parti e/o
accessori, seguire le indicazioni riportate nel packaging.
CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA
La Società Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. vi ringrazia per la scelta e vi garantisce che i propri apparecchi sono frutto delle
ultime tecnologie e ricerche.
L’apparecchio è coperto dalla garanzia convenzionale per il periodo di DUE ANNI dalla data di acquisto da parte del
primo utente. La presente garanzia lascia impregiudicata la validità della normativa in vigore riguardante i beni di
consumo (D.L. 6 Settembre 2005 n. 206 art. 130).
Per poter presentare un reclamo ai sensi della Garanzia, il consumatore deve presentare la ricevuta o la fattura
attestante l'acquisto del prodotto.
Se il consumatore desidera presentare un reclamo ai sensi della Garanzia, deve rivolgersi al rivenditore oppure
contattare direttamente Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. all’indirizzo e-mail: [email protected], o al numero di telefono
[phone].
I componenti o le parti che risulteranno difettosi per accertate cause di fabbricazione saranno riparati o sostituiti
gratuitamente presso la nostra rete d’assistenza autorizzata, durante il periodo di garanzia di cui sopra.
I costi di riparazione, inclusi i costi dei componenti di ricambio, e i costi di spedizione per la consegna di un prodotto o
un componente privo di difetti saranno sostenuti da Tognana Porcellane S.p.A.
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. dovrà inoltre sostenere i costi di spedizione per la restituzione del prodotto o del
componente difettoso, qualora Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. o il centro di assistenza richieda la restituzione del prodotto
o del componente difettoso. Tuttavia, il consumatore dovrà sostenere i costi di un imballaggio idoneo alla restituzione
del prodotto o del componente difettoso.
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. si riserva il diritto di effettuare la sostituzione integrale dell’apparecchio, qualora la
riparabilità risultasse impossibile o troppo onerosa, con un altro apparecchio uguale (o simile) nel corso del periodo di
garanzia.
In questo caso la decorrenza della garanzia rimane quella del primo acquisto: la prestazione eseguita in garanzia non
prolunga il periodo della garanzia stessa.
Questo apparecchio non verrà mai considerato difettoso per materiali o fabbricazione qualora dovesse essere
adattato, cambiato o regolato, per conformarsi a norme di sicurezza e/o tecniche nazionali o locali, in vigore in un
Paese diverso da quello per il quale è stato originariamente progettato e fabbricato.
Questo apparecchio è stato progettato e costruito per un impiego esclusivamente domestico: qualunque altro utilizzo
fa decadere la garanzia.
La garanzia non copre:
• le parti soggette ad usura o logorio, né quelle parti che necessitano di una sostituzione e/o manutenzione periodica;
• l’uso professionale del prodotto;
• i mal funzionamenti o qualsiasi difetto dovuti ad errata installazione, configurazione, aggiornamento di software /
BIOS / firmware non eseguita da personale autorizzato Tognana Porcellane S.p.A;
• riparazioni o interventi eseguiti da persone non autorizzate da Tognana Porcellane S.p.A;
• manipolazioni di componenti dell'assemblaggio o, ove applicabile, del software.
Ulteriori rivendicazioni, in particolare le richieste di indennizzo, sono escluse, a meno che la responsabilità non sia
obbligatoria per legge.
Al termine del periodo di validità della Garanzia, o per i prodotti che non sono coperti dalla stessa, Tognana
Porcellane S.p.A. resta a disposizione del cliente finale per qualsiasi domanda o informazione. Ulteriori informazioni

PRODUCT SAFETY
IMPORTANT NOTES ON CORRECT USE
1. This appliance is designed and built to juice citrus fruits (oranges,
lemons, etc.).

2. This appliance is intended for domestic use and similar applications,
such as:
*staff kitchens of shops, offices, and other work environments;
*agritourisms;
*guests of hotels, pensions, and other residential type environments;
*bed and breakfast type environments.
3. This product is not a toy.
4. Do not leave parts of the packaging (plastic bags, polystyrene foam,
etc.) within reach of children or non-self-sufficient persons, as these
objects are potential sources of danger (e.g. risk of suffocation).
5. Use the product for the sole purpose for which it has been designed.
The manufacturer is not liable for damage or injury caused by
improper use.
6. Unauthorised repairs or changes shall void the warranty.
7. Do not use outdoors.
8. Never leave the appliance on unattended.
9. Do not position it above or near hot gas or electric burners, or in a
heated oven.
10. Before use, place the appliance on a solid, flat, and horizontal surface.
11. To disconnect the appliance, disconnect the plug from the power

1. Before connecting the citrus juicer to the power, check that the voltage
shown on the appliance corresponds to your household voltage.
2. Connect the appliance to an earthed power socket. The manufacturer
shall not be held liable for any accidents resulting from the electrical
installation not being earthed.

persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lacking experience or the necessary knowledge, provided they are
supervised or have received instructions on how to safely use the

BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Extract the various components from the packaging, check that they are intact and complete, gently
remove any protections and labels. The packaging includes:
•No. 1 Citrus Juicer complete with 2 cones
•No. 1 User Manual
2. Check that all the parts are properly assembled and in position before use.
3. Before using the appliance, it is recommended to wash all removable parts that will come into
contact with foodstuffs, following the instructions in the section, “Cleaning and Maintenance”.
ACCESSORIES
1. Juicing cone
The large juicing cone is suitable for large citrus fruits, that is, oranges and grapefruits.
The small juicing cone is suitable for small citrus fruits such as lemons.
Press lightly on the ends of the cone and pull upwards to separate the large cone from the small cone.
2. Juice container spout
The juice container has a spout that can be lifted or lowered.
During use, if the spout of the appliance is in the raised position, the juice stays inside the container. If, on
the other hand, the spout is in the lowered position, the juice falls directly into a glass or container (not
included) positioned under the spout.
To change the position of the spout, press on it lightly to move it upwards or downwards.
IMPORTANT NOTE : after use, the spout must always be returned to
the raised position.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
1. Place the appliance on a horizontal and stable surface far from sources of heat.
2. Assemble the appliance following the sequence indicated in Fig.1.
3. Use the small or large cone depending on the size of the citrus fruit and move the spout of the container
into the desired position: raised or lowered (see point 2 of section, “Accessories”).
4. Unwind the power cord and connect the plug to the socket.
5. Cut the citrus fruit in half and press each half lightly on the juicing cone. The citrus juicer will start to turn.
To stop the citrus juicer, simply stop pressing on the cone.
6. After use, disconnect the plug from the power socket.
HELPFUL ADVICE AND TIPS
•To get as much juice as possible from the fruit, press the citrus fruit on the cone repeatedly rather than
holding it continuously pressed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
•Excessive pressure on the cone may cause the motor to seize.
•Do not run the citrus juicer for more than two minutes continuously.
•Wait five minutes before each use to allow the motor to cool to room
temperature.
•Do not insert utensils or sharp objects while the cone is moving.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, always disconnect the citrus juicer from the power socket and leave it to completely cool.
Then disassemble the citrus juicer.
1. Cleaning the main unit of the citrus juicer
Clean the main unit with a soft cloth or slightly dampened sponge and dry with a cloth.
2. Cleaning the remaining components (container, drive shaft, filter, small and large cones)
Clean the remaining components with water and detergent or in the dishwasher at a maximum temperature
of 55 °C.
HAZARD! Do not place the main unit in the dishwasher or
immerse it in liquids.
IMPORTANT NOTE :
Do not use chemical detergents, steel wool or abrasive detergents for
cleaning.
3. Storage
When the appliance is not being used, the power cord must be wound up in its dedicated housing under the
power base.
Check that all the parts are clean and dry before putting them away.
Never stow the appliance while it is still wet.

It is recommended to store the appliance in a dry, clean place far from moisture and dust.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM

The appliance does not switch on.
Check that the plug is inserted.
If the problem occurs after a long period of intense use, or due
to an overload, the motor may be in thermal protection mode!
Wait at least 20 minutes and then try again. The wait time can
be reduced by placing the appliance in a cool place.
The juice is not coming out of the
container spout.
Check that the container or spout are not blocked by seeds or
pulp leftover from the previous use.
The citrus juicer is not pressing the fruit.
Check that sufficient pressure is applied to the fruit during
operation. Check that the drive shaft is fully inserted in the

The juice has a bitter taste, peel in the
juice.
Check that too much pressure is not being applied to the fruit
during operation.
The problem is not solved.

WARRANTY TERMS
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. thanks you for your choice and guarantees that its appliances are a product of the latest
technologies and research.
The appliance is covered by the standard TWO-YEAR warranty from the date of purchase by the first user. This
warranty is without prejudice to the validity of the legislation in force concerning consumer goods (L.D. no. 206 of 6th
September 2005, art. 130).
In order to make a claim under the Warranty, the consumer must submit the receipt or invoice certifying the purchase
of the product.
If the consumer wishes to submit a claim under the Warranty, they must contact their retailer or Tognana Porcellane
S.p.A. directly at the following email address: sup[email protected], or phone number [phone].
The components or parts found to have ascertained manufacturing defects shall be repaired or replaced free of
charge by our authorised service network, during the aforementioned warranty period.
The repair costs, including the cost of the spare parts, the shipping costs for the delivery of a defect-free product or
component, shall be borne by Tognana Porcellane S.p.A.
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. shall also bear the shipping costs for the return of the defective product or component, in
the event Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. or the service centre requests the return of the defective product or component.
In any case, the consumer shall bear the cost of suitable packaging for the return of the defective product or
component.
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. reserves the right to fully replace the appliance in the event its repair is found to be
impossible or disproportionately expensive, with another equivalent (or similar) appliance within the warranty period.
In this case, the warranty period shall remain that of the first purchase: any servicing carried out during the warranty

period shall not extend the warranty period itself.
This appliance shall never be considered defective in terms of its materials or manufacture in the event it is adapted,
changed, or adjusted to comply with national or local safety and/or technical standards in force in a country other than
that for which it was originally designed and manufactured.
This appliance has been designed and built for domestic use only: any other use shall void the warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
• parts subject to wear and tear, or parts requiring periodic replacement and/or maintenance;
