How to charge: plug the USB cable into a power source such as a wall
adaptor, computer, or car USB port. Lift the rubber cover to expose
the micro USB port on the bottom side of the headlamp. Insert the
micro USB plug into the micro USB port. Recharge only with a USB
cable. Ensure that the output voltage does not exceed 5 5V. Only use
CE/UL approved chargers. Do not leave the headlamp unattended
during charging. Ensure rubber charging cover is closed when
charging is completed to maximise water protection.
Battery life: the battery life is dependant on the lighting setting used.
If the white light and red lights are set to full brightness, the battery
will last 4-5 hours. If the red lights are on alone, the battery will last up
to 30 hours.
Charging times: the battery takes 4-6 hours to become fully charged
from zero charge.

To adjust the head strap to fit your head or helmet, slide the buckles
on the side of the head strap. It may be necessary to slide the
headlamp on the head strap to center the light once the head strap
has been adjusted to the desired size.

The TZ1KPRO has 5 lighting modes: High (white) - Low (white) -
Strobe (white) - High (red) - Strobe (red). The white light and red lights
work independently from each other, enabling a range of lighting
combinations to suit your activity. To change the lighting modes,
press the left and right green buttons located on the top of the
headlamp casing.
HOW TO USE LIGHTING
FUNCTIONS
●Avoid any prolonged contact of grease on the lens, casing, or
head strap. In case of contact with grease, wipe with a dry,
non-abrasive cloth and rinse with warm water.
●The head strap can be washed in the washing machine on a
delicate fabric setting, without a spin cycle. Please ensure the
headlamp has been removed from the head strap prior to
washing.
●Do not submerge the headlamp in water when cleaning.
●Gently wipe the lens with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
●Please do not dismantle the headlamp.

●When storing the headlamp for long periods of time, please
recharge the battery every six months.
●The headlamp should be stored in a cool, dry place (optimal
storage temperature is between 20C and 25C).
●Store out of sight and reach of children.
HOW TO STORE
Do not swallow small parts. Keep away from children. The product
should only be used as a lamp. Only use the product in a temperature
range between -20 and 60°C and avoid high humidity and moisture.
Do not expose product to solvents, vapors, vibrations or explosive
atmospheres. Do not place headband around your neck. Do not use
the product as a tool. Risk of heat build-up if product is covered
during use. The LEDs of the product correspond to the risk group 2
(DIN EN 62471-1). Do not look directly into the beam of light due to
risk of blinding. Do not short circuit the contacts of the product.
Products with magnets are a risk for persons with pacemakers. Do not
modify product. Recharge batteries with the charger provided only.
Dispose of batteries in accordance to the national guidelines. Follow
all health and safety regulations at all times during use. Open
packaging with care. Replacement parts are not available. Product
contains Lithium Polymer battery. Lithium Polymer battery packs
may get hot, explode or ignite and cause serious injury if exposed to
abuse conditions. Abuse conditions include, but are not limited to,
short circuiting, carrying next to sharp or metal objects, striking or
piercing, exposing to water or moisture, placing near fire or in high
temperature locations, dismantling or modifying, and unattended
charging. Store product in a cool and dry place. Do not throw battery
into fire. Product manufactured in China.
