PRZECIWHAŁASOWYCH
MODEL: 82S122 EY231
Zastosowanie:
Nauszniki zostały zaprojektowane w celu zapewnienia
ochrony narządu słuchu przed hałasem, generowanym
przez pracujące maszyny. Nauszniki spełniają
wymagania dyrektywy europejskiej 89/686/EEC
oraz normy EN352-1:2002. Części nauszników, które
pozostają w kontakcie ze skórą użytkownika, zostały
wykonane z hipoalergicznych tworzyw sztucznych.

sztucznych.
Uwaga:
Zawsze należy oceniać, czy wyrób zapewnia
odpowiednią do warunków pracy ochronę.
To są nauszniki przeciwhałasowe „zakresu średniego
rozmiaru”.
Umieszczanie nakładek higienicznych na poduszki
uszczelniającemożewpływaćnawłaściwościakustyczne
nauszników przeciwhałasowych.
Nauszniki przeciwhałasowe, a szczególnie poduszki
uszczelniające, mogą się zużywać, powinno się je często
kontrolować, np. sprawdzać czy nie uległy pęknięciu lub
nie przeciekają.

Produktu nie stosować:

szkodliwie na ten produkt. Szczegółowych informacji
na ten temat należy szukać u producenta.
Sposób użytkowania:
Przed użyciem sprawdzić stan techniczny, a w
szczególności:
stan poduszek uszczelniających, i sprężyny dociskowej
(zużycie lub uszkodzenia skutkują nieszczelnością i
zmniejszeniem skuteczności tłumienia hałasu).
1. Rozciągnąć sprężynę dociskową maksymalnie do sta-
nu „otwarcia” i umieścić czasze tłumiące na uszach,
wówczas sprężyna dociskowa będzie opierać się na
głowie.
2. Jeśli sprężyna dociskowa nie opiera się, dopasować
odpowiednio zamocowanie czasz tłumiących na
końcach sprężyny dociskowej, tak aby nauszniki wy-
godnie i pewnie przylegały do głowy. Nauszniki na-
leży nałożyć przed wejściem do strefy hałasu i nosić
przez cały czas pobytu w tej stree.
Warunki przechowywania i konserwacji:
Przechowywać w czystym i suchym miejscu z dala
od substancji żrących, rozpuszczalników lub oparów
rozpuszczalników, bez bezpośredniego dostępu
promieni słonecznych, w temperaturze pokojowej i
wilgotności względnej otoczenia nieprzekraczającej
90%.
Do czyszczenia nie wolno używać materiałów ściernych
i agresywnych detergentów. Części pozostające w
kontakcie ze skórą należy dezynfekować alkoholem.
Okres przechowywania, magazynowania:
Nie dłużej niż 5 lat lub 3 lata od daty pierwszego
otwarcia opakowania produktu.
Składowanie i transportowanie:
Produktu podczas transportu lub składowania nie
wolno przygniatać innymi cięższymi produktami czy
materiałami, gdyż grozi to uszkodzeniem produktu.
Utylizacja:
Produkt nie wymaga utylizacji.
Opakowanie:
Torebka foliowa. Na zawieszce umieszczone jest logo
producenta, data produkcji, typ, model.

NOISE CANCELLING EAR MUFFS
MODEL: 82S122 EY231
Intended use:
The ear mus are designed to ensure hearing protection
against noise generated by working machinery. The ear
mus full the requirements of the European Directive
89/686/EEC and the standard EN352-1:2002.
Performance:
The pressure spring and sealing pads are made of
hypoallergenic plastics.
Caution:
It must be always assessed if the product ensures
protection suitable for particular working conditions.
These are noise cancelling ear mus of “the medium
size range”.
The placing of hygienic tissues on the sealing pads may
inuence the acoustic properties on the noise cancelling
ear mus.
The noise cancelling ear mus, and the sealing pads in
particular, may wear, therefore they should be inspected
frequently for cracks or leaks, for example.

EY23-1 – the manufacturer marking

Risk information:
The product should not be used:
– if causes allergic reactions, when in contact with skin
or damaged.
The product cannot be modied on one’s own.
Some chemical substances can aect the product.
Contact the manufacturer for detailed information.
Directions for use:
Before using check the technical condition, and in
particular: the condition of sealing pads and pressure
spring (their wear and tear result in the lack of tightness
and the reduction of noise attenuation properties).
GB 1. Stretch the pressure spring to the maximum “ope-
ning”point and place the attenuating caps onto your
ears. The pressure spring will lean onto your head.
2. If the pressures spring does not lean, the mounting
of attenuating caps must be adjusted on the ends of
the pressure spring, so that the ear mus comfortably
and securely adhere to your head. The ear mus must
be put on, before a noise zone is entered, and kept on
for the entire time spent in the zone.
Storage and maintenance:
Store in a clean and dry place away from corrosive
substances, solvents or solvent vapours, without the
direct sunlight, in the room temperature and ambient
relative humidity below 90%.
Abrasive materials and aggressive detergents cannot
be used for cleaning. Parts that are in contact with skin
must be disinfected with alcohol.
Storage period:
No longer than 5 years or 3 years after the product
package is open.
Storage and transport:
During storage and transport the product cannot be
crushed with heavier products or materials, because it
may damage the product.
Disposal:
The product does not require any special disposal
procedures.
Packaging:
Foil bag. The tag includes manufacturer’s logotype,
production date, type and model.

Anwendung:
Der Gehörschutz wurde für den Schutz des Gehörs vor
Lärm, der durch laufende Maschinen verursacht wird,
bestimmt. Der Gehörschutz erfüllt die Anforderungen
der EU-Richtilinie 89/686/EEC und der Norm EN352-
1:2002.
Ausführung:
Der Federbügel und die Dichtungskissen wurden aus
hypoallergenem Kunststo gefertigt.
Achtung:
Es soll immer eingeschätzt werden, ob das Produkt den
für die Arbeitsbedingungen entsprechenden Schutz
bietet.
Das sind Gehörschützer des„mittleren Größenbereichs“.
Das Aufbringen von Hygieneauagen auf die
Dichtungskissen kann die akustischen Eigenschaften
der Gehörschützer beeinussen.
DieGehörschützer, ganz besonders dieDichtungskissen,
können verschleißen und sollten oft überprüft werden,
ob sie z.B. keine Risse haben oder undicht sind.

Gegenanzeigen:
Das Produkt darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn:
– beim Hautkontakt allergische Reaktionen auftreten
oder das Produkt beschädigt ist.
Das Produkt darf nicht selbständig verändert werden.
Bestimmte Chemikalien können das Produkt
beschädigen. Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie vom
Hersteller.
DE Nutzungsart:
Vor jedem Gebrauch ist der technische Zustand der
Gehörschützer zu überprüfen, insbesondere:
Der Zustand der Dichtungskissen und des Federbügels
(Abnutzung oder Beschädigung haben Undichtigkeit
und geringere Wirksamkeit der Lärmdämpfung zur
Folge).
1. Den Federbügel maximal auseinander ziehen, bis
er „geönet” ist und die Dämmkapsel auf die Ohren
legen, der Federbügel bendet sich dann auf dem
Kopf.
2. Wenn der Federbügel nicht auf dem Kopf an-
liegt, sollten die Dämmkapsel an den Enden des
Federbügels entsprechend justiert werden, so dass
die Gehörschützer bequem und sicher an dem Kopf
anliegen. Die Gehörschützer sollten vor dem Betreten
des Lärmbereichs aufgesetzt und während des gan-
zen Aufenthalts in diesem Bereich getragen werden.
Lagerung und Wartung:
DieGehörschützersindaneinemsauberenundtrockenen
Ort zu lagern, entfernt von ätzenden Substanzen,
Lösungsmitteln oder Lösungsmitteldämpfen, ohne
direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, in Raumtemperatur und
relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit der Umgebung, die jedoch
nicht höher ist als 90%.
Für die Reinigung sollten keine scheuernden oder
aggressiven Reinigungsmittel benutzt werden. Teile,
die direkten Hautkontakt haben, sollten mit Alkohol
desinziert werden.
Dauer der Aufbewahrung und Lagerung
Nicht länger als 5 Jahre oder 3 Jahre nach dem Önen
der Produktverpackung.
Lagerung und Transport:
Beim Transport oder Lagerung darf das Produkt wegen
Beschädigungsgefahr nicht unter anderen schweren
Produkten oder Materialien gelagert werden.
Entsorgung:
Das Produkt bedarf keiner gesonderten Entsorgung.
Verpackung:
Plastiktüte. Auf dem Schild benden sich das Logo des
Herstellers, Herstellungsdatum, Typ und Modell.
